I also received this letter, it made me sad than happy because it is a scam. I was asked to pay $12.99 acquisition fee. Please include me on the lawsuit list. It looks very official.

I received a letter on May 23rd, 2017, stating I won $1,325,000.00 , all I had to do is send the $11.89 for processing fees. Why do people get your hopes up for us that don't have a lot of money. I'm in if there is a law suit. I will pray for these people for they will have to answer for there actions.

I received this notification today and I cant believe they allow this to go on. People that are financially hurting to get by with rent and health insurance can fall prey to this scam and pay the aquisition fee of $11.89.

I received the same letter with the same numbers as the others. This is sad. They also ask me to pay $11.89. This is my second letter and I just wondered how they got my name and address. Sounded fishy.

I received the same letter on 5/1/17 same information. I also entered PCH and I'm getting phone calls with a scam tell me that I'm being investigated by IRS and there is a warrant for my arrest from a number 2065960522. I'm in if there is a class action law suit.

SCAM!!! What legitimate company asks for processing fee?? Publishing Clearing House has all kinds of scams out there now.. I mean scams 'claming to be from PCH...
My neighbor got a phone call saying she won some big cash and told her to go to bank get money order for$249.00 and they would come to her house to pick it up!!.. She was scared and called police.. Thought someone might be outside her home..

Just an FYI that I too just received a so called offical document letter stating I have won $1,325,000.00 but I must send $12.99. This is very wrong for a company/individual to send out crap like this.

My wife and i live pay check to pay check, like a lot of hard working American families. I just received this in the mail thinking great, who is suing me for money now. To open and read I one 2 mill, i was in shock at first till read the part to send $12.99. These things need to stop.

I received my "13570" letter in the mail just yesterday, I knew it was a scam right from the start. How dare you toy with my emotions like that... waste my time and then ask me for money on top of it. This needs to be stopped. Not only did they not realize I was married, but there was no date or time on the letter, nor official seal. I would love 66,000 per year, that would solve all of my problems. I also received two letters asking for 11.89 and $13 $ respectively for me to receive either a lump sum of $1,325.00 or installment over several years. Obviously a scam. Will be glad to be part of a law suit: [email protected]

I received a letter myself stating that I just won over a million dollars , I also have entered into PCH and at for rat thought it just might be real , then I use our old handy friend Google n I must say I wasn't surprised to see that it's all just a scam the numbers have already been preselected and your having to pay to take a chance if your numbers have actually been drawn. I hope no one actually sends these retards money and how is this actually legal to do ???

My first suspicion was the non water-marked, cheap light weight bond copy paper with substandard printing. If they want to really fool someone, spend a little money on printing. I had to look these cats up and the BBB says Don't DO IT! So I won't. But if there is going to be a class-action against these people, I would like to see these people pay. I am sure those gullible enough not to check this out and paid the "Delivery Fee" for what?....Nothing, would appreciate their money back.

I was scammed the first time out of around 13.00 dollars but when I received a second letter requesting money on a Saturday and a third the following Monday requesting money, i had to investigate it. Either i won or not, if i have to pay a million to get the million count me out. I wish i wasn't so foolish the first time.
If there is repercussions I would like to be apart of their undoing.
