Got the same exact letter today in the mail! Scam!

Received scam stating..."pending proncement...(my name), You Have Just Won't $1,328,940.00". Pls add me to any class action suit against ANC.

Received this fake award notification letter from the award notification commission located in Kansas city, KS 66110 stating I potentially won $2,000,000.00 if I replied by mail only and include a required fee of $12.99.... Include me in any class action lawsuit!!! [email protected]

The first letter asking for $12.99, I immediately sent without researching or reading the info twice. Just 3 weeks ago they sent another letter asking for $13, next week another amount & now again this week ending 11/26/16 I am staring at yet another letter asking for $23.89...I realize after the 2nd letter it was a scam & shredded the previous requests. I will hold onto this letter so that I may have proof in case of a lawsuit, please advise.

My husband just received one today. As most people who are in a financial bind get super excited seeing things like this. However, I knew it was a scam and I'm glad I researched online to confirm this. It's very unfortunate, and these scams need to stop. My husband can be quite gullible to situations as this, so I'm glad I looked at the letter with him. He, too, has purchased a few things from publishers clearing house, I hope this hasn't opened the door to more scams by making these purchases. I received the same letter from a Jack Cummings about winning 2 million dollars. Mine said I had to pay n$11.89 for a purchasing fee.
In reading closely, My letter says by sending the form and money...it shall "affirm my opportunity" to win the cash payment.
Please include my email should there be a lawsuit.

I was just sent three today saying that I have one 2 million and I don't think I should have to pay to get my money. I don't understand how they cant just take it out my 2 million and send me the rest.

Got this in his mail and new that it had to be a scam, after looking everything over carefully....there it was...the very last line of the rules document IN BOLD LETTERS included with the form asking for $12.99

I recieved a letter today from Larry Hourd saying I won $1,327,940.00 lump sum or $2,000,000.00 over 30 years but I had to pay a fee of $12.99, add $3.00 if I want RUSH processing. I feel if I won something, I should not have to pay a fee they can take it out of the money I won. The only thing I have applied for is PCH for this kind of money to win, so if they are giving out addresses to scammers they should be ashamed of themselves.I'm going to sign and send back with no money, see what happens.Explain that they can take it out of amount won or not.

I got a letter from PCH stating that I won. In order to get my prize of two-million dollars, all I had to do is send them a check for the amount of $18.11. Well, being the good person I am when I get mail like that, I replied. They may not like it, but I do. Here is my reply when I get scams. I hope you all like it.

"You are requesting that I send you money so that I may get my money. Tell you what. You just take the $18.11 out of my two-million dollar prize, and send me the remaining prize money I won. Thank you for your attention in this matter."

I figure, if I took the time to read the junk mail, and waste my time, I can at least re-pay them by sending the junk mail back, and wasting their time. I would love to see the look on their faces when they get their mail back, expecting a check, but instead a letter stating that I want my money first, and then I'll pay them.

Do like I do when I get mail stating that I won, and to receive my money or prize is send them money. If I had to waste my time to open the envelope and read their junk, I figure I can waste their time. I send the reply envelope back with the form not signed, and write in big lettes, "WHEN I GET MY PRIZE MONEY, I'LL SEND YOU THE FEE REQUESTED. THANK YOU, AND HAVE A NICE DAY!"

I to received a letter like all I the rest like everyone else, I felt like it was a scam so I just signed it and snt it back without sending any money. After I mailed it off I decided to Google it, now I'm glad I didn't send any money.

I have also been receiving the same "Winning this prize money, They have been sending me several notices to say the same statement, don't forget to send the fee of $12.99, why has the "PCH" got away with such scandalous criminal behaviour, I accuse The United States Postal Service, negative set up, where is. our honestly & integrity these days, no wonder the U.S. In going down in its decline, what we may call " The last day's of Rome" you can small it like a dead Rat, for sure, U.S. Government are implicated here too!

How do they get away with it and use the mail service to scam people. Can this company or William MacDougal be sued for fraudulent money laundering through the mail. Isn't it like sending something illegal to us. I sent a letter to the address on the form and got it back no one must have been in that day. Buyer be ware.
