American Greed by way of the US Postal Service

Judging Office & Decisions Center Envelope 13570 Scam, The US Postal Service bears some responsibility for allowing this deceptive process to be delivered by way of its carriers. Many if its mail is electrically sorted and it (The US Postal Service) must have a computerize means by which mail bearing the PO Box city or zip code 56110 can be flagged from processing out of the system or redirect to law enforcement.. After all the US, Postal Service is delivering this weapon of mass hope destruction.
How about making the US Postal Service great again!!!

Award Notification Commission

I received an award letter stating exactly what everyone else has complained about. I received a 2nd letter today, November 5th, 2016 that my award was in "Limbo" due to the none payment of 12.99, and that I needed to mail this money in to them or no further action in this matter would be taken until payment provided. Anything that states that you must pay to win is a falsehood. And, I too have purchased from PCH several times since 2009. So, add me to a class action if one ensues. By the way, the name on my first letter was from a John McNabb, and the name on my 2nd letter was from a William MacDougal, Complinance Examiner, PO Box 2905, Kansas City, KS

Got the same letter everyone on here is talking about and I too bought something from Publisher's Clearing House so it is clear that PCH is the one's behind this.

ANC certified award

My mom received this letter, since I pick up her mail and go thru it, i found this certified award notice. Kept reading that evening couldn't believe this could be true... today I Google it, as I felt it was a scam. Good thing, it would of been a blessing if true as convalescent homes are so expensive. I am returning it and telling them they came take the 12.99 premium fee out of winnings.

SCAM (ANC)

I received the letter in my PO Box yesterday. I my self-signed up and brought something from Publishers Clearing House recently and had it sent to my PO Box. So I think they are behind this Scam. I am going to make sure to block them from my email, and put them under scam!

scam letter

I also received a letter from the Judging and decisions division. I am glad i decided to check online to see if it was legit. I sure could use 2 million dollars, since i only have 19 dollars a month to live on after bills. So the $12.99 would have take a big chunk out of what food i can buy each month. I would rather have that than 2 million dollars.

Commissioner of judging processing division scam

I also received a letter stating I was a winner of 2,000,000.00 or a lump sum of 1,327,940.00. Please add me if a lawsuit is filed [email protected], I also want to say that I ordered things from publishers clearing house as well. I wonder if they are responsible so they can sucker people into giving them 12.99.

ANC Award letter

I also received a letter today awarding me $1,327,940. or $2,000000 for 30 years annuity. The letter stated to send $12.99 for acquisition fee. I am just checking out what i knew to be a scam. Hope people do not fall for it! How do we go about suing these people? 12.99 times a lot of people can be a lot of money! So sad what some people will do!

Won

Yes, I bought something from Publishers Clearing house, and 10/30, I got this letter stating I won. It then asks for a fee of 12.99 for some website...the letter is very confusing. Small print, and wording all over the place to confuse the reader. Thank goodness for google!

ANC Award Notification Commision

I also received a ANC Award Notification Commission letter with the option A for 1.327,940.000 and option B 2,000,000.00 and a fee of $ 12.99. I also want to sue these scammers too.

Larry Hourd

I also received an Official Document from the Award Notification Commission organization specifying that I won!!! With two options to win- Option A Lump sum payment Of $1,327,940.00 or...Option B $2,000,000.00 30 year Annuity Payment dispersed Annually by check of $66,666.00 PER YEAR FOR 30 YEARS, or electric wire transfer of annual funds to a bank account anywhere in the world. NO TAXES WITHHELD.
Seems like a scam to look upon those numbers, and something inside says....What if it's real? As I continue to read on...the document and award letter seems as if it could be legit. Towards the bottom of award letter, It asks for a fee delivery due of $11.89
I then have to consider the fact of why they would need any money, if in fact...I just won an obscene amount? Why couldn't they deduct the fee from the money that I just won? Not understanding this, I asked my room mate, if she seen anything like this before. She looked over the document, and told me that I should Google it- I did...and here I am! I am thankful to be able to read these complaints, as I would have probably believed them, if they needed more money to process the paperwork as a formality.
If we all petition this as a Class action Law suit....Count me in!

Sincerely,
Debbrina Pahukoa

Award Notification Commission

My 84-year-old mother just received the same scam letter in the mail. Pay $12.99 ($15 for a rush) to win $1,327,940.00 ($2 million if choose 30 year payout option). Preying on senior citizens should be prosecuted beyond the fullest extent of the current laws. It's reprehensible!!!

Fake Letter

I received the letter today. Any time they ask you to "send payment" it is a scam. Here is what I had my grandfather do when he got his. Go ahead and send everything back they want, EXCEPT THE MONEY! Write a letter that you send with it stating that you would just go ahead and authorize them to that the $11.98 out of your winnings. You will never hear from them again. And people PLEASE PLEASE warn your elders. My grandfather was sending them money for years and never got anything until I noticed and told him that he needs to stop, its a scam. Some elders do not use a computer and they get really excited to think they have a chance at that money.

It is so difficult to know, who are this cheating Gangswters? It is very simple! THey are using since years the same P.O.Box

just observe, who the hell is picking up the Mails! It is so easy! And after that, jus putting them in the jail!!!
It is a shame, that nobody make a definitiv arrest!!!
And beside that, every letter are coming with a different name and sign from an award director!!!

Scam

I just received the exact letter in the mail. It states that I won 1,327,940.00 dollars or 66,666,66 every year for the next 30 years. There are so many red flags in this letter. First off who gives out this amount of money and no taxes are taken out. Ridiculous! Secondly of I won that am out then why should I have to pay $12.99 just to receive it. Bogus. I really do hope someone take a lawsuit out on these people. If it does happen please include me

Award Notification Commission

I got the same letter saying I had won $2-million. Red flag right there. It also said I had to pay $12.99 as an Acquisition Fee, which you never should have to do if you have won a prize. Checked the ANC out through the Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Postal Service and the Better Business Bureau. Turns out that what the ANC is doing is not illegal, but it sure is unethical. It is nothing more than a bogus sweepstakes, and even the BBB cannot determine if the ANC has ever made any payouts for prizes. They did determine that the $12.99 buys you a coupon book for other goods and services. If you look carefully at the letter you will also see that it says "NO PURCHASE NECESSARY" and "PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING." That means you should be able to send in the response form without any payment. However, the BBB gave the ANC an F, and warns recipients of these letters not to fall for the scam. Throw it away and don't respond.
