today is 10/25/2016 and just yesterday I revived the same letter. At first I was excited but as i read the letter over and over it had many red flags through out and I figured doesn't hurt to check online and I'm glad i did before sending any money in. I remember few months ago filling out for the publishers house sweepstakes but this was different. They should be sued, imagine the many people that actually sent in the money in hopes to get lucky.

Wow, this letter states I won ***$2, 000,000.00*** for a small fee of $12.99! It states I won but on a small piece of paper inside with very small print it says "To Enter:" with a whole lot of other BS.. THE STRANGE THING IS I HAVEN'T ENTERED ANYTHING IN OVER 20 YEARS WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PUBLISHERS CLEARINGHOUSE A MONTH AGO. STRANGE BUT I SAW SOMETHING I WANTED TO ORDER AND DID. DID ANYONE ELSE ENTER OR ORDER FROM THERE? IS THE COMPANY NOT ONLY SELLING PRODUCTS BUT OUR INFORMATION ALSO TO THESE SCAMMERS? JUST ASKING... THE RULE IS IF THEY ASK YOU TO SEND MONEY YOU HAVEN'T WON ANYTHING! THEY WON BY GETTING MILLIONS OF HONEST HARD WORKING FOLKS TO SEND THEM MONEY. LOCK THESE PEOPLE UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY! I received the same letter that everyone else is talking about. I agree with everyone that he should be stopped because this is ridiculous. I think he should have to pay out a what he says are the prizes on the sweepstakes official rules. It says that you can get a list of winners on a website after March 31, 2017 http://thenextgeninc.com Maybe someone should look into who this company is The Next Gen Inc.

I too received this letter. What a joke, is this guy for real. I think this guy should go to jail and have to make restitution to all the people he has scammed and his still attempting to scam. Please keep your letter for future if lawsuit is done. [email protected] Mariann

I got this letter today. It's full of red flags. The first and most blatant,I won 2 million dollars!! Not likely. Some of the others are the delivery fee,the additional $3 fee for "rush processing", the claim that no taxes are withheld and of course,the fact that they'll take cash through the mail for your payment. Oh yeah,and what's with the random mention of a pendant? That came out of nowhere and led to nowhere.

I, too, received the letter saying I had won over 1.3 million dollars in one lump sum or a multi-year payout of 2 million from ANC, Box 2905, Kansas City, Kansas. I figured it was a scam just from the way the envelope looked. Our WV Attorney General's Office has a hard-working senior citizen scam team....as I am nearly 64 years old I have forwarded this to his office. I doubt they will let this rest. I suggest others do the same. I, also, would be happy to join a class-action suit against these fraudsters.

My elderly father received this same letter from a Larry Hourd. How ignorant is this SCAM? My father isn't stupid, he always has me checking out things like online before he sends anything out. These people should be penalized to the highest extent of the law for targeting senior citizens. Can we get a petition or something going to get these scammers caught?

I received this letter 1 and half months ago made a mistake and sent the $12.99 to have the chance to win $1,327,940.00.When I went on line to check this out seen it was a scam.That same day two more letters came in the mail asking for more money and today10/22/16 two more letters. George Hyde and Larry Hourd and Morley Smith should all be locked up. Fooled me once but not again. Tender no: 13570 what a joke LAW SUIT SHOULD BE DONE!!!

The same letter is still going around. My wife received the letter today(Oct 13 2016). Surely there is some law they are breaking.

Same scam letter as the rest of the good people in this forum was received today. I chuckled when I read this as it was for my wife and she wanted me to check it out. Thinking about sending the reply letter back with my dogs feces smeared all over it. Sick of these people.

I also recieved an award letter for the amount of $1,327,940.00 or $2,000,000.00. Very offical looking. With a corporate Judges Seal. Where do theses people get these things? Scams like this make people believe " I'm never going to catch a break because I guess I'm just not worthy", its so cruel to build someone hopes up "that maybe its my turn". I received the same letter on 9/28/2016 saying I have won 2 Millon dollars and all I have to do is mail back $12.99 to receive my prize payout. WHAT A SCAM!!!!. I'm a victom of this Scam, these people belong in prison.

I also received the same "official declaration of certified award" on 9/27/16 and it asks for $12.99 in CASH, check or money order payable to ANC. Who in their right mind would mail cash? One of many red flags!! I'm guessing this money would end up in the hands of PacNet Services, Ltd. in Canada. They are under under scrutiny for mass mail fraud.

I received the same letter indicating that I won $1,327,940.00!! It really our hopes up n then totally crushed our dream...2 not have 2 ever worry about having to worry about wether we will have a roof ovet our heads again!!! Wow...Larry hours u should b ashamed of yourself!!!! How could u do this 2 us!?? We r just normal people that try to make ends meet!!! This most definitely is a scam!!!! You r a disgrace to humanity! This is the second letter I have received. With the first letter, I informed them that I did not want the pendant, but I did submit my entry. Today(9-17-2016) I just received my 2nd letter, informing me that my entry is in "Limbo"pending my payment of $12.99. In the first letter they stated "No Purchase Necessary". So why then, must I purchase a pendant that I do not want in order to enter? I received the same letter last month and I'm ready to join everyone and sue these horrible people! My family is going through financial problems and this letter gave us false hope and let us all down. Please email me at [email protected] if the lawsuit happens.

My elderly father received the same letter and sadly sent a check despite my protests. He's 87 and naive at this stage in my life. Looking for ways to stop scam artists and their companies from preying on elderly. Any help is greatly appreciated.
