I received today a letter from Larry Hourd, commissioner of judging division award notification commission with PO Box 2905, Kansas City, KS 66110 winning a jackpot award of $1,327,940.00 IF MY NUMBER MATCHES THE PRE-SELECTED WINNING NUMBER. I have two options--Option A total payment $1,327,940.00 or Option B 30 year Payment disbursed annually by check $66,666.66 per year for 30 years or electronic wire transfer of funds to a bank account.

The $11.89 was the price of a crystal pendant it is offering to sell. Payment is required before item is shipped. No purchase is necessary.

A WEEK BEFORE THIS WAS SENT TO ME I RECEIVE A CALL FROM PUBLISHER CLEARING HOUSE INFORMING ME OF THIS OFFER, AND ASKING ME HOW I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE PAYMENT IF I WERE TO BE THE NEXT WINNER.

PLEASE BEWARE OF THESE SCAM!!!!!!!!

I have also been notified from ANC And Larry hourd on behalf of the award notification commission p.o.box 2905 kansas city ks 66110 official form of tender number 13570 and it states that congratulations that I have won 1.327.940.00 in us dollars my name is lisa dye and I want to be added to the lawsuit and I want this company and these people who scam hard working people out of there money and lie and say false statements i have several letters and documents from larry hourd and ANC saying i am a winner well i also want to put these scammers and liars in jail but first i do believe we all should get together and sue

I received the same letter with the same prize number,13570. Saying I won 1,327,940.00 option A, 2,000,000.00 option B payout of 66,666.66 yearly for 30 years. They are asking for fee of $12.99 as a mandatory payment, before they will comply with amount won. Has Larry Hours as Executed of Awards. I received the same letter stating that I won $1,327,940.00 single payment or $2,000,000.00 40-yrs annuity. I know it was a scam. I think the government should do something about it. A class action lawsuit should be file against the company or whoever is the CEO. My email is [email protected]

I just received the exact letter advising that I won $1,327,940.00 lump sum or $66,666.00 per year totaling $2,000,000.00 and I must send them $12.99 acquisition fee. Fortunately, I Googled the company and Larry Hourd only to find out it's a scam and there are several complaints. There should be something done to stop these thieves from praying on those of us who work hard for or money while they try to scam us out of it. Please include me if a law suit is filed against them.

I received this joke today. A letter stating I was the winner of 2,000,,000.00 dollars. These people should be stopped and put in jail. Elderly people fall for these type of scams everyday. Why are they still operating? They need to be stopped!

I recieved it today official form #13570 say the exact same thing. And for me to send in $12.99 for processing. Did not do it it sounds to good to be true!

I received same letter re possible winnings of $1,327,940.00. They want $12.99 to verifty!

I will contact FCC or FTC on Monday re this letter. Sad isn't it?

To let others know that the letter saying I won 1,327.940.00 from Award Notification Commission this is a SCAM
nothing is free and if you send 12.99 for filing charges why don't they take it out of your winnings. also date to be there by say's in 7 day's. That can be any 7 day's. no real date given.
I find that it is sad that they make people think they are winners. some people like my self is on a fix income. but I was smart enough to do research and didn't send money but not everyone were that lucky. Yes. I got the same letter yesterday. The letter stated that I won 1,327,940.00. Dollars lump sum option or 2,000,000.00 payable over a 30 year period. It looked good but quickly engaged my concern when it failed to list a telephone number and/or the reason why I won. I.e., what exact contest did I enter. The biggest red flag was the request for the $12.00 before the funds could be processed. Yeah, right! How stupid do they think people are? Here's a million three but We first need $12 bucks. I knew immediately that it was a joke and noticed that the envelope that contained this scam/joke didn't indicate US bulk postage paid. This ANC is nothing more than a small boiler-room team of no more than 8-10 people. I think they get our addresses and names from the list of contestants at publishers clearing house. The reason why I theorize they are the source is because they are the only people I've been dealing with. A class action lawsuit would do us little to zero good because these scumbags will simply clise up shop or file bankruptcy. Additionally, I highly doubt that this is a company. They don't even have a f-ing telephone number. This is a matter for the US attorney. It is a clear case of mail fraud. it sad that they let people belive that it is reall. folks. nothing is free if you have to pay for it. and if you won that money why ask for 12.99 to process paper work. DO NOT SEND MONEY.

THIS IS A SCAM

I've just received a letter of my winning $1.37,940.00, this is why I came to find out about it. But I knew it was too good to be true. If I have truly won this amount, all they needed to verify my address and send it to me. Why do I have to send them $12.99, my bank will do the processing, this is the same as the casting call which wanted a $1.00 with my personal information. I'm in for a class action suit. They need to be shut down. I feel for some soul accessing there information to these types of scams.

Has anyone ever sent in the $12.99 and got a response? It states on the letter that it is for paper processing and that to official win,m it must be awarded. However, the paper work must be processed first. I will send in the $12.99 and see what happens???

All through the Publishers clearing house sweepstakes contest, they advertisement no purchases are required or necessary to win. This process continues for weeks then months. Finally one arrives this notice that says you must pay $12.99 to retain your eligibility. I sent the form in without the money, the process continues and then I receive another follow up that states you inadvertently omitted submitting the necessary fund disbursement. More nonsense, but at no time honoring the original stated rule that no purchase of any kind is necessary to participate.
These contests should be put out of business just like the Clintons should be prosecuted for taking advantage of the entire country.

I just received my letter today and of course it's a check and it says I have won. But reading the fine print it says I need to pay $12.99 and that I have not won yet. Why do this to people who are hurting financially? I'm ready to sue when you guys are!!! Then we can all get paid what they say we won.

I received this form 13570 from the Award Notification Commission which states I have just won $1,327,940.00 as a lump sum check or the option of annual payments of $66,666.66 per year for 30 years..Send $12.99..These thieves need to be shut down and never to print another letter ever. Who in their right mind would want you to send money if you have won money. They better take it out of what I won and send the rest. Stupid....

My 97 year old father, on a very limited income, got this letter today. He wanted to send in the money ($12.99) without us knowing. He will be very upset when I show him it is a scam. Yes, filing a Petition for a Class A lawsuit against them sounds about right. Can contact us if anyone has the know how to get one started.
Am keeping the letter.
