I guess it's a scam verified by all the emails on this site

I received the same letter as the other complainants congratulating me because I had won $1,325,000.00. I checked them out and saw they were a scam. Count me in on any class action suit.

Yes, I have received the same letter. I even have written out a check for $14.89 but decided to look them up first before mailing. Now, I'm glad I did. I will void this check and keep the letter as a reference in the event there is a class action suit. I want to be in on it as well.Glad I took the time to research them. If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Like everyone else I received the award letter saying I won $1,325,000.00 30 year annuity $2,000,000.00 with an acquisition fee of $11.89 payable to the office of ANC and just everyone else I put in to PCH

I received this letter today with the same wording as everyone else; win either 1.325 million or 2 million with payment of $12.99 + $3.00 if you want rush shipping. I also noticed they say something about a Premium Offer to get a $2,500 gift certificate for up to 75% off at Wonrewards.com online merchandise and service offerings. I haven't researched them yet, but they're next. Count me in on a class action lawsuit as I did send my information in to Publishers Clearing House as well and am assuming they are selling their lists. Get 'em.

I received the same letter today, stating I had one 1,325,000,00 or payments over 30 years. No information came as to what it was that I had entered, so it must have come from PCH, which is the only thing I had entered. However my letter very clearly states that no money was needed. "purchase will not increase the chance of winning" Many people however would pay the 12.99, thinking, hey, I am getting 2000.000,000 I can afford it. Glad I googled it, I would have been out the price of a postage stamp. They need to have a lawsuit brought against them. "[email protected]"

I just received this letter from ANC official form 13570 that goes on to say that I have just won 1,325,000.00 in the mail today. Like most of you I was very happy once I read it and then thought to myself, let me go online to see if this company is legitimate. Well, now I know the answer to that question, which is "NO!" like some of you I believe that got my info from PCH as well. This is so wrong and they need to be stopped!

Then thing that drew my attention though, I mean besides the 11,89 fee, is that the letter has no date on it, nor does the envelope, so I thought to myself; how can I know when this letter is issue so I count the 7 days!!

I also received this document stating I won $1,325,000. Pretty much knew it was a scam since they were asking for $11.89 for a processing fee. Checked this Web site to make sure. This must be stopped. They are robbing people of their money. Alot of elderly people would definitely enter this is know my mom would because it is a letter. And my mom does not know how to use the Internet so would never know it was a scam. And eventually would forget she sent the money...

Official Declaration of Certified Award and Provision of Payment arrived today offering over1.3 million upfront, or 2 Million over 30 years in increments of (none other than the mark of the beast) 66,666.66 a year for 30 years. As a student and mother of two, this seemed like a Godsend at first, but the realest in me decided to take to the land of Google as a precaution. Same numbers appeared on my former as everyone else's, and like so many others, I recently entered the Publisher's Clearing House Sweepstakes which awards a winner tomorrow (03/28/17). Is PCH selling it's entrants out? Either way, this is complete trickery and a scam at its finest! Should a suit arise...COUNT ME IN! I received this letter today march 27/17. I was every excited about possibilities. I also thought it was Publisher's clearing house. The letter looks very official. I actually started to write a check for $14.89 though as stated it isn't a requirement to win. My better judgment led me to google A.N.C. after I reviewed the letter again and didn't see Publisher's Clearing House anywhere. Thanks to all your comments I know this is a scam.

I got my reward letter today on form 13570. They informed me that I had won $1,325,000.00 in a lump sum. I had been entering Publisher's Clearing House sweepstakes so I thought I had a notification from them. However, PCH name didn't appear anywhere on this notification. Plus, they wanted $11..89. Even though the letter looked official, complete with a bar code, I was still wary. I checked it out online. No good. I was calculating how much Uncle Sam would get, now I don't owe him anything!

Class Action....count me [email protected] telephone and mail fraud needs to stop.....we are receiving calls from all over everyday from states and abroad....WE DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM NUMBERS WE DO NOT KNOW AND DO NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELVES....OUR THEORY IS IF THEY ARE LEGIT THEY WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE.

SURE I would have sent the $15.00 for fast shipping , just to risk it to see if it is true or false .
But decided to check on line . How dissapointing to find out it's a SCAM .
EVERY $15.00 they collect , this will make them millionaires how horrible to do that to people .
