Credits
I'm using celcom magic sim. I have a balance rm 33. Yesterday,i realoaded rm 5 and it became rm 38. Just now,i used data for about 5 minutes and then my balance suddenly became rm0.40. Why does it happened?

Celcom 4G line

Celcom internet line
I am staying in KL City Centre (Kg Baru Kuala Lumpur) and working in golden triangle area too (Jalan Raja Chulan) but my phone's internet line become worst every day especially after last week of celcom's upgrading.

Ridiculous
Why is it that every time I Top-up Rm10 and getting only RM9.43? I couldn't even subscribe to my preferred weekly internet plan with this happening only to me, and I refuse to call your horrible costumer service with 50cent charge; resulting in RM8.93 balance.
And no. I don't even subscribe to any scams from various messages and from *118#. I am smart enough to know what is a scam and is true
And furthermore, why is the Internet Burung Hantu speed only limited to a 33kb/s speed? I couldn't even watch a single video unless I wait for an hour or so to buffer a single 10minute video.

Poor data connection
After the system upgrade to 4g, the data connection has seem to drop frequently. When moving from one area to another, the 4g connection can just disconnected directly and required to a few minutes to get connected back!
Surfing facebook is also very slow. When launching, you can see it try to refresh and get the feeds.

Dissatisfy over the services
Being a customer to Celcom for years but when you faced/have problem that you think is not being fairly treated, you get to no way to address your issue. You can only deal with front desk personnel but just cannot get to talk to higher level person in charge. Yes, no system is perfect but there should be channel that customers can ready have their problem solve. Everything go by the books only. How the company can growth if continue to stick to current way of business.
Being in servicing business, how can Celcom improve it in order to retain customers' interests and stick with them if such poor services continue being provided???? Please provide better platform/channel in dealing with customer complaints.

Internet connection very slow
The internet (Burung Hantu 1am-7am) connection is very slow these few days since 6.10.16...usually if I download a file's it can reach around 400kb/sec but these few days it only can reach 50-80kb/sec??...it's very hard for me to complete a single content...I hope Celcom can fix this problem ASAP...

no coverage n internet bad
sy merupakn mnguna tetap celcom selama 4-5 tahun. Harap PIHAK CELCOM dapat perbaiki maslah ini.. sejak 6/10/16 talian internet makin teruk no network dan kadang2 dapt 1-2 bar sahaja..sy xdapt mmbuat pngiln luar n terpaksa mnunggu signal. sy keluar bndar sklipun sg. petani mslh ini masih terjadi..sila atasi masalh ini secepat mugkin!! sekian terima kasih.

No coverage in UiTM Mukah Sarawak
Please fix Celcom coverage in Mukah Sarawak because most of the students are using Celcom services. We as a student using internet as a daily basis. I have been using Celcom for over 7 years now. I am thinking about changing into DIGI or MAXIS if this terrible Celcom coverage continues. Please fix this. UiTM and Politeknik Mukah students need INTERNET and COVERAGE.

talian internet tak stabil
Saya pengguna baru dalan postpaid first blue...baru saja beralih ke talian celcom pada 20/9/2016...register no.0199895147....saya amat tidak berpuashati dengan talian celcom...sejak daftar sampai sekarang talian internet bermasalah,putus putus dan tidak stabil.walaupun saya berada dalam bandar contoh di jalan telipot kota bharu...sering putus dan tidak stabil ...hanya dapat E shj...kadang x dpat langsung...saya kadang rasa menyesal...mengguna line celcom....
Saya berharap agar pihak CELCOM membaiki perkhidmatan dan memberi kepuasan yang terbaik untuk pelanggan...t.kasih diharap dapat maklum balas drp pihak CELCOM....T.KASIH

Disappointed with Internet Service
Recently received a notification regarding service improvement. Tried being patient but it is running thin. At this day and age, there shouldn't be a limit to data usage, what more of unimpeded internet coverage. With unreliable connectivity as well as sub-par internet speed, it is a wonder Celcom remain in standing against other Telco. Forgive my bluntness but I have been enduring for quite a while—unable to enjoy fast, reliable internet and even purchasing additional data for work, for a cutthroat charge of RM18 for only 2GB! Please improve your services or you will start to lose customers—a fact.

Slow Data Internet Speed
Celcom internet speed was terribly weak and slow for the pass few months ! It still haven't solve the problem till today !
The 4G signal never last for 10 minutes ever in all indoor or outdoor area. Had talked to celcom technical person and they told us keep restart our hand phone in order to get back 4G signal, what a lousy solution they provided !
If you don't want to lose more celcom user please fix it !!

Video tube pack totally unavailable
Hello. I am a celcom user with prepaid type. I want to make complaint on the poor internet service. Every time I subscribe the internet for example the video tube pack for RM2 pack, the credit will be deducted as soon as possible. However, the subscription of the internet is still not available even though the credit already being deducted and it takes a long time for the successful subscription message to notify me. I am very disappointed with this service. Please fix this problem. Thank you in advance.

poor service and connection
My NO 0148766831/0138053022 ,u guys said this place coverage with 3G/4G area but still line suck and restart every time its want , no matter its sim Burung hantu or SOX, both same . when im send text to ask how much quota i been used or buy internet plan. late response and waste my credit due use internet without plan. One more thing, its super annoying when i got message from celcom suddenly when around 3-5 AM or i should said around time we sleep. All message was about stupid thing and doesnt benefit us at all, and yet u guys send that message to disturb our sleep. Lastly, please tell us when our internet expired before 12 AM more consistently because sometime we forgot to top up due NO notification or we busy with work . if this thing didn't change until end of this year, i will change my sim card. its really suck when u all just know how to do business but doesn't care about customer at all. i been used this Celcom since im form 1 . now im 23. think our loyalty and don't embarassing us because we also promote our friend or family member about celcom goods . Sorry being to harsh and my stupid english .

Internet slow
The past 3 months I cannot open any of the website. Not worthy paid 4G for RM 72 per month. Why your upgrading as your company mentioned never happened. My friends warned me and said CELCOM sucks. Please how come you can lied to your customers. Think about it if you are the person who believed in your religion!!!!

Unfair chargers
I have barred my line in june n request Celcom to stop charged me. They have aggred but suddenly after 3months I received letter and my payment is due for 3 month. Right after that I have email celcom to complaint that I have requested to barred my line and u still charged me. But I only get their reply after 15days. What I don't understand why celcom sent my statement after 3 months. Why didn't sent the statement when I have due for 1month? Is this how u make money from ur customer? How do u expect me to pay souch where I didn't use my line at all. Worse still, I went to your outlet in Tampin, n9 to make the payment. However, the Chinese guy refused to accept my payment as I have barred my line. He said I don't have to make any payment. Pls waive all the charges that u have billed me after the line is barred. Celcom Roaming Charge
Hi, Im using celcom postpaid line with number 0176502033. Recently I have been charged with data roaming pass which is RM38 during my travel to Thailand. This is second time in row I have charged by Celcom in my billing. I do not activate the pass for this yet this been charged for me. Furthermore, prior to my visit I have called celcom and set the necessary setting on my mobile phone during my visit in Thailand. Only reason given by Celcom is this is valid charge and they have open a case for dispute. This is frustrating and repeating again and again.

Customer Service Call Centre
1111 - Customer Service Call Centre at Ara Damansara
I just made a call to a Celcom over my online account and spoke to a Shariza. Over the course of our conversation, the background voices were terribly noisy!! It was as though she was in a market!! I was straining to listen to her while I was trying to relate my problem. I asked her to tell her colleagues to tone down their volume but it was ignored. I'm appalled at the level professionalism of Celcom with this type of customer service. Truly shocking!!!
Another complaint is that they disabled my password which I've been using for a year without notification. Also, I discovered that they've gotten my email address wrong!!! What terrible service!!

Over Billing
My spouse’s hand phone (019-4459855) was barred for exceeding the credit limit.
I have instructed CELCOM to set a credit limit of RM 100. However CELCOM barred the phone when the spending exceeded RM 130.
No prior notice was received , prior to the number being barred.
I called CELCOM to find out whether it is voice or data usage that has caused the bill to be high.
I was told that this information will only be available next month, after this month’s billing cycle is complete!
Meanwhile, I was told to pay the RM 130 to activate this line again. In fact I received a few e-mails requesting me to pay up.
I called CELCOM to limit my bill to RM100 only, as that was the credit limit set by both parties, but they keep insisting that I pay the total amount. This is unfair as CELCOM knowingly allowed usage to exceed the mutually agreed credit limit, then they are forcing me pay.

Celcom Sucks
I received Celcom message which are you guys upgrading 4g bla bla..last 2 weeks. Unfortunately until now still like shit? Pay month internet for waste for two weeks? Complaint to the operator then please talk to the technician and then waiting the turn like 1 hour still cannot reach to talk with the technician. Celcom fast as Hussain Bolt? o0o

Magic Sim card can not detected
When i'm inserting the card into the simcard compartment in my phone.it tells me tgat no network detected.i had tried to put the magic sim into my friends,many friends i mean.it still cannot detect.its not my phone problem.i think its celcom problem.please reponds to my problem asap.tq
