I have very bad experience with celcom. I'm not a happy user with celcom, at first was ok until the day I wanted to cancel two of my accounts with celcom under number 013-5871006 (acc 17892232) and 0134315998 (acc178922829) and I went to celcom branch near my house at tanjong Bungah Penang, the celcom staff help me called to customer service on 17th June 2016 and the customer service said will call me the next day, than on today 20th June 2016 customer service only called me and keep dragging me from cancelation. What took so hard to cancel a line ? And I need to pay for the following month ? I have ask for cancel before my due date.

Slow Data Connection Everyday
Aku rasa macam tertipu jer dengan package unlimited First Gold Celcom 80 Plan. Aku rasa aku pakai umobile sebelum ini lebih bagus intermet nyer daripada Celcom. Celcom memang lahanat dan rasanya cuba menipu pelanggan. Aku tak taulah berapa MBps connection digunakan sebaba selalu connection lost tiap malam bila nak google search. Aku rasa menyesal sungguh gunakan celcom, dan cukup sebulan aku nak tukar balik UMobile. Aku sumpah celcom takkan kaya dengan penipuan ini. Harap ada pihak daripada KPDNKK mengkaji telco provider yg cuba menipu pelanggan.

Still Not Get My Refund
I registered online at your Celcom First Gold on 28th May, then receive starter pack a few days later. Unfortunately, when i try to use it, it not working and i called 1111, the operator told me that i have to wait 4-5 working days to go online. Regret with that, i canceled my plan to be your customer and request for refund back my money. They told me to wait another 4-5 working days to make it happen. Today 13th June, i really surprise that i still not get my refund. Thank you so much for your "fast" solution to me. Hopefully, you continue this "fast' service so that more and more customer will leave you and you have to work harder to get it back.

LTE/4G
Hi,
Never had a chance to use the so called 'Celcom 4G/LTE service', due to most of the time there is no 4G coverage. If there is, the so called 'fastest speed on the fastest network' doesn't seems to work. Should be called as 'slowest speed on the slowest network'.
Thank you for not improving your service and keep on promoting whatever you have left.

Overcharged for data roaming
Apr 2016 - I was charged 4 days of international data roaming in Hong Kong. This is despite me switching off my mobile data before my plane depart from KLIA. Called Celcom at least 5 times. Got refunded 2 weeks later.
May 2016 - I was charged 2 days of international data roaming in Bangkok despite disabling mobile data prior departure. Now lodging complaints with them. I googled and found that many people face the same kind of problems.
Ok - we lodge complaints because we check our bills. BUT what happens to those GLCs and government servants (such as our Ministers)? Do they check their bills? If Celcom is overcharging them, it is indirectly overcharging the TAXPAYERS!!! Plan to switch back to Maxis. Would rather pay more to Maxis for better 4G quality than being overcharged by Celcom for things that I DID NOT USE!

No Service
Dear Celcom, my telco suddenly and now always showed No Service, it is really frustating because anywhere i go it keep showed No Service or Emergency, my number didnt block by celcom yet because i just reload it, but this issue really frustating and cant be accepted

Slow data connection to the maximum
Celcom didn't live it up to what it claimed to be - fastest network and non stop 4G LTE. First Gold 80 plan is such a cheat. Data connection is lost or extremely slow at all time since the day I ported out from Maxis in late April 2016. I can hardly reach 5GB data monthly, what's more the additional free 5GB data given on weekend due to such network interruption & unavailability. What a scam!

Roming charges
Im using celcom and my number is 0176502033. Im being charged for roaming that i never uses. I have launched complaint and celcom only gave waiver partially and i have open case with them again and they close it. Im really frustrated with celcom for charging me for services that i never use.

DISHONEST DEALER
I think this is a criminal case because the dealer of Celcom without my concern using my personal data to making a purcahse. I hope Celcom will take action immediately. I do not want to tell the story again, and all has been reported in my police report. Please find the attachments enclosed is the proof.

CHEATED BY CELCOM
Celcom new plan rm80/mth is a total scam. Please do not sign up/ portation. I did transfer my line from maxis to Celcom on 27th April 2016. On 29th my line with Celcom was activated. That time I was in Bangkok,Thailand on vacation. Unfortunately my line got no roaming, so I decided to call Celcom careline to activate it but couldn't do so with my line. It keeps saying some thai msg that couldn't get thru. So I decided to use my hotel fixed phone to get call Celcom careline and guess what? I am being charged rm90+ by the hotel for making overseas call. To make matter worst, when I got bk to Malaysia few days later I receive a statement from Celcom dated 8th May 2016 and stated that my total bill is rm137+ juz for 10days of usage!!! To my shocking truth I found out that I am being charged rm80+ again by Celcom for trying to call their careline which was unsuccessful when I was in Thailand regarding my roaming issue. Therefore I made a complaint with Celcom asking them to rebate those charges and guess what those Sharks replied me? They said it was a valid call and I have to pay the bills. So the lesson of this story is never ever switch to Celcom without checking carefully.

Internet Burung Hantu
Dear Celcom,
I don't know why you did this but it's really bad. Look, most of the people that used Magic Sim are students. The one who can't afford to buy those unlimited WiFi or whatever you call it. I bought it with the thought of oh wow this is really affordable and convenient. I spent Rm40 per month and for a student it's the price where we can just live with. But now you took this from us and we have to pay for the night quota. Don't you see ? Students often stay up all night. It's really inconvenience you know. We don't have a lot of money. I've been a celcom user for 8 years now and the first thing that came into my mind when Magic Sim is out was Celcom became cooler and cooler than the others. Why would you do that ? I'm really begging you to bring back the unlimited night quota. Please. I don't care if you raised the price for the day. I really don't. But don't take away the unlimited night quota. I hope you reconsider this. Please. I mean it. Please. I really need this. I'm not from a rich family where I can get 100 ringgits or 200 ringgits when I need it. Please. Just please. I beg you. I really beg you. Most people don't care about this but I do. Please.

First Gold Plan Line Problem
Hi
Need to check about the line of the current plan. The phone line somehow went crazy. it suddently went to "No Service" out of nowhere and it really frustrating. i used Iphone 4s before and it was okay. i`ve changed to Iphone 6s and for a while it was okay, then the line went crazy till now. just today only i lost count on restarting the phone thinking that my phone is causing the problem but i bought the phone brand new and never fell before so i dont think it could be the problem. it`s between turning the phone flight mode on and off or restarting the phone. i went to kl 3 days back and the problem still occured. its really hard for me to work as i need to do a lot of phonecall everyday. please check and fix the problem as soon as possible.

CELCOM broadband problems

I signed up for CELOM Broadband in May 2015 but the service was poor so I threw the pendrive away after a few days. I did not hear from them so I assumed that the service was terminated automatically in June. CELCOM did not give me any notification since May 2015 but sent me a bill asking for RM 309 in January 2016. I went to Bluecube five separate times to get an exemption. Then I got a lawyer's letter in May 2016 so I decided to pay them RM 309. CELCOM broadband is a fraud.

Celcom - Internet Burung Hantu , Say bye to unlimited Quota
Hi,
I'm a student using celcom magic sim mainly because of the internet burung hantu. But now theres no more unlimited quota instead i get only 1.5gb + 6.5Gb for monthly rm30 which i usually purchased. It is so unfair for user like me which on a tight budget. THAT's NOT ALL!!! After the new plan implementation, my 1.5gb quota also got used up until 0mb during the period of 1am to 7am yesterday which never happened before the new plan system. So, please take a serious look in this matter as there is probably a huge error in your system. I will take this matter to the authority for actions.
And please bring us back the unlimited internet burung hantu or give a decent quota for example 30gb for weekly and 100gb for monthly purchase. If not your plan would mean no different with other telco and please be ready to lose thousands of loyal customer like what happen to the once a famous telco 'M'.

My line unstable...
Calling few friends saying my line was unstable.. Is that my line server having problem? Please rectified the problem for me. Tone hi- low. Hi low.. Other side can't hear me .. Even I purposely run down to air Itam service center to change the SIM card. Was trying using diffrent device to rectified the problem. Still facing the same problem.

OPTION 2 - CALLED 1111, SELECTED MY OPTION TO CHECK MY BILL INFO.
OPERATOR MACHINE WILL NOT PROCEED TO CHECK MY BILL INFO, IT KEEPS REPEATING THE SAME OPTION WHICH I HAVE ALREADY SELECTED.

Mobile Data Very Slow
Hi Celcom,
Im a Celcom First Gold user. Since i switched to celcom from digi, my internet speed when im at home is so damn slow comparing to maxis/digi/umobile which my partner is a digi user. Every month my mobile data balance is around 9gb which carry forward also cannot be used due to slow internet. You are also charging me for CELCOM CONTENT RM2 PER SMS i received which i never subcribe before and im being charged around RM10 every month those damn CELCOM CONTENT. When i go to celcom center the CSR told that Celcom content that im being charged cannot be rebated. If in next bill i never received the rebate i requested i will lodge a report and considering to switch back to Digi. STOP SCAM USER MONEY WITH CELCOM CONTENT.

(Celcom First Gold) Lost phone line and no internet connectivity
I have ported over from Maxis 2 months ago to Celcom First Gold. However today's experience is really unacceptable. At 9.00am today, I have suddenly lost my phone line (cannot call out and cannot receive calls/messages) and zero internet connection. The issue has yet to be resolved, I gone onto Celcom's website to lodge a complaint since 4 hours ago, and also used the Celcom chat messaging to contact their personnel, and I was given a case ID number...however the matter has yet to be resolved. This is frustrating, and I never thought this problem would happen to Celcom in the KL City Centre! I hope there are no emergency calls at the mean time, because I'm mulling taking legal action against Celcom because as a paying customer I deserve to enjoy Celcom's services as promised! Celcom better get your act together, or you are bound to be another Maxis!

Slow internet connection
Hello,
I'm working in Level 10, Tower 2, PETRONAS TWIN TOWER, KLCC. I'm experiencing very slow internet connection and sometime no connection at all for the past 2 months or maybe 4/6 months. Not only me but also other colleagues. To send whaps also major headache. It is super duper annoying.
There are friends who prefer to stay with maxis even less attractive because of this internet connection issue.
Pleaseeeeeeeee rectify.
