Bad customer service

Dear admin,
I would like to express my discomfort of the experience I faced at blue cube center, Aeon Bukit Tinggi, Klang. Last Sunday (14 Feb 2016), I brought my friend from Czech Rep. to get a simcard from Celcom since her phone can only compatible with Vodafone (partnered with Celcom M'sia). As you can see from the picture attached, I got number 1018 at 1657 hours and only be served at 1815 hours, noted that now serving number 1012. Although there are two (2) counters, I waited for more than one hour to get a RM5 simcard! While waiting, I did asked for when is my turn and your cus. service personnel merely told us to wait because other customers are waiting too. This is a very rude service. I told them that I only want to purchase a simcard. I don't understand how the numbers was being called but the attitude of your people is the worst. This incident left a bad image of Malaysia's service to my friend. I can understand it's busy in the shop but you can always asked for some other people to help us. I did saw some other staff appeared to be admin came out to front desk occasionally. I hope Celcom take this as a serious matter. Hope for your reply soon.

PENIPUAN GIFTCARD

Saya telah beli 2 TalkText Pack & telah menerima sms 2 giftcode P115156261 & P229028485. Pada 31 Januari 2016 saya telah pergi ke suria, kota kinabalu untuk mengambil giftcard tersebut. Saya telah berbaris selama 1 jam ( poor service). Pada masa tersebut pekerja tersebut telah menberikan saya 1 giftcard saja. Aapbila saya bertanya pekerja tersebut hanya menberi 1 giftcard (708381 320277 62857) saja dan memberitahu bahawa setelah saya mengaktifkannya nanti giftcard tersebut akan bertambah menjadi rm60. Saya telah pergi ke station PETRONAS dan setelah mengaktifkan giftcard tersebut hanya berisi rm30 saja. Saya rasa tertipu dengan perkara tersebut..

Identity Theft

I was shocked at the way this company handles its procedures. After almost 20 years living abroad, I was shocked to learn somebody has used my IC to open a line, and left me with a balance 16 years ago. Worst of all, Celcom has blacklisted me when I attempted to sign up with other mobile companies. I was told to lodge a police report and submit the report for investigation. I am then left without any means to sign up with any mobile companies while pending for investigation. I found this absolutely appalling. Who gives the right to Celom to simply blacklist a person? I was able to prove to the police that I was not in the country at the time the service was activated. Despite this, My case is pending for an 'investigation' - God knows how long this will take. We relocated to this country from USA 1 week ago, and would appreciate if anyone could advise me how else we can open a line. I am the victim here, but CELCOM chose to further victimise a person through no fault of their own. I was told I can only open a line with CELCOM once I submitted the police report. - To me, this seems like a scam. Why would I have an account or have anything to do with a company that blacklist me without facts? However, it seems like they are getting by with this and there is nobody to stand up against this company.

Malaysia and CELCOM have a long way to go if this country is ever going to be perceived modern and advance by foreigners. The fact that the company simply blacklists a person without facts tell you a lot about the company. I would strongly advise anyone especially foreigners to stay AWAY from CELCOM.

Poor Call and Data Connection

Poor Call and Data Connection

I'm staying at Kinrara Mas, Bukit Jalil, 58200 Kuala Lumpur. The call and data connection has been very weak and very often, there is NO reception at all. I would appreciate your technician can do an inspection and improve the service. Otherwise, many Celcom users including me may have to look for other options.

Unfair Celcom To Rip off ex-customer

I terminated my Celcom mobile but was charged a full month bill despite not on their service at all. Their basis is that because the day I have moved out of Celcom, my billing cycle has started, hence based on their policy, it is a mandatory full month payment.
Does not make sense. Also gave me alot of problem when I was trying to port our of Celcom.

And even wanting to charge me RM10 for bill statement which they have failed to send to my email, although they claimed that they have sent. So now I need to contact my gmail to ask why Celcom email was not received?

I think for such a giant corporation, such behavior is too amateurish.

Billing problem

Dear Sir/Madam Jan 16, 2016

I subscribed to CELCOM in May 2015 but stopped using it after two days because I subscribed to TM. I did not receive any communication from CELCOM since May 2015 so I assumed that the service was automatically terminated since I did not make any further payment. However, I received a bill on January 16, 2016 implying that I owed CELCOM money. I would appreciate it if you could nullify the payment due because I did not use CELCOM service since May 2015 and did not receive any warning letter from CELCOM since May 2015.

MAXUPEXTRA1GB

i have subscribed additional data thru SMS "MAXUPEXTRA1GB" and sent to 28882, and got reply "purchase successful"...RM20 also charged in my bill for that (checked online dashboard). However no additional 1GB data received when i checked "Bal Status" thru SMS service 28882. Monthly Internet balance still 0MB.

i was previously complaint about the sudden loss of my 2GB data in less then 24hours after after subscribed to this new plan Celom First Blue. Called CS a few times and lodge a report, but still no solution....which is why i tried to subscribe additional 1GB data since i need mobile internet badly for work....and new problem arise.

if u can't solve this problem, at least please waive the RM20 additional data for nothing, and also more than 2 weeks of no mobile internet on my phone.

DISAPPOINTED.

slow internet speed even im using "burung hantu"

Im using this magic sim since first time it launched. Yes the "burung hantu" worked greatly. But for now, im paying for rm30 and burung hntu show me the speed same as basic internet. All my friend having the same problem. Pls let us know if there is problem, i know you will ignore this report. If youre going to bankrupt dont blame us.

Celcom Prepaid

Really sick of celcom prepaid. Each time after I top up, received MMS. Didn't even open the MMS then credit start missing. Called to 1111 many times and I said
"Kenapa credit saya ditolak walaupun aku tidak melanggan apa-apa MMS secara bukan-bukan?"
"MMS ini bukan dari Celcom, tapi dari pihak luar"
They gave me method like STOPMMS to 663XX and being charged RM0.15/message. Still problem persist and the same thing happened over and over again.

Celcom really sucks.

Celcom Prepaid

Really sick of celcom prepaid. Each time not long after top up, credit went missing. My credit always missing like got ghost in my phone... This is a extremely annoying case i experience until tak boleh tahan.. I called to 1111 many times and I said

extremely low internet speed!!!- Jalan Kiew Nang, Sibu

Signed up an internet package when i was at Johor. but when i go back my home town at Jalan Kiew Nang, Sibu, i cann't excess to internet at all, even socoal massaging also cann't. Checked to the celcom coverage map, it showed that 4G!!!! Seriously 4G??? Why i cann't excess to internet at my home? Dear Celcom, please upgrade your service at my area as i pay every month not to get for a poor service.

signal weak (or even no)

Location : kota kinabalu Karamunsing basement floor
Used to have strong signal before but recently the coverage become weaker or sometime no signal at all. I believe it used to have signal booster at that area and then it may not function or broken etc.

I work at Jalan 12/91A, Shamelin Perkasa.
Always no service in this area, can't receive SMS at all, very not convenience to work for online banking, like fund transfer, buy movie tickets etc.

Sim card not allow conection

I had faced problem with celcom sim card on my phone.
If i change my sim to my moto x phone it will stated as
"Sim card does not allow connection"
When switch to u mobile sim,it works perfectly.
I had changed sim two time and problem still not solve.

CELCOM CS DAMN SERVICES

CELCOM CS WAS VERY DAMN SERVICES !!!! From April'15 till now (July'15) i always call/email to celcom cs/corporate department, bt the case till pending and no people to assist for me. And they always feed back "need to wait three to five working days" and then no ans and no feed back and like nothing happen.... if this not the company register i will straight to banned the celcom! and now i pending to send the letter to Celcom HQ and if till can't settle ! i will straight go to call 1300-888-500!!!! GST !!!!

I went to Celcom Blue Cube for m38 plan.

25/June
I receive message from Digi & Celcom while I still using my Digi SIM card. After few hours Digi SIM card cannot use then I change Celcom SIM card.
The day life with no 3G is start !

28/June
I call helpline by using other Celcom postpaid because prepaid have to pay rm0.50 charges to talk to cs ! Then she told me i got outstanding bill on digi,i say ok i check with them now. But quite busy on that time so i din calling back to cs again.

29/June
I went to Celcom change a new SIM card because the officer call me and telling about my porting got problem have to resubmit and have to change new SIM card. On time,I was calling to Celcom helpline and asked for my acc status,the customer service told me they will help me to make report and telling me to wait 24 hours they will proceed. Lunch time i go celcom to get the new sim then I return back to work.

30/June
My line still not activate ! I getting weird. I call cs after work,cs told me they got 2 system and my status is active in 1 system only,she will help me follow up the case and give me the report num : 1-62383601224 then ask me to wait 24 hours to process the report.

1/July
The important is the line is still no service ! I was very angry and i call to cs again. This time this cs ask me to do step by step on phone. 1-> Setting 2-> Carrier 3-> Close automatic and choose celcom provider manually 4-> Restart. After done all step request,still no service,then tell me IT department problem. And cs say will do report for further assist then ask me to wait for 24 hours AGAIN !! What i can do while i have been waiting for so many 24 hours ! I only CAN WAIT ?????

I recall to cs again. Today i seriously wan settle the problem. I told cs my problem every times i call. Today cs let me getting mad,she told me they reject my request because the number is not belong to me (this owner).
- I ask her how to porting if the number is not belong to me ?
- Why digi let go the number is not belong to me ?
- After call I have confirm with Digi,the owner of the number is belong to me !
This time i request to talk with their supervisor or any member on duty can make solution. She told me they on call and not available to talk to me. I tell her i can waiting on line. I wait and wait and wait,then she tell me the officer is malay not free now buka puasa (24 hours cs with no any officer to guide ?) GIVE u 100 LIKE. Then i ask any highest authority officer else at there ? She tell me no one ! NO ONE ??? Celcom what u doing ! I straightly ended the call ! And i decided to share my experience to whole MALAYSIA citizen about the THIS TELCO ! I really regret to switch and i will update every day until the case settle !

unreasonable charges & problem login account

here's the problem, i logged into account to subscribe a data plan for Rm28 per month & everything was just fine & nothing unusual happened for 2-3months...starting from october my dad go pay bills & suddenly found out that the bill had become RM300++ (from data usage!!!)...if I'm Already subscribe for the data plan of RM28,so how come the data usage still can go to few hundreds??!!!

after that i use the *118# to check for the subscribe status, it said i "currently do not have an active subscribetion to any celcom broadband package"??!!! Can some body tell me what happened???

after this happened i keep on trying to log in into the account & it either keep on showing blank page or saying that i'm not the authorize person to do so...if im not the authorize person to log into my own account, then who else????

can someone please give me an explanation?

Confirmed turn off IP5 Cellular Data but Celcom still Charge me Rm250

Today I had canceled the data plan since my IP5 not much using Data Plan (Major use WIFI at home or Office). And I confirmed that I had turn off the cellular data in IP5 setting. Because I had experienced twice in last 2 years before (total RM5XX). But now I again received a SMS that celcom said I am using their data. And exceeded my phone limit (RM100) to became RM241. And I had called celcom to waive the charges but the operator said he couldn't do anything since their system had captured. This is totally unacceptable. Beside that, I had set my limit to RM100. But they still can charge till above RM241. Celcom service made me felt it is the most bad service in the world. I am true believe on that.

Please process my request

Dear celcom please i'm begging you, i have send many time texts to subscribe chat pack MI5 to 28882 since two days ago, and u still replied "ur previous request is processed. pls wait".... but nothing happened. i waited for two days!! its a waste to buy credits if i can't subscribe internet and you still "processing request". please.. if i didn't get the internet the whatsapp app will automatically turn on internet and it eat my credit little by little.

Not registered on network

I had signed up for the Galaxy S5 package on 16/4/2014, since then my nightmare begins.

I was not able to connect to 4GLTE. My SIM card is always "not registered on network". I couldn't call or receive calls.
I have to use a third party number to call to Celcom Customer Service only to be told to wait 3-7 working days to resolve!
My bill had been wrong for 2 months. They are charging me to old plan (RM50+RM98) plus the broadband fee (RM88) where it should be RM168. They did not rebate the RM100 per month as promised.

All they say is "Celcom is upgrading their system"
It's been 3 months now and my problem is still not resolved?

Today is the 2nd time I was disconnected from the network!

What's the problem, Celcom?

Last year I subscribed the internet plan and there was no quota at all plus, the speed was absolutely fine. I was really satisfied. But now, the quota doesn't piss me off but it is all about the speed. The speed fluctuating, from 0kbps to 200 kbps then back to 0 again. I'm so F*****G angry at you, Celcom. You disappointed me. And others I would say.
