poor customer service for senior citizen
Greetings! I am your customer who likes your "Beef Wonton noodles" and really it's the best.
Subject: Comparison between the Chowking Metro Point branch to the Chowking Calasiao, Pangasinan branch regarding the customer service to a senior citizen.
Situation (about 50 customers who fall in line): March 15, 2017 that was yesterday, we went to pasay with my mother who is a senior citizen for some reasons and had our breakfast in chowking around 10:30am. We are at the LAST part of the line and your crew approached and suggested that he may take our order and wait as he searched for a good place for us (in respect to my mother who is a senior citizen) and finally served the delicious meal for us. CHEERS TO THE WELL-TRAINED CREWS OF THIS BRANCH! (I FORGOT THE NAME OF THE GUY WHO ASSISTED US)
Situation (about 5 customers who fall in line): In the evening about 9pm, same day, we went home and had our dinner in chowking. We are at the FRONT of the line BUT MS SHAYNE opened her computer, that is situated next to our line and entertained the customer who is at my back. (we didn't know that the computer is off). SPECIAL TREATMENT FOR SENIOR CITIZENS SHOULD BE PRACTICE BECAUSE IT IS A SIGN OF RESPECT.

Poor service & poor sanitation
Chowking branch at North Ave. Quezon City has poor service.... The place is untidy.... the comfort room is so dirty that we can smell the odor up to the eating area... spoiling our appetite.... Is branch about to close.... it seems that it not being managed well.....

Extra charge of one sachet sauce
I ordered chowfan with shaghai lumpia. it was for take out. it came out as dine in and has to be returned for take our. i asked for extra sauce since 2 pcs was inserted inside. The front counter said 5 pesos charge. While on on Chowking branches located at malls gives extra, why this branch charges? its a negligible cost= water,sugar, vinegar = 1 small sachet for 5 pesos? Talaga bang hapit kayo sa kita? E ilang libo na kinita nyo samin dito sa PGH college of dentistry. Everytime me grand rounds or scientific fora Chowking pina oorder dahil rice meal! The dimunitive manager even dont know what sunk cost means, of just giving extra 1 piece sauce. So Goodbye Chowking! tutal laos din naman ang endorser nyo, kya ba kyo kuripot magbigay ng extra sauce? Lahat gusto nyo pagkakitaan, i charge nyo na rin yun water na hinigingi ng mga tao. i'll tell this around mu colleagues, social media . Low quality of service
Hi goodmorning. Yesterday, Nov 26, 2016. I and my friends went to Chowking along TM KALAW. What happened was some of us ordered different orders, and three of us including me ordered Chicken with rice and a side dish of butchi.The moment they gave us the ordered chicken we asked if it can be altered to a bigger part. But some of your crew neglected our demand. Then I immediately told him, that if it'sthe standard portion size of the chicken then be it. I really just dont want the one that he gave me because its more of bones. I asked for breast part instead. He gave us 12-15 mins in order for us to get the chicken. 12, 15, 25 mins have passed. We arent getting the chicken yet. Then I told the crews "Kuya pa follow up lang po." Then they responded "sige po". 4 times nakong pabalik balik. Actually there were really no queue that time. 30, 40 mins have passed again. Then I told the manager. "Kuya ano na? We've been here for like 45 mins na wala pa rin" And really sobrang annoyed nako, dahil walang actions or recovery steps na ginawa sila in order for us to get satisfied. Since tatlo kami, na serve na finally yung isa. Then some of the unprofessional crews was mad because we keep on updating our orders. Halos tumataas na yung boses nung crew sa kasama ko. Ini insist nung crew na that was for my guy friend, pero alam namin na mas naunang umorder yung friend namin na girl. We told him na hindi nya naman sinabe kung para kanino yung chicken. He should have told us. From that very moment most of my friends were pissed off. We told them that we're carrying out the other chicken with rice and still dine in parin yung isa. It's in the receipt that I ordered 2:45pm. Pero 3:45 wala parin. Ang stupid ng mga crews na wala namang ginagawa. I even read your vision mission outloud. To give the QUICKEST... REALLY? 1 hr lang naman kaming nag antay. And this bullshit fucking crew named Bert Policarpio was so unrespectful. I told him na "Kuya i rrefund ko nalang dahil sobrang tagal." And perhaps nakita ko na naka togo yung parehas na order, well I vividly told the crew na for dine in yung isa. Bert was really smiling that time. Na para bang walang pag eemphatized na nagaganap and sumasagot pa sya as if tama sya. Hindi rin tama yung order take. Shame on the management who hired those bullshtshit crews. That's why I am addressing this letter to someone higher than them na may kayang gawin for the betterment of your service. I really didnt detailed the entire scenario. But to cut to this story short, kindly assess your crews to act with transparency, efficieny and respect. I am not an irrate customer its just that walang pag mamahal sa trabaho yung mga crews nyo. I am part of the hospitality industry that's why I know. And for Brian Valdez? The manager on duty that time. Kindly act as a manager. He, Brian Valdez, and your bullshit effective crews should be accountable for this.

WE ORDERED AT EXACTLY 1PM. WE WAITED FOR 26 F**** MINUTES FOR THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL. THEN WE CALL THE HOTLINE TO DO A FOLLOW UP AND THE LINE GOT DISCONNECTED AND THEY DIDNT GIVE A DAMN TO CALL US BACK!!!!!!!!
I WAS THINKING THEY WOULD CALL YOU BACK BECAUSE THEY PUT A NOTE THEY WILL USE MY CURRENT NUMBER FOR UPDATES. 45 MINUTES PASSED AND WE HAVEN'T RECEIVED OUR ORDER YET AND WAS TOLD TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER FUCKING 45 MINUTES! BWISIT! WONT ORDER ANYMORE. SUCKS.

mga putang __ang mga crew yan ilang beses kanang humingi ng kailangan m at paulit ulit pa dkaman lang pinapandin hanggang sa maubos muna kinakain m. dinadaan daanan ka lang wala silang paki sa customer nila. kailan nyo mababago ang ugali nyong ganyan. I recommend na I train nyo muna sa customer service mga crew nyo bago nyo isalang sa trabaho.. tamad daldalan kwentuhan. pti casher dmo alam kng ano ba iniisip. 3 lang kami sa pila umabot p ng 20mins bago sa akin. mabagal masyado so plss sana sa susunod n kumain ako dun maayos n dhil kng hindi parin baka magwala ako dun kahit I video pa nila dhil sisiguraduhin k na chowking ang mapapahiya at hindi ako. dhil mga empleyado nyo mabagal ang service tamad at hindi binibigay ang mga kailangan ng customer...

Hi! Manager named DINA and ROSS.Ang stupid ng mga managers niyo. Parang walang manager na nakaduty sa store na yon though dalawa naman silang nakita kong galing sa office. Hindi ba't ang chowking ay Fast food? Hindi Opisina? Binibigyan dapat ng atensyon ang dining area. I remember my cousin's expression. PETIKS.. how stupid. I noticed this not just once. Everytime na kumakain ako sa store na yon, that matabang manager named DINA doing nothing and then I saw her twice na umakyat sa 3rd floor ng bldg na yon. Is that what you called YOSI BREAK? samantalang ang daming guest na nag cocomplain just because of the MAKUPAD NA SERVICE! Pay attention to that two girls! Problema sa mga tao ngayon, kuha lang ng kuha ng sahod pero hindi naman nagagampanan ng maayos trabaho nila!

Horrible delivery service.
Dear Chowking.
I ordered at 4:42 p.m. Sure enough I get a confirmation email that my order is being processed. An hour later, no calls, no delivery guy in sight. I of course didn't follow up since since we do order from Chowking time to time I thought they do the same as Mcdonalds delivery. I will admit that I have been spoiled by Mcdonalds delivery who doesnt give us confirmation calls anymore, unless of course there is something wrong with the delivery,as we always order from them and they are either always on time or early.
Apparently according to an email I got at 4:47 p.m that one of the items in the order is not available and as such my order is to be put on hold (Of which I assume it was cancelled since I wasn't even informed properly.)
I order a second batch, this time with the unavailable item not included. Recieved an email that I have sent an order at 6:24 p.m and got another email at 6:36 p.m saying that it is currently pending.
Got another email at 6:40 saying that my order is going to arrive at 45 minutes.
Jesus Christ... I waited two hours only to be told our order is going to arrive in 45 minutes. All because of a lack of confirmation calls...
Not really that much to complain about but when compared to the other delivery services, Chowking has always been on the bottom of my list. In fact, if my grandmother wasn't craving for one of your goddamned Halo-Halos, you would never recieve a single order from me.

Further to the complaint earlier posted on not being able to receive any feedback after more than an hour, contrary to the report as advised by the 2 stupid agents that order was being processed already, received a call from CHOWKING ROCES BRANCH at 9:35 pm that they just got the order and that they would just give me a freebie for the delay. Chowking delivery can eat the piece of Sh!! Freebie

NO FEEDBACK AFTER MORE THAN AN HOUR!!!!!
Chowking delivery sucks! Order placed and received at 7:19 pm got a call from chowking at 7:50 pm to advise they couldn't get through Roces' number. Received another call at 7:55 pm saying order's being processed. Made a follow up call at 9:01 and was advised that they'd elevate this matter to their head and the designated store manager. Got no call. Made another follow up call at 9:15 pm and same feedback was given. Got no call. Everytime I called theh kept on repeating a contact number which Im no longer using and informed them everytime a call was placed and received to update my contact number. CHOWKING DELIVERY SUCKS!!!!!!

Im a concerned citizen from manila. I love eating chowking products, I like the ambiance and the staff surrounds it. I ate sa chowking sa centro, mababait ang staffs. Mga generous at welcome ka talaga. But the managers caught my attention. Yung manager na babae na mataba, she go somewhere with her bf or father ata. she's gone about 20 to 30 minutes and walang manager na nagbabantay sa store. So the store got messy. Hindi sana ako magsasabi but i visit again in their store and this same manager was so noisy. She always scream with her staffs. Nung ako na yung customer ng cashier, I heard na cnabhan nia yung cashier na " ano ba yan ( insert the name of cashier) ayoko ng shunga sa cashier, ayoko ng tatanga tanga. This case happen long time ago. Like last month. Im just concerned to the cashier that she always tell embarass words infront of the customer. Thank you. I hope this case will have improvement in my next visit.

Poor service. Inabot aq ng almost 30 mins for only a cup of rice that i already ordered. Nawlan ma aq ng apetite na tapusin ang food q kya umalis na aq agad. Twice aq nagfofollow up for a long interval of minutes then mali pa yung binigay ma order s akin. Sobrang na pissed off aq dahl hndi nmn marami ang customer dhl around 9am plng iyon i the morning. Chowking Abra "charging" Employees for expired/not sold Products
Why does chowking charge its employees for unsold and expiring/expired products? Does this apply to all chowking branches?
I own a cafe and most of my customers work in that establishment. I am very shocked to hear them complain about their wage -cut real short. Today, I heard one of them say, "Ang sahod ko nung huli 2k lng, bawas nanamn kasi wala tayo sales" Does this really happen in fast food chains? I mean, is it really the employees' fault for not getting enough sales. WTF!
Today, there weren't much customers and they need to sell all the siopao they prepared. How? Well, they are forced to do door to door even at 30° wearing their thick uniform. I remember children selling plastic bags in the market of Baguio earn about 150 - 300 a day. That's 4,500 - 9,000 per month. I am very concerned for these people. They have a family to feed but their employer is stealing from them. I hope someone checks and see what's really going on.

Inattentive People
Please tell your people that they need to do their duties well either they are assigned to night shift or day shift. I have visited your Chowking branch at Zapote / Bacoor City this 12:06 midnight (July 6, 2016). i ordered wonton noodles then they were not able to serve it to me on time while the customers (not just 1 customer) next to me were eating the food that they ordered. I was waiting for a couple of minutes (to be specific- 25 minutes), and that was the reason I've been refunded. Please educate your people how to be attentive and organize. It happen as per the above date and time when we order 11 chowpan. When Mel get our order, she is confuse and she is not even listening properly to the customer.She punch our orders as per the OR record in the system (POS) and to our surprise she also did not give us any number for her to identify the costumer that has pending order. After several minutes they delivered 8 chow pan so we assume that the remaining 3 more will be deliver to us after 3 minutes. I was on the other cashier and ordering the large siopao asado. I heard that Mel is having some problem with us because she said to her other colleague that why we order so much. To our surprise it is already 20 minutes but nobody from chowking bother to ask us if there is still missing order and not yet delivered. My wife immediately approach the cashier and look for Mell to follow up the order. The Assistant Restaurant Manager Agnes assist her and while my wife is showing to her the missing order on the receipt, i saw her that she is giving a sharp look to my wife. Upon seeing the receipt, she ask my wife is she is sure if the order is right and there is no missing order. She personally approach our table and count what we have in there. When she returned back in the cahsier she is murmoring that my wife has a big problem in following up our orders. She should be responsible on what her staff are doing and she should be an example to them in terms of customer relations. Before we leave, i approached her and tell her what she has done and said but she denied that she said that. Your staff (Agnes and Mel) are all incompetent in terms of customer relations and they are not responsible in doing their job. They should be given a disciplinary action and trained them properly.

CHOWKING JONES CEBU (WORST)
Worst Chowking branch I've been to. Doesnt deserve even a 1 star.
First visit: Manager (or QC officer, as I heard) yelling at some old lady who complained that her dish did not taste well while I was there waiting for 40 minutes just to have my halo-halo. Imagine waiting 40 freaking minutes for a small halo-halo while someone was in the background yelling.
Second visit: I had 2 pieces of chicken to-go. Waited again for almost an hour when the lady told me it would just take 15 minutes. Was starving at that time and walked quite far from where I was staying. When the order finally arrived, I went home right away only to find out the styro they put the chicken in had holes that looked like they were bitten by rats! So I had to go back and have them refunded while my stomach was growling in pain. The manager was very unapologetic and still had the nerve to explain that it was due to the heat from the newly cooked dish.
Third visit: Bought siopao to-go and asked for ketchup. The lady wouldn't give me an extra sachet and commanded me (take note: commanded ha!) to just get from the condiments area. Wala nga lang pls! Wow.
I am never going back to any Chowking branch. I gave you 2 more chances and this just goes to show how your workers are very poorly service-oriented.
