Customer ang dapat mag adjust
I do patronize chowking ever since, simply because I love their products. Its delicious and affordable. But one of the things that certainly need to improve is the service. I ordered pork chao fan for lunch, the cashier asked me "iced tea na po ba ang drinks?" and then I replied " no, coke no ice please." She told me "wala po kaming soda, iced tea lang po availble additional 5 pesos po." I was shocked because according to the merchandising materials it cleary says Php. 52.00 with drinks regardless if it is coke or iced tea. I looked for the manager to clarify things out. I told her "bakit wala kayong softdrinks at bakit ko kailangan mag add ng 5 para sa iced tea? Customer na ba ang dapat mag adjust?" She confidently replied "kung gusto nyo po no drinks nalang, kasi po choice po ng customer yun. Kung gusto nyo po ng may drinks mag add po kayo ng 5." I replied " Are certain abouth that? and she replied again "yes sir." I asked her name. "leslie po" Whats your last name"? She rolled her eyes upon me and replied Garcia po. " I want you to investigate about this incident, the branch is located at robinsons place lipa, ground floor. Thank you for your immediate action.

halo halo may lamok
i ordered 3 large halo halo for takeout at chowking balagtas bayan. after 15 min i followed it up to the crew wearing a blue uniform. when he headed back to me he said that i have to wait for another minute marami daw kasing order. after 30 min naiserve din but ganun ba talaga katagal gawin ang 3 halo halo?the manager nor the crew didnt apologize .when we were about to eat it in our house it's so disgusting to see a mosquito in the leche flan. what kind of food was that?chowking was supposed to be serving clean food. please do some action..

worst customer service
I placed a pre order 2-3 days before the event (05/25) with a staff in Chowking Cabuyao, and was asked to give at least a thousand down payment for the food to be prepared 30 min before the occasion. I was told that no seat reservations but they will assist us as soon as we arrive the resto. On 05/25 at 8am I went to the change the orders to make sure that there should no problem on the actual event. Sadly the person in the counter did not even know the proper way to handle it.. Pacute with the kitchen staff while asking to write on a piece of paper the changes I made.
At around 11 am, I texted the staff , as per agreement , that we will arrive in ten minutes time. as what expected. NO SEATS available, Manager Named AL would even pretend assisting us but merely does not even know our orders.. Pretending that he is doing something but in reality ignoring us . CHOWKING is a big name in food chain industry and we have been patronizing it for the longest time because of the food itself.. But NEVER to eat to CHOKING CABUYAO...Management MUST do something about it..IT is BAD BUSINESS. When I asked to cancel the order .. parang wala lang kasi nga madami naman nakain.....
What training these staff and a manager did undergo???????I've been with customer service for ten years and I know how important a satisfied customer is....Never ever to recommend CHOWKING CABUYAO..".MANAGER AL " you're the worst manager ever I have known..

I'm a physically challenged male in my 50's. after i ordered my meal i went straight to a table not knowing that i had to get the spoon & fork myself. there is this kitchen utensils holder beside the cashier. when my order came, i ask one of the crew by the name of Coco if he could give me a spoon & fork. He just pointed where the utensils are & trying to insinuate that i get it myself.You really have one freakin' good customer service chowking santana!

No Siopao Cooked
I ordered 6 large Bola-bola siopao and the cashier told me to wait for 15mins after I paid the bill. After 15 mins and wala paring siopao na dumarating. I followed up the order and they said to wait for another 5mins while the siopao is cooking. 30mins na lumipas at wala paring siopao. I talked to the manager named ANA ROSS GOROSPE and she apologized and asked me to wait for 2mins while the siopao is about to be done. after a total of 45mins waiting.... the manager approached me and said na wala raw silang nalutong LARGE BOLA-BOLA SIOPAO. She offered me another option. I became angry kasi nga after the long wait eh wala palang naluto na order ko. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

cancelled order without informing their customer
Last Night we ordered at Chowking around 8:40 pm, the agent asked about our order and if we will pay the exact amount or no. She told me that our order will be delivered within 30-40 minutes. I waited until 10 pm but still our order wasn't delivered so I decided to go to their Molino Branch. I talked to their manager named Jamila Medina and I found out that our order is cancelled without informing us. Do you think that it is right to cancel our order without informing us? I think it isn't right because we have our rights to know that as your customer.

ill-mannered crew
last tuesday my boyfriend and i went for a dinner at chowking tanza . we went up straight to the counter at the middle, without knowing that nobody takes the order there . my boyfriend look for a table for us, i was the one left to order . when the girl before me left, that's when i knew that no one is in the mid counter to take the order . so i transfered to pos 05 to order . same with the mid counter there's also a woman before me in pos 05 and this time i am sure that there's somene to take the order, so i waited for my turn . when it's already my turn the crew named SAM just IGNORED me and told the other crew to take my order . she didn't even looked at me and entertained me . i thought she's busy of something . SHE IS SO RUDE ! did she undergone a good training ? does she know the 10 attributes ?? so ill-mannered of her . that moment i want to talk to the M.I.C. but i just wanna make it simple . i don't want to make any scandalous acts . i hope you talk to your crew named SAM . i just can't forget the experience with her .
so disappointed please do something about your crew .

Last april 4 2015 one of the staff of sm rosales chowking borrowed us c02 bec they dont have any stock, pinahiram naman namin kc they promise na mabibigay nila with in that week but comes middle of the month and end of april follow up po kami ng follow up wala pa din po, they promise not just once,twice or trice peo wala parin po, now comes may 13 i made a fon call at thier store and i talked with the manager mr Flores Jomar 1st he asked me wat store am i den i stated our store name then he said mam regarding po sa co2 mamaya magbbayad kami kasi may darting, me:ah cge sir just make sure po kc dko po alam kung may balak pa po kayong magbayad mahigut 1 month na kasi kung d kau tawagan d kau magsasabi na d kau makabayad kung alam lang po sana namin na ganyan pala kau kahirap singilin d nalang sana kami nagpahiram
What he replied:mamaya mam ibabalik namin cge mam ganon nalang sa su2nod wag na kau magpahiram(galit pa na boses)
I supposed to understand him since im in the foodchain too, pero ndi eh id never been that rude s mga s2r na nahiraman ko kc kayo na nga may utang un pa may ganang mag ganon ung sana man lang huminge xa pacnxa xa pa may ganang mag ganon.

crew of Chowking star city
At about 9 pm of yesterday May 13, 2015. We dined in at Chowking star city, wala pang ganung customer, at di din nman peak hour,pero bakit ganun ang customer service ng mga male crew...nakisuyo naman kami sa pag hingi ng tubig pero nagrereklamo na sila at hindi rin naman sila nagbigay ngg tubig, tama ba yun?.Kesyo kukuha lang kailangan pang iutos, antagal na nga nilang maprovide yung order at kulang kulang pa,kung hindi pa nag follow up...Tapos sila pa yung nagrereklamo. Sa tingin ko ayaw nila ng trabaho, dahil compare dun sa outlet na yun at dun sa outlet sa may Chowking Baclaran na kinainan namin ng halo-halo the same day about 3 pm mas madaming tao at sobrang haba ng pila...mas ok pa yung customer service to think na super dami ng tao dahil Wednesday. Pwede naman nilang sabihin politely na Ma'am andun po yung water sa gilid kuha na lang po kayo dun...kaso umoo at pagtalikod saka nagreklamo, may attitude,sila na ba may-ari at ayaw mautusan , di sana hindi sila nagtrabaho kung ganun ayaw nilang mautusan...Please lang take some actions those two needs to learn their lessons, and please teach them manners.

Lasang sunog beef chow fan
We ordered beef chow fan the first time I tasted it, lasang sunog so I went back and requested to have it replaced then it was with the same tasting Beef Chow Fan, the manager provided a free chicharap like a suhol. Our time was wasted and was overbreak due to the issue with that food.
Make sure that all crew are equipped with necessary skills to provide a good service and products!

Chowking Market Market
We had lunch at around 3 in the afternoon today(March 11, 2015 at chowking market market in taguig branch and I approached one of their crew named AL and asked for a glasses of water but then he just ignored us. I am Very sure that he saw me catching his attention but there was no customer assistance given to us. I know that this is just a simple complaint for you, but this is something unpleasant to me. I have paid for what I ate so it's my right to ask for some sort of demand. Actually, it was not my first time to eat at your store since I am working at the upper ground of the mall. And I remember that looks boastful crew always ignoring our family.. Just tell him that he makes bad things to the company. ASSHOLE!! FUCK all of you for this kind of treatment given to us! IMPROVE THE CHARACTER OF YOUR EMPLOYEES!! YOU GUYS ARE SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE BURNED IN HELL! POOR SERVICE!! SHIT

Nung makalahati na ako ng mean ko nakakita ako ng uod sa kinakain ko. Nkakasuka at nakakadiri tlga. So kinausap ko ang manager at ngsorry naman cla, at inofferan ako ng refund or palit ng food. Pero for me its not about the refund e, ang point is ung quality ng food sobrang poor tlga nkakasuka tlga ung experience ko. Nawalan na kmi ng gana ng mama ko tapusin ang kinakain namin sa sobrang nasuka na ako. Hayst sna magkaroon ng mgndang solusyon ang chowking sa pangyyaring ito dahil grabe tlga.

Store: Chowking Glorietta
Reason Of Complaint: I was standing on a line. And ang haba ng pila.. and tagal ng cashier (i dont know the name). And finally, nung ako na yung umorder.. and binigay ko na yung bill ko.. bigla na lang sia nag react ng masama at wala raw sia panukli sa bill ko which is 1000 and i ordered pork siomai chowfan for 87.00. sabi ko baka meron yung isang cashier o yung manager nio..baka mai naitatago pa.. pero wala daw.. she even dont know how to apologize! ang nasabi ko na lang.. ang tagal kong pumila and then wala rin palang kinahinatnan?? edi san.. they informed us para hindi na rin kmi naghintay pa at nag tiaga sa pila!! wtf!!

poor customer service
december 30 ,2014, @ 10:30pm we visited 24 hrs chowking pureza sta mesa , because we want to eat beef mami , and their lauriat, upon ordering ,after we said the order to the cashier, then she answered ( sir dina po available ang mga noodles at lauriat) then we answered ok cge ung dinalang lauriat , then she answered ( available nalang pong drinks pineapple juice then iced tea pero me additional po ) then i replied bakit di availble ang soda , wla na daw, but i noticed that they were cleaning the nozzles of their touch tower , i said to the cashier that never charge additional , if the company has the problem , and id just noticed that they are holding their product and yet they were operating 24hrs, and no manager on the floor crew are bc on their cleaning and watching t.v. , we are upset and transfer to other fastfood , very poor customer service and their employee must focus on customers not on their side duties or whatever .i hope management of choking can read these.

Chowking rule on SENIOR Discount/LATE

No. 1 My orders came 20:56 PM - LATE
No. 2 I asked that they note that I requested for them to have my parents' senior discount taken but they refused
No. 3 They mentioned that 200 pesos maximum discount will be entitled for senior discount - this is understandable - but they refused to divides my order (8pcs chicken pack) to number of senior so they may avail
No. 4 The requested note on remarks was not present on the receipt (I am sending a copy of the receipt)
No. 5 I needed to speak to a supervisor then later on the "supervisor" mentioned that she will try to call the branch but in their system Senior discount will not be applicable on my order - if this is a general rule then why does he need to check with the branch if they can grant discount when I was already pissed off.
No. 5 IF THAT RULE EXIST it so UNFAIR why would the senior have to order full meal if it is for delivery (of course they would have their own rice at home - which I am very sure very far from the quality of rice available at your store)
No. 6 Then given that "RULE" senior discount has no way to be availed simply because they did not order a full name noting that a full meal will need them have cola on it which they are refrained from consuming because of their age! So if I do that only to get the maximum 200 discounted for senior I waste one: rice because they will not eat the low grade rice from store 2: soda becuase they only have juice iced tea or soda available
No. 7 Thus leading to not availing discount at all
No. 8 this is all a hassle to avail for a senior person !
No. 9 We've been ordering from other delivery on bucket meals but they divide what is supposed to be for the senior and do the discount NO HASSLE

Very Poor Customer Service
For several times, when we order via Chowking Delivery, the items are ALWAYS, ALWAYS incomplete--whether it be the utensils, condiments, or our order itself. This time, when we ordered again (hindi kami natuto), I requested that they review the items before sending it to the rider. We placed our order at 11:00 AM and we were told that service time is 30 mins. at 11:55 AM we called to follow up, only to find out that they currently don't have a rider!!! I was looking for the person who took my order, a certain Allyson, but she was allegedly on the counter. The one on the phone was asking me if it was ok if we just pick up our order. I can hear from their conversation that the food has already been prepared but it seems that nobody cared to whom that order was for. Then after several minutes of discussion, they agreed to just deliver our order using a public transportation. Our orders arrived at 12:25 PM.

I never had my lunch this day and decide to go Chowking for a dinner. I ordered a LOMI in CHOWKING MARKET MARKET and when i open the bowl, look, i have a mash cold LOMI. This is a total disaster!

Poor service
Chowking talavera ang bagal ng service at tuwing oorder ako sa gabi around 7pm to 8pm ang dami ng not available like noodles & halo. Puro chicken nalang lagi available, tapos waiting pa almost 20 to 45 mins. Tapos I ask the manager (girl) kung ilang mins pko maghihintay 5mins pa daw then nung sinerved na yung order ko I'm so dissapointed kase ang liit ng chicken.

UPDATE: Chowking: Horrible & Deceiving Online Delivery Service
Just An Update To This: After a long time over the phone, The branch coordinator I talked to on the Chowking Hotline - Bon Tapales - took my order to a different branch and gave me P200 worth of GCs. I am satisfied with their attempt to console me as their customer. To prevent similar situations, they should put down the website while waiting for it to be fully functional in the meantime.

Checked the chowking website. Created an account and ordered online here's what happened:
1. Placed the order online at 1pm and received confirmation through email.
2. I checked the account and saw that the status of the delivery was pending. Waited for 2 hours and decided to call their hotline number to follow up
3. Was informed that the website for 3 days was not working. Though it continues to accept orders and provide confirmation codes its not really placing our orders.
4. When i tried ordering over the phone a lot of basic items are not available: Sweet & Sour Pork, Beef Wanton, Lumpiang Shanghai?????? C'mon
After being giving such an inconvenience they do not even offer any form of reparation.
They already knew the website is not working why didn't they put it down temporarily 3 days ago instead of letting customers be inconvenienced by it.
Someone should check Chowking regarding this. Terrible Service.

Everything is DISGUSTING
Chowking Tungkong Mangga is really famous for being disgusting. The last time i went there was 2013 and I promise myself not to enter that place again. Last night my husband really crave for chow fan that's why I have no choice but to join him.
Upon entering, I noticed that the guard is not wearing shoes. He is with his slippers. The smell of the place is really gross. The food chain smells like fecal in the bathroom. The whole place smells like the dirtiest bathroom ever! I really want to go out but I chose to stay for me to state all of the lapses of the said chain.
I went to the cashier and she ask me for our order, I said I want a Chinese chicken then she told me that I would wait for 15 minutes so I chose golden pork rice. As I ask the cashier how much would it take for an order of shanghai, she talk to herself, "mabilis naman siguro yun. lulutuin lang naman". So I ordered shanghai.
We waited for more or less 10 minutes for the food. The cashier serve the food without tray. She just hold the glasses of soda in her bare hands. I ask for a straw but she sais "strawless po". As taste the pork, I told my husband "maasim na yung food ko." He said that maybe it was just because I am pregnant, it affects my taste. So I ate my food even I t really taste "sour" and "expired". I was nearly finish when my husband tried my food and says "maasim na nga yung food mo". I chose to stay quiet and just report the lapses to the head office.
As we go home, our stomach aches and until now, we are experiencing LBM. Also, I vomit many times.
We really wanted an action for this.
