I bought these shoes and never worn them. I tried them on today and they are falling apart. The tops are perfect condition. I will never buy another pair of Clark shoes again.

I called Clark's customer service today. I have to call them back with 2 or 3 product numbers and depending on their stock, they will send me a new pair of shoes, free of charge. Of course, this doesn't replace the prior 3 pairs that fell apart on my feet nor will it take care of those that still remain in my closet that I'm afraid to wear anywhere for fear I will be left barefooted and humiliated! The Clark's customer service representative WAS NOT nice and was really not interested in what I had to say. She had obviously heard this same story many times before. She told me that my shoes were dry rotting in my closet; that the rubber soles were dry rotting. Well, it is a fact that something is happening to these shoes. I will not ever buy another pair of Clark shoes that are stitched to the rubber soles. Being very cocky, she also informed me that they don't make Springers anymore, they are now called Sun Beat. I let her know that I had those as well. Well, I must get busy and find a pair of shoes that I like so I can call Clarks back.

I just had my fourth pair of Clark Springer clogs fall apart! The shoes were like new. Not just one shoe but both shoes! I sent a email to Clark's customer service and they replied and ask me to call them, which I will do. It is very obvious that Clarks has had issues with these shoes for sometime now. All I have are Clarks and I'm terrified to leave home wearing them! Everytime I've been left barefoot in public! These shoes cost WAY TOO MUCH for this to be happening. I'll let you know what their customer service tells me.
