Debt collector kurang hajar

Nih nak tanya debt collector or even courts memot nih tak pernah hantar staff or at least remind collector utk minta bayaran bulanan dengan cara berhemah ke???? Dah lah debt collectr sedia maklum kurang hajar at least courts memot staff nih sepatutnya bercakap baik ngan pelanggan. Bukan kita tak der duit nak bayar cuma lambat sikit or ada masalah sikit dlm bulan berkenaan bukan tak mau bayar....... Tapi dengar cara kasar dari phk yg tak beradab nih betul2 buat saya naik darah....... Dan apa hal hantar sms beribu kali dlm satu hari dan dgn isi kandung sms berupa ugutan??????? Dan KENAPA debt collector menyibuk nak serbu rumah ngan opis dan kita perlu bayar?????? Nih lebih jahanam dari ah long....... Kita bukan budak tadika yg tak faham bahasa hantar sekali sms dah lah kita tau lah nak bayar...... Takkan lewat sebulan nak caj suka2 kat orang ...... Damn shit lah ..... Kereta lambat sebulan pon tak bising macam nih..... I know when to pay so jgn nak ugut 2 macam or i also will lodge police report for the black mail sms n if i found courts is overcharge penalty and i will lodge the tribunal report.......what a mess

Bad Customer Service

Saya telah membeli laptop ACER daripada courts Ipoh beberapa bulan yang lepas. Selepas beli laptop, saya dapat percuma beberapa barang dan antaranya adalah tablet jenama ACER (Iconia Tab 8.0 W). Saya jarang guna tablet dan setelah guna 5 hari, tablet tu langsung tak boleh dihidupkan. Saya pergi ke pusat ACER Service Centre tapi tempat tu dah tutup. Jadi, saya pergi ke courts pada 27/7/2015 dalam pukul 5 untuk tanya pada pekerja courts Ipoh dan sekaligus bayar ansuran laptop yang saya beli. Sebelum saya pergi bayar di tingkat atas, saya tanya pada seorang pekerja courts (perempuan india) tentang masalah tablet saya. Dia panggil seorang pekerja courts (lelaki melayu) untuk menguruskan hal saya. Saya beri tablet saya dan dia cuba hidupkan tablet tapi tetap tak mahu. Dia cakap kena hantar servis tapi mungkin ambil masa beberapa hari. Saya tak berapa setuju dan saya beritahu tadi saya pergi ke ACER Service Center tapi tutup. Pekerja courts tu cakap lebih elok saya pergi sendiri dan dia beritahu tempat servis tu sudah dipindahkan ke tempat lain. Saya tanya dia sama ada dia tahu tak tempat baru tersebut. Dia cakap dia akan cari melalui internet. Oleh sebab masa tu ada dua orang pekerja courts lain (lelaki dan perempuan melayu) sedang gunakan komputer, saya beritahu dia saya pergi bayar dulu dan lepas bayar baru saya datang jumpa dia semula di tempat itu. Dia setuju dan minta saya jumpa saya di situ selepas saya selesai bayar. Saya pergi bayar dan proses pembayaran ambil masa yang agak lama sebab ramai orang yang nak bayar juga. Setelah bayar saya turun tapi pekerja lekaki tadi tidak ada dan saya bertanya pada seorang pekerja perempuan india yang mula-mula tadi saya jumpa tentang lelaki tersebut. Dia cakap lelaki itu mungkin pergi ke belakang. Saya tunggu dan lelaki tu tak muncul-muncul juga. Saya tanya balik pada pekerja perempuan india tersebut tentang pekerja lelaki tadi. Oleh sebab pada masa tersebut dia sedang berurusan dengan pelanggan lain, dia minta pekerja courts (lelaki melayu dan lelaki cina) lain untuk carikan pekerja lelaki tadi. Apa yang buat saya geram, mereka berdua langsung tak ada inisiatif nak cari atau telefon lelaki tadi tapi bersembang dan duduk-duduk. Selain itu, mereka juga langsung tak tanya saya apa masalah saya dan biarkan saya berdiri di situ macam tunggul kayu. Selepas beberapa minit saya tunggu saya tanya balik pada lelaki melayu tersebut. Lepas tu dia cakap lelaki melayu yang saya jumpa tadi solat. Lagi la saya marah. Kalau dah tahu pergi solat kenapa tak beritahu saya dan lelaki yang saya jumpa tadi kenapa tak tinggallah apa-apa nota atau pesanan pada pekerja courts lain supaya mereka boleh sampaikan pada saya. Apa yang buat saya geram lagi, ada beberapa orang pekerja courts lain (perempuan melayu dan perempuan india) yang hanya berdiri tanpa ada pelanggan bersama mereka bersembang-sembang tanpa ada inisiatif nak tanya saya apa masalah saya. Apa jenis pekerja macam ni. Dah la bayar mahal-mahal tapi perkhidmatan macam ini yang pihak courts berikan. Saya rasa makcik yang jual ikan di pasar pun lebih baik customer service dia. Saya amat-amat berharap pihak courts dapat ambil tindakan pada courts cawangan Ipoh (Canning Park) ini. Teruk betul. Masing-masing hanya pentingkan diri sendiri. Langsung tak jaga hati pelanggan!!!!!!

penghantaran dan pemasangan alat eletrik@penghawa dingin

Ada sedikit ketidakpuasaan hati dalam penghantaran dan pemasangan alat penghawa dingin yg dibuat oleh pihak courts.setelah mendpt kelulusan utk mbeli secara kredit sy telah mengambil beberapa barangan eletrik utk keperluan keluarga.barangan eletrik seperti mesin basuh telah dihantar pada hari kedua selepas mendapat kelulusan dr pihak courts.kami sekeluarga terpaksa menunggu pemasangan utk penghawa dingin utk tempoh yg lama.adakah ini sebahagian dari perjanjian semasa membeli barangan eletrik di courts.?hak sy sebagai seorang pembeli tidak dimanfaatkan oleh pihak courts.Harap pihak courts beri penjelasan dn selesaikan masalah ini.jangan persoalkan hak aku

Debt Collecter sgt Rude

Saya sangat menyesal dan nasihat kan dekat semua org Malaysia pikir 1000x nak berhutang dengan Court Memmort. Memang korang x boleh lewat sebulan, jangan kan sebulan.... lewat hari jer pon..hp korang akan berdering dgn panggilan debt collector yg sangat baik budi pekerti. Even buat loan kenderaan pon collector dorang cakap elok-elok yg suggest kite kalo ade masalah nak buat pembayaran.. COURTS MAMMOTH TIDAK....Company nie akan pakse korang bayar jugak... tak habis dengan2... message korang dgn annoying sekali... kutipan luar sedang berjalan ke OFFICE anda..... AKAN TUNTUT LUMP SUM...paling menjengkilkan sampai tahap call Office. Kenapa tak mention awal2 masa customer nak berhutang!!! Courts Mammoth nie mmg x kan bertolak angsur dengan hutang!!!!! Memang salah saya, sbb saya berhutang kalo difikirkan balik harga barang yg saya ambil hanyalah RM4000++ tetapi saya tanggung hutang RM10000++... So fikir2 kan lah

BAD MANNER OF COURTS DEBT COLLECTOR

Since I,ve been so many debt and have financial problem and delay of payment of courts.Courts debt collector from KL company name QUEBEC call and ask to pay lum sum of RM4559.The way they asking.for debt very RUDE & NO MANNER JUST LIKE ALONG..
They keep calling n calling my hp n office even raise their voice n talk to my HR about my outstanding. I already deal very good to reduce the payment monthly cause I have so many DEBT even my salary not enough.BUT the company refuse to listen n even SMS to my Hp saying.they FREEZE.MY BANK ACCOUNT without listen what my problem.
Just because I owe Courts Mammoth Rm4559 they FREEZING MY BANK ACCOUNT???IS IT POSIBBLE THEY DO THAT TO ME???.BUT FOR ME I WILL GO TO BANK NEGARA FOR SURE N SAYING.WHAT IS HAPPENING OR TO DAP OR BN FOR HELP.
Hope people out there dont buy Courts Mammoth things cause they wont listen to your concern n interest also very HIGH than a bank.Also the things.they sell no quality n the customer service.also very poor.

Harrassment from a so-called 'lawyer'

My mom received a phone from Tn Hj Ramlan bin Ariffin 0122711281 threatened to pay a large sum of money and send a police to our home. There was no letter or notice sent!
My mom paid the monthly installment without failed every month and his claimed was absolutely ridiculous. His act can be called as harassment by:
(1) CALLING several times a day,
(2) putting PRESSURE a sum of money even ignoring us we don't have the money,
(3) FALSELY claim that they were from a law firm and acted like they have the court order,
(4) IMPLYING legal action can be taken when it OBVIOUSLY can't
(5) giving the IMPRESSION that not paying debt is a criminal offence!!!

I completely dissapointed with Courts Mammoth service in handling this kind of issue. They should write to my mom first before they passed to the debt collector agency!

LEGAL action has to be taken!

Scam by Court Mammoth

I received a phone call from court Mammoth from Salvage dept (Aisah) Jalan Genting Kelang setapak KL. I made an argument about why 7 years after Court Mammoth is now saying that i have not paid and still have an outstanding amount. she made a statement that now court Mammoth is re calculating the interest and not the principal. Last Oct 2014, first phone call i received after 7 years. I believed they done a migration to anew system and my name was pickup and i am not a good paymaster and recalculate back the interest for collection. On second note, court mammoth disclosed my information to third party (debt collector - SRS) without my knowledge. They claimed they are legal firm but when i request the registration number, they made a lot of excuses.

Basically, such an idiot process and create hassle for me. by the way, i have lodged the report to BNMtelelink and will lodge the report to bar council if they are truly legal firm. If they are debt collector agency, i will lodge the report to BNM direct. My phone no 0129356458

BAD MANNERS OF DEBT COLLECTOR

Courts Debt Collectors...you guys are A REAL PIECE OF WORK!!! F**king rude, threatening people, and from all the feeds I've been reading in this forum, you guys are even willing to go to the extent of lying to customers, by claiming that you guys are from lawyers offices, officer from The Mahkamah and all.

My daughters brought some furniture from Courts Sri Damansara, and installment has always been paid on time, until last month, when they had some financial difficulty, they had to delay the payment a bit. But your debt collectors, kept on harassing them like there is no tomorrow. As if they owe Courts RM10 million, and as if they have defaulted in their monthly installment for months and months.

Fortunate for the collectors, they always call my daughters when I'm not around. Otherwise, I would be extremely glad to give these RUDE COLLECTORS a tongue-lashing, and a piece of my mind. They acted as if we are stupid, and as if we are so ignorant about the hire-purchase law.

You guys better take a serious look on this. I have seen numerous complaints about your RUDE DEBT COLLECTORS. THEY ARE SIMPLY MORONS WHO EAT SHIT FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH, AND DINNER...

delivery lambat

bought fridge on 14th feb, paid cash. promised delivery within 3days. on 18th feb called branch to ask about fridge, the salesgirl asked to wait for delivery man to call around 12 noon. we wait until 3pm still no call. then go to the branch to ask why still no delivery. they gave too many stupid excuses like there is not enough lorry and workers since tomorrow is CNY. that's okay we still patience and wait until CNY holidays over. yesterday 22nd feb again we went to the branch to ask about our fridge, again the saleman gave nonsense excuses , still got no lorry n worker to deliver our fridge. Imagine the huge company like Courts Mammoth has no adequate lorry n workers....nonsense. then same day 3pm the delivery department called us just to inform they will call again tomorrow for delivery arrangement at around 2pm. so today (24th feb) we wait and wait..2pm...3pm...4pm...5pm...still no call..so we called the branch again but still not sure when can do delivery. i mean, wtf...

Bila i pergi print statement dr outlets yg i ambil brg, difaham i ada lebihan pembayaran, so on the following month i fikir i perlulah buat pembayaran.Collector call & cara dia expalin tu macam i hutang 1 million. Cara sms dihantar macam berat sangat kesalahan yg dilakukan, i akan settlekan secepat mungkin & lepas ni sorrylah, courts i dah pangkah terus dari hidup. kalau ada sapa2 berhasrat nak ambil barang kat Courts, lupakanlah hasrat tu ..... simpan duit & beli cash sbbnya mereka ni akan buat kita sakit jiwa.

saya amat tidak berpuas hati dengan debt collector courts mammoth. pekerja nya sangat lah kurang ajar...apa tak reti ke nk guna kan bahasa yang bagus.tak professional langsung. mana you orang dapat gaji yg awak dapat tu.pakej beli barang dengan courts mammoth bagi kelengkapan tak lengkap.mintak bayaran mahu cepat cepat. You orang pekerja memang otak bodoh. Call orang pun guna private number, macam mana orang mahu call balik.

Almari blm repair dlm msa yg sma Katil pula roboh. Ingtkn beli mahal2 kukuh la. Tp sebaliknya. Beli 3k nk kena byr nnt 7k. Yg mjadi mslh skrg dh buat report 2x dan hntr gambar tp msih blm ada feedback.

AND 1MORE THING I WANT TO COLLECT MYSELF WITHOUT ASKING FOR DELIVERY REFUND.
WITH A RUDE-LOUD VOICE SHE SAY NO CANNOT!!

BAD MANNERS OF THE DEBT COLLETOR

Yesterday, I received call from this man (faizal, Rizal @Harun ) but don't know what is the correct name --- contact no 012-9006670... a debt collector regarding on my outstanding monthly payment. he really really & really rude and always disturb me during the office hour by calling my office line. He also trying to reach me by calling & disturbing my office mate and trying to shame me & ask my office mate regarding my all the outstanding payment, and angry my colleagues by saying trick for me..this is too much!!! It was really annoying and disrupt my official duties. I give many cooperation to this man but how can i give cooperation but he still rude with me??? How can i respect him but he still not respect me?
what really annoys me, this man has disrupted my office number and “shame” me at my colleagues and scolded my colleagues .... I'm not going to chance as well as cooperation in the range . This man no work ethic and very2 rude.

In the afternoon, he was still calling my handphone, and again scolded me.... Chasing me same like "ALONG". And what i can’t accept, this man trying to threatened me. He ask he want to call my office and shame me again to my office mate.
I am utterly lost consideration with this man, when I asked his name and going face to face, but he not give his real name ... Please la, if you are the right person, you can give the real name. Don’t be like this bro....

For your information , I would not be silenced by this man and I will make a report because I found some elements of threat and my emotions interfere with the action really rude. I can’t give any cooperation because he is really not as per human.

BAD MANNERS OF THE DEBT COLLECTOR

Sy amat tidak berpuas hati terhadap debt collector yg bernama (Faizal, Rizal, Harun) contact no - 0129006670 ... Semalam dia telah menghubungi sy untuk mendapatkan bayaran tunggakan dari akaun saya. Tetapi sikap dia yang terlalu biadap membuatkan saya tidak mahu memberikan kerjasama. Cara bercakap langsung x de respect pada orng...mcm mana orng nk respek dan bagi kerjasama?

Apa yang menyakitkan hati saya, PIC ini telah menelefon pejabat saya, dan mengaibkan saya pada rakan2 sekerja saya. . tak puas dengan itu dia siap marah lagi officemate saya dengan mengatakan officemate saya menipu untuk saya.... Macam ni ke cara debt collector?x de etika kerja langsung...ntah courts kutip dari mana pun x tau...
Xpuas ati dengan itu, tel lagi handphone saya petang, semasa sy otw balik rumah... ada lagi hati nak tuntut bayaran? dah sedap2 malukan aku kat pejabat....lagi nak sakitkan hati... paksa mengalah kan Along!!!!
Sampaikan sy betul2 hilang pertimbangan dengan orang macam ni....stupid dan kurang ajar... Bila saya dah naik hot, siap ugut akan malukan saya lagi dekat opis,... bila saya tnya nama nk bersemuka, x berani pulak bgtau...main sebut je nama (harun....)
sy x akan berdiam diri dan akan membuat report sebab ada unsur ugutan dan mengganggu saya dengan biadapnya...

Bad Customer Service

Saya ada beli h/p dan ipad kat Court Mammoth Cawangan Setapak.
Masa beli salesman kt situ kata barang ada stok.jadi dah kebetulan saya kat situ saya pun setuju lah.saya pun memang nak pakai h/p ni yang ada dah problem.bukan nya untuk apa sbb untuk kerja saja. jadi saleman kt situ buat pengiraan dan saya pn bersetuju dengan syarat-syarat nya.
Nak dijadikan ceritanya saya telah terima h/p yang saya beli. Tapi dukacitanya Ipad yang saya order bersama ngan hp dimaklumkan takde stok pulak. Hari tu saleman tu kata ada stok. Tak kan semata-mata nak sale nak tipu customer pulak.
Saya ada menghubungi saleman tu, mula2 jawap la jugak lepas tu macam2 alasan diberitahu. Yang best nya bila call custemor service, dia cakap stok ni tak tahu bila akan sampai. Selepas tu dia kata kalau nak tukar h/p lain pun bole jugak tapi kena pergi ke cawangan tempat beli barang. Begitu pulak ceritanya. Kalau cakap awal2 kan senang. Saya ni dah la susah nak ke sana sebab kerja kat pahang.
Tension jugak saya dibuat nya. Bukan nya sebab tu je time saya call office punye lah susah nak jawap. Hari2 saya call. tak kan takde orang nak jawapnya. Tak kan semuanya sibuk belaka. Kalau macam ni ni memang teruk lah die punye Customer Service. First time saya jumpa. Mungkin ramai yang dh kena macam saya agaknya. Memang pun.
Saya ni pernah jadi jurujual jugak. Tapi kalau kerja macam tu berbakul-bakul lah kena sumpah dengan orang. Saya tahu lah macam mana rasanya kena marah dengan customer ni.
Sebelum ni saya tak pernah beli barang dengan Court Mammoth ni. Jadi nak cubalah jugak macam mana. Tapi apa yang saya dapat adalah layanan yang teruk, saleman yang teruk, Customer Service yang teruk dan yang paling best sekali kena TIPU!!
Harap perkara ni perlulah di perbaiki pada masa-masa hadapan demi untuk kebaikan Syarikat yang dah dikenali dan ada nama seperti Court Mammoth. Jangan pula dikenali dengan perkara2 yang buruk. Lambat laun Customer pun akan hilang. Ingatlah Customer Adalah Raja....

pada bulan october tahun 2013 saya ada membeli handphone n pemain dvd di courts. semasa pembelian itu salesgirl ada bagitahu yang saya akan dapat cash back dalam masa 2-3 bulan selepas first payment. tetapi sampai sekarang (sept 2014) saya masih lagi belum terima apa-apa bayaran pun dari courts.. takkan 300 pun korang tak boleh bayar..bunga beribu-ribu kaut..

Bad Customer Service

The Salesmen Are Still Playing Their Phones When I Am Buying Items And The Salesmen Ask Me The Item's Price. Plus, I Cant Find The Counter Anywhere And Still, The Salesmen's Attitude And Manner Are Very Bad. Lastly, I Cant Cancel Any Order Because The Salesman Said It Can't Be Remove From The System. Please Fix This Problem.

Bad Manners of The Debt Collector

Last year 2013 my brother had buy 1 unit of Sony Experia Z at Courts Mamonth under my name. The payment had been made in order until my brother death. Recently my brother had pass away and i been forgotten about the purchase as well. On May 2014 i received call from a guy, he inform me that he was calling from debt collection office and currently i have 4 month outstanding, the case has been filed under legal and request me to made the payment sum of RM19K. I refuse to accept due to the cost of my purchased mobile only RM3K something only, why should i pay the much of money. He inform that the procedure was like that and give me time frame until End April to settle the money. The next day i had try to contact the person but unable to get him and the mobile number not in service. On 19/06/[email protected] i had received another call from a girl inform that calling from debt collection office and ask me to settle the payment sum of RM3600.00 on the day within 2 hours. If i failure to do so they will arrange a driver to collect all the furniture at my home. I also had request them not to do so and inform that will manage to settle the payment by instalment way. She not agreed and inform that my request cant be accepted. By hook or by crook i have to settle sum of RM3600.00 on the day and ask me to contact courts mammoth collection office PIC as well if there is any. I had contacted too but the customer services are not entertain me the line keep holded long. after that got 1 guy attend the call and inform me to try made the payment RM200.00 end of this month. I feel very happy cause got somebody understand our situation and helpful. On 30/06/2014 my office hr department received call from lawyer office saying that i didn't attend court case for 3 times and now the court had summon me on this, the nest day they would like to meet me in the office. Once i received this info i had contact the lawyer, I ask why didn't call to my number and for what purpose call my office, is that i buy the thing or my company, by right have to visit my house or call me. The lawyer inform that they will call office only and wont visit house. I inform that i didn't received any letter or notification to attend the case. He unable to and my question and talk very route and threatened me saying that will come to my office together with police tomorrow. I says u cannot involve my office in my personal matter. He tells that I CABAR U, SURE I WILL COME. I say if u do so i will do police report against u, he says no problem u do so and repeated the word again I CABAR U. And didn't give me a break to speak as well and put on the hp down. I had given his contact to my another brother to check with him. The lawyer inform that he haven't contacted me, he only contact our office for clarification only. When my brother ask his name, he strait away put the hp down and off the mobile as well. I really feel very disappointed of this kind of person, if we refuse to pay mean they can take action against us, the issue was we had agreed to pay but why they behave like this. and the issue happens since month April 2014. If they agreed with my request, the settlement might be in progress. What they want actually or money or anything else. Behave like along, if along also will give us a chance but this debt collector no words to say at all.

delivery late

saya ada membeli aircord di CM. saya dah beritahu staf dia yang saya nak deliver sebelum 1.06.14. sebab saya nak pakai aircord tu waktu majlis kenduri anak saya. Dia ok. Tapi dah lepas 2 minggu kenduri barang masih belum dapat lagi. Call dah bekali- kali tapi sama jer. Dah rasa malas dah. mcm nak cancel jer.

BAD SERVICE

My family and I went into the store, looking to buy a tablet. We finally narrowed it to a Samsung and asked the salesgirl what was the difference between 2 models put on display. She explained the features and we decided to go home and think about it.

We went back to the store to purchase the Samsung tablet. Another salesgirl attended to us and she said ' Yang ini tak ada stok'.
Why display something which you have no stock and therefore, cannot sell?? When we asked her this, her reply was 'Customer nak display, kita display ajer la'. No a single word of 'Maaf' or 'sorry'. And we drove all the way just to get the tablet.

Is this how you train your staff to deal with customers? Rest assured, we will not be back to bother you again.
