I was charged twice last month to my credit card for an unauthorized Avast DRI S - 84.72 on June 7th and 71.68 on June 8th, the next day. I did not purchase anything from this company, I have no receipts from this company. I want my money back.

My Visa was charged 27.40 by DRI*Avast neither an authorization by me nor with any invoice from them. I even don't know what this charge is for. I ordered Avast product on December 27, 2021. All paid for and auto renewal option was turned off. I checked my account in the Avast web site. There is no new order. The last order was the one I paid in December 2021. So, where this charge comes from? There is no order number so I cannot request a refund. It is almost impossible to get any response from the customer support. A total scam. Shame on you Avast to steal my hard-earned $$$. I blocked my Visa card and requested a new one with a different number so that these crooks cannot charge me anymore.

Dri*Avast charged my credit card. I did not approve that charge, The Credit Card company suggested that I try to solve the problem with Dri*Avast before filing a claim with the credit card company.. Please give me credit for this fraudulent charge. The amount is $64.71.

I received an unauthorized charge on my bank statement of 75.24. I do not have an open account with DRI Avast. I would appreciate it if you would please remove that charge. If you have something on me please remove it. It is not correct. If this was an automatic charge I would ask that you remove it.

I was charged 39.39 and 85.59 on my credit card. These charges were not authorized by me and I never received any confirmations of these charges. Please refund charges and remove from any future request for charges to my credit card company. The credit card company has reported the charges as fraud. It seems I'm not the only one that has been scammed. I never had Dri*Avast software for security on my computer.

Dri*Avast Software charged my AE credit card without authorization. I use McAfee, and never authorized this fee from Dri*Avast. Having a very difficult time finding them for a refund. AE searching for details in or to assist me. Not happy! Just informed by AE the will file a formal complaint on my behalf. Thank you American Express!

This company charged me $29.99 four times when I first contacted them. They were wonderful on the phone and said I would be refunded immediately. A few days later another 6 charged of $29.99 came out making things go NFS.
I told the company how important it was that I have money on my card. Our home had burnt down and the insurance comes out. They are playing with my life here.
Something has to be done. I also contacted the bank but didn’t want to close this account because of the insurance issue. Now I have several NFS. I believe you should be accountable.

The same as all of the above. I used to have an account, but asked for it to be stopped. My credit card number has changed twice since, but today I was charged by Avast on my credit card. I will ask my Visa card company to contest the amount. And I will look for another virus protection company.

Paid annual subscription twice by mistake, sent two emails that were never answered, spent over an hour on live chat with them resulting in them closing ( hung up ) the live chat without fixing my problem, rang them twice, giving name and problem resulting in them hanging up on me both times. worst company that I have ever done business with, KEEP AWAY, you have been warned.

By accident I paid my subscription twice but only got subscription for one year. They did not answer my emails, I was on live chat with them for over an hour, they ended ( hung up ) the live chat without fixing my problem. I renewed my total support via charge. I received an acknowledgment from Avast via email. Soon after I received an email saying my service had expired. I contacted support and was told they were not able to verify my renewal. I sent them all the information from their acknowledgment email. They then asked for a copy of my charge statement. I have never had to provide that before and will not do so this time. The emails are coming from Pakistan. They refuse to provide a phone number or mailing address.

I saw charge on my bank statement for $54.91 for software. How in heck did they get my credit card #. I did not order this software! From reading review I find this is a ripoff!! What concerns me is they were able to charge acredit card for which they were not given! I intend tl get my money back!

Avast each year charges my credit card for anti virus software each year. Last year it was $54 for avast premium. This year they charged me $86 which is an 85% increase. I have been trying via there internet site and by phone for an explanation. No site response. I contacted a person by phone and they gave me a number to call which eluded me to an internet site. I do need anti virus software for my computer but since I"m a senior on a fixed income I have to be very careful about my expenditures.

I missed the e-mail they send each yea, this year because they send me so many advertisements pushing their products that it becomes to cumbersome to open. If I get another charge from them next time I will have to call my bank to rescind the charge. It appears I"ve been duped but no more.

On 5-31-2017, my credit card was charged $31.79 from your company. I have no idea what this charge is for I DO NOT want any services from your company and have no plans to pay fro something I don't want or have.
