I purchased a 91/2 inch fry pan it seemed to work at first, but now every thing sticks? the other pans work great!

What can I do? return?

I have had this 12" non-stick skillet for a few months. It sticks worse than any skillet I have or have ever owned. You can't even fry bacon in it. By all means don't buy this piece of junk. I would like to complain to the company but their web site cuts you off when you attempt to.

I cooked an egg in the frying pan and the Egg stuck to the pan. I tried several times cooking an egg and every time the egg stuck to the pan .On another occasion I fried a steak on top of the stove and then finished it off in the oven. I could not get the pan clean after cooking a steak in it.
I won't be buying a Gotham steel product again.

I watched the www.GothamSmokeLess.com infomercial, Chanel 161, Frontier Communications, that ended at 12 midnight PST.

I called the number 800 757 4912 given on the Infomercial. The lady who answered the phone did not know about the free Quad cabab, the free recipee, the free extra large grill, with the drip pan broiler.

She did not know of the free shipping and she did not know of the 3 payments of $19.99 because the infomercial said that Gotham Steel would make one payment on the purchase.

I visited the website given by the infomercial, www.GothamSmokeLess.com and nothing on the infomercial is true on the website either.

The infomercial is not true.

Hello, First let me say that I am a chef of sorts. I purchased your pan at BB&B. I generally wanted your pan for breakfast. Note: When making eggs, I do not use a spatula, I flip them. When I initially used your pan to make eggs, the eggs stuck to the pan in one particular spot. I returned the pan and exchanged it for another. Next time I use it was no better. I then tried making eggs with butter, with olive oil, with Pam. Nothing seems to help. Sure I can sauté using your pan, but unless a utensil is used to move things around, it does not work as advertised. With all due respect, your product stinks. Gotham Steel is the Bernie Madoff of cookware.

I purchased your pan via the ad on TV. I normally do not purchase items that way but was hoping the pan was all you stated in your ad.
Well, I read the instructions and even looked on line for the proper care of the product. To my dismay, the pan scratched and things started to stick to it. Plus it takes a while to get it clean again.
To say I was disappointed is putting it mildly!!!

I was so hoping it would be a great product so I could purchase all you have but of course I will NOT purchase your products at all. I realize one does get what they pay for, I was just hoping and now I regret it!!

I would tell people NEVER to purchase this product and I have.

I purchased this Gotham steel frying pan in hopes that it would be non-stick and would not be scratched by scrambling eggs with a fork the advertisement is false and you cannot get a hold of the company to talk to them about their product that this does not work it's not the point of just buying a product for 19.95 it is The point that the product does not work it's a scam and you can't even talk to customer service. Be VERY careful about answering the TV adds for Gotham Steel wares. I called them for their bacon bonanza product advertised as 19.95 with free shipping and a second one free with minor charge for 6.95. There is fast talking and upgrades with so many options. I call this bait and switch. The cost were way over the top! In the end I just chose not to buy anything from them. I am waiting to see if my credit card is charged. If so It will not be pleasant!!! I do not understand why thy can not just honor their offer and leave it at that!!!

I have never been so disappointed with a frying pan as I am with the Gotham products . Three months and the everything sticks no matter what I cook . I took good care of the frying pan which in my mind is so expensive . What a total rip off this company is . I will warn friends and family never to buy this product ..... Complete scam !!!!

I bought the large fry pan that came with fry basket and glass lid. I paid 59.99 for it at Wal-Mart. The pan is guaranteed not to stick. Everything sticks in it. If I put oil in it. It all goes to the side of the pan. You need to stand by your warranty and replace my pan or give back my money. If you choose not to compensate me I WILL GO TO THE MEDIA WITH MY COMPLAINT! I bought your pan from Walmart a few months ago, based on your commercial that it was non-stick and would never scratch - EVER. Well that is not the case. My pan scratched shortly after I purchased it and it wasn't due to any sort of abuse or unusual use. I will no longer recommend this pan if I am not compensated accordingly.

This pan which I have owned for 4 months is the absolute WORST piece of garbage I have ever purchased!!! EVERTYHING sticks to it....bacon, eggs...absolutely EVERYTHING!!! Today was the LAST straw! I tried to cook scrapple in it, but it kept sticking so badly that the scrapple was torn in some many pieces that I threw it away...along with the worst pan I have ever seen.

When cold it seems flat, as soon as it is exposed to any cooking heat it changes to a round bottom. I gave one as a gift and theirs is the same?

Got a square gotham pan for christmas. Its burned a few mths later and now al my food gets burned .very dissapointed cuz they dont answer or give you a replacement

I just purchased a Gotham Steel Griddle Pan within the last two weeks and the 1st time went to use it, the pan warped on the bottom creating a rounded bottom. It no longer sits flush to the stove-top. Also, when my husband went to cook eggs -- they stuck. This isn't holding up to the company's claims very well...

Only used this pan 3 times and it warped. Not only is it warped, I can not get it clean.

I cooked hotdogs and were I cooked them the copper wore off, I do not feel safe in using .
What can I do? this is gotham steel.

I ordered a Gotham Steel double grill with a "free" 9.5" frying pan and lid. Well, the free frying pan and lid came two weeks after ordering, but the double grill was nowhere to be found. The packing slip showed both items on it, but the box was barely big enough to hold the frying pan and lid. When I called customer service, I was curtly told that nothing could be done for 14 days after my call, after which time I had to call back and request a replacement order. I was told that the double grill might show up in the next two weeks, but, since there was only one tracking number for the order, and the order was for one box weighing 3.2 lbs (the weight of the frying pan and lid), I highly doubt that that will be the case.

Has anyone else ordered the double grill with free frying pan, and received both items, or is everyone being scammed as I am? By the way, I have had my original 9.5" Gotham Steel frying pan for over a year, and it works beautifully. It never sticks, but I do always use butter in the pan before placing the eggs or meat in it. Only use medium heat while cooking, and never pour water in the pan after use until it has cooled down.
