I had bought the 7 piece set of pans and they all have a sticking problem . I would lime to get another set at this time and if they stick I won't buy them agai

I bought the frying pan and in a matter of a month it has warped!!!! Not happy at all when you spend $60 plus tax. I will never purchased again and would like a full refund!

Hello I bought two of the Gotham Steel pans, both of them stick and always have. I can cook grilled cheese sandwiches without them sticking, but any thing else STICKS causing me to have to scrub the pans. Now they are all scratched due to the fact that to clean them I need to scrub instead of just wipe out which is how they are advertised. You suck people in to buy these pans by showing them being so easy to clean and that nothing will stick. FALSE

I have a 9.5 & 8.5 pan Ever since I bought them the only thing that does not stick is grilled cheese sandwiches. Any thing else that I have cooked in them stick. I only ever use medium to low on my stove setting, so not cooking to high temp. Now one of them has scratches all over it.
What will you do about this? I paid very good money for these two pans and I am not impressed. You advertise non-stick, showing eggs just sliding out, and everything else just cleaning up.
They do not work that well.
Again what are you going to do to make me a happy customer?

I saw the ad on TV which stated buy one get one free! It wasn't mentioned that the shipping would be so high. I would like to return the 2 pans and get a full refund!

Got 2 pans as gifts. Both stick when cooking!! Do not buy... No one will take my call or give advice!!!
Throw them out - takes too long to scrub clean!!!

Loved it when first purchased, even bought the larger one for myself and my friend, Now it has scratches on it and food sticks. I am so disappointed.

everything sticks from day one especially eggs so they must show magic eggs - unless of course with butter or oil but then we could have bought any pan for that and a cheaper one...

I was thrilled with my Gotham Steel frying pan...for a couple of months. Just recently I threw this pan away as I can't cook anything on it without everything sticking! The Gotham Steel frying pan did not last 90 days and being so happy at the beginning, I tossed my receipt away thinking I would not have any reason to return my Gotham Steel frying pan. My recommendation to anyone who is thinking about purchasing this pan is to NOT waste your money.

Complaint or not a complaint.......I really like my pan...Rather did like it. My better half turned on the wrong burner on the stove (electric stove, glass top) and the pan had a plastic spatula in it. Of course it melted. I am not sure what he used to try to clean it but he was able to scratch it. I was very surprised. :(

didnt get the cookbook as advertised. How can I get one??

I would like to warn consumers that the gothem steel frying pans are horribly unsteady. They are not sturdy and move around on the stove when the pan is hot. I just feel lied to and I had the seller on Amazon send me a full refund and said buy a new one it should be bettter so I did and not it is just as bad as the old one I returned. I will never again buy from this company and I highly suggest to consumer NOT to waste your money because they are not as good as the company suggests. I am unhappy and dissatisfied with the entire experience.

I bought a 12.5" Gotham Steel frying pan 2 1/2 months ago and it is warpped . It wobbles on glass top stove.I would like a replacement.

I ordered a set of Gotham steel cookware yesterday. I found them for less money on Amazon prime and I wanted them before Christmas so immediately tried to cancel my order. I was told by the woman who answered the phone that my order was not in their system yet and that it took 6 to 48 hours to get it in the system. She told me if I called back during that time frame I would have No problem canceling this order. She lied, I called back this morning Barely 24 hours after placing the order, and they said it was shipped yesterday! Any company that has to use tactics like this to sell their product cannot be trusted! Do not Buy from this company!

In the advertisement on TV, they are mispresenting the product. I bought at Walmart in Winnipeg, and it does stick. It is false advertising

After ordering this pan online, I changed my mind & did not push the complete order button! It arrived anyway within a few days. I decided to try it out--no paperwork was included with the pan. The pan was warped, as it rocked when I set in on my glass stovetop. I saw the return in 90 days--but with no paperwork, that wasn't a possibility. Being the only user, I only handwashed. it. Now the inside is starting to peel---a small dot can be seen. I don't want to use it in this condition. Small scratches are appearing also. Waste of money!

According to online government website sources, one cannot levy tax upon shipping and handling fees (when such fees are stated). When I went to order the item in question, they listed a sales tax of $2.42 on the pan whose cost is $19.99 They then add $6.95 for shipping and handling. Obviously, they have multiplied the California plus Los Angeles County tax (total of 9%) not just to the sold item, but rather to the total sum of $19.99 + $6.95

This is illegal and misleading. My guess is they simply pocket the extra money for increased profit from a means that is not allowed.
I will not order this item, although I find the pan's claims intriguing, until the tax becomes 9% x $19.99 = $1.80

This may seem like a small amount of money until one considers the number of potential orders plus the fact that it is misleading and illegal.
