I purchased a ticket for 6th January 2017 from Tapah Road to KL Sentral at 16:32 hrs (seat D-14C), however, it stated unsuccessful and RM29 was deducted on my HSBC debit card.

Request Refund Due to KTMB System Error
I made a KTM ticket reservation via KTMB E-ticket system for ETS service on 17th December 2016 (11.09pm) and 25th December 2016 (8.36pm).
CIMB Bank show payment successful and deducted my bank account for RM 37, RM190 on 17th December 2016 and RM54, RM54 on 25th December 2016, but KTM E-ticket system show transaction unsuccessful .
There are no tickets/reference ID/history to the tickets that I have purchased, nor any printouts available.
Kindly please refund for the amount ( RM37+RM190+RM54+RM54= RM335 ) to me as CIMB BANK has confirmed the purchases are successful.

Booking problem of KTMB E-ticket system
Dear sir:
I have booking problem of KTMB E-ticket system.My name is Yeung Wing Fai. I am a hong kong people and my KTMB E-ticket system login name is go9982000. I booked the train ticket on KTMB E-ticket system about 8:48pm on 26th December 2016 of train number 9220 of 15th January 2017 form sentral KL to ipoh seat number C-6A. I paid by visa card. After I typed the card information and the sms password. The web page cannot display any information and the main-page of KTMB E-ticket system do not have any this booking detail.
On 28th December, I find my credit card e-banking system, I find this transaction "12/26/2016*KTM BHD-E-TICKET (EC) KUALA LUMPUR MY MYR 37.00" . But still now, I cannot find any booking information about this above transaction and then in this system I still can find the seat of train number 9220 of 15th January 2017 form sentral KL to ipoh seat number C-6A also available.
So I want to know this booking and transaction is success or not. And I want to ask the above credit card transaction is real or not.
And then I also send e-mail to KTM BHD on Monday 26th December 2016, but still now you did not reply me.
At last, please inform me this booking and this transaction is process or not. Otherwise may I need to rebook the seat. If this credit card transaction is success, may I need to make a refund transaction or you may arrange this booking to me.

Hi,
I am here to complaint on the e-ticket system. After selecting train with 100 available seats, i went to select my seat via the seat chart. Unfortunately everytime i tried to checkout, it reported that the seat selected has been taken/locked. The grave fact is that the error keep on referring to the seats numbers in coach C that has been taken but i didn't select seat coach C. Trying to select available seats on other coach also would result in the same error referring to seats in Coach C.
I believe that the KTMB system needs to be upgraded. Reading other people comments, i noticed that KTMB e-ticket system is quite poor. If KTMB company wants to position themselves with a better service like ETS and so forth, a more thought and importance for e-ticket system should be given to be able to accommodate more future passanger and our society nowadays rely quite heavily on internet to buy things and tickets like KTMB ticket. I would like to highlight this to KTMB management as well that it is also a grave fact that nobody seems to be available to answer phone calls.
In order to put our nation train system in line with other developed country, KTMB needs to buckle up and review on all of its services whether an online ticketing system, offline ticketing system and phone services because i can see many frustration aroused from the current system.

Ventilation Breakdown
Why put on service a komuter coach that has a failed air conditioning?
How unconfortable it is riding in a coach packed with people while no windows are opened for ventilation!
I ride from SP to Alor Setar 30 over minutes. How abt those from bworth to pdg besar ? Imagine the going thru discomfort for over 1 hour?
All sorts of odour !!
This has been a recurring experience !!

I’ve made purchase via E-ticket KTM on 18/12/2016 for 2 tickets( origin and return) from BM to KL sentral. Due to the error transaction problem, I try many time to pay my ticket. In the end, it is successful to make the purchase, the history for purchasing is just for 2 tickets but after I check my bank account summary, it show that I had pay 2 times for my tickets. That mean I had pay for RM120 for twice. I had call for the callcenter from yesterday until now for many times and keep saying busing line service. I also send email for the call center twice and nobody reply my email at all.
I had no and transaction details for another 2 tickets, but I had the account summary.
Please refund for the amount of RM120.00 to me as the payments had been deducted from my Bank Islam account.

Men riding woman coach
I feel so disgusted and uncomfortable with couples that do extra PDA in the woman's coach. They don't just sit there quietly, they do disgusting and weird behaviour that made other passengers uncomfortable. Please, please, please assign a police officer or any officer ALL THE TIME in the woman's coach. So many men using the woman's coach especially the one that can't seem to understand English or Malay language(foreigners). We don't feel safe at all. I'm so dissapointed.

Bad timing & service
KTM comuter is the only mode of public transportation/railway transportation provided to the residence in rawang. As of the klang valley double track project the timing's has been temporarily revised as every 30 min's in the morning for peak hours and 60 min's in the evenings for peak hours and relatively 60 min's for non-peak hours. The project is believed to be completed on the year of 2019. Even before the expansion of the track the timings of KTM wasn't reliable as there are constant delays most of the time. And lately the scenario has became worse. Tho it is for the wellbeing of the public the KTM authorities should as well contemplate on revising the timing's again for peak hours to 15 min's and 45 min's for non-peak hours.

Rude staff
As it was my first time boarding the ETS Gold train from Ipoh to KL Sentral on the 15th December at 1pm. I have boarded the train by looking at the alphabets displayed on the floor. Unfortunately I was in coach F instead of A.
There were two staff checking the tickets. One of them who was not pregnant told me off sarcastically by saying " Sekarang you naik tren ke duduk lantai? "
This is clearly unacceptable and rude as she is in the service industry. She should've politely asked me to proceed to the correct cabin.

Delayed
The worst train ride ever! I supposed to reach kl from batu gajah on 2hr30mins but it delayed for about 1hr30mins. At first from the beginning the train was already delayed which it should arrived at 110pm but instead at 130 something only it arrived. And i supposedly should arrived at kl at 325pm but i only reached kl at 5pm. Very poor and bad service. This is not the first time experiencing bad service from ets but this is the worst and I couldn't stand it anymore.

Timing of the ktm
Dear Sir/ Madam,
Greetings, I would like to make a complain on the timing of the ktm. Why does the train takes half hour each slot? The ktm is constantly packed and people will try to squeeze no matter what. This is quite unfortunate for those who can't squeeze themselves in cause there is no available space and they have to wait which is another half and hour. If possible, can the ktm have more time slot so no one have to squeeze?
