Request refund

Dear Sir/Mdm,

Request refund due to KTMB system error.

I tried to purchase to tickets for 31/01/2017 from Ipoh to KL Sentral for 2 person. After submitting the payment, I was not directed back to KTMB website and got stuck in the payment processing page. I checked for my ticket reservations but none are made, however Hong Leong Bank informed me that payment has been successfully made for RM74.00.

Punctuality

I hope there is a great improvement in your business. However, please be considerated on your customer time and value. Your scheduling management need to be improve significantly and please inform us if any circumstance that cause delay ! Time is precious, i really hope that ktm management can understand the essence of time.

REQUEST FOR REFUND

Hi.

I am Cecilia. I made a purchase via KTMB online for ETS service from Batu Gajah to Sentral Kuala Lumpur (Return) on 26/11/2016 using credit card.

Payment shows unsuccessful but I was already charged by the bank for RM72.

There are no printouts available and when I check using the Report, it shows both tickets are unsuccessful.

Surau wanita

Surau wanita di buka pada awal pagi. Untuk kami yang mengambil tren pertama @ 6.08am adalah sukar utk melakukan solat subuh kerana staff KTM tidak membuka pintu surau wanita..Kadangkala surau tersebut digunakan sebagai VIP room utk staff mandi..
Perkara ini telah berlanjutan untuk beberapa bulan..Penumpang wanita ada yg terpaksa bersolat di jejantas.. Kerjasama dari pihak KTM amatlah dihargai untuk surau dibuka sebelum 6 pagi.

20% on the Komuter Link card

Hi,
I have been told by the KTM KL sentral counter staff that the komuter link card will provide us the 20% as compared with cash paid token. However, the charge for the fare is the same as touch n go card. And it is not 20%.

FOR EXAMPLE,
Kajang - KL Sentral (one way)

Token RM 4.20
TouchNGo RM 3.70

IF RM 4.20 less 20% should be equal to RM 3.40 but the amount been charged now is RM 3.70.

So, can I know why did the information given by KTM is 20%?

No Ticket Printed After Successful Transaction Online

I made a purchase via KTMB online for ETS service from Ipoh to Sentral Kuala Lumpur for 2 person(an adult and a child) on 21 Nov 2016.
Payment transaction shows successful and I was being charged by the bank for RM 61.
However, no printout is available.
There is no transaction history found in the main page and it shown data is not found when I searched using reference ID given in the payment.
Can i just board the train without the ticket printout by showing the reference ID??
If not, please refund back the money to me as the money has been deducted from the bank account.

Speed of train

I was wonder, why is the train change to low speed in a sudden, and stop in a sudden(heard the engine restart again) and the train start move again, if there are other train is coming which is fine and understanding, unfortunately the train just stop without reason, can't KTM be more professional? If the worker who rely on the train, I believe it was a huge challenging every starting morning!

The train arrival time is always unpredictable! We hardly estimate and manage our time! I even tried going to the same place starting at 8am, but reaching in different time, what a joke.

I made a purchase via KTMB online for ETS service from sentral kuala lumpur to ipoh on 23/12/2016.
Payment transaction shows unsuccessful due to Internal Data Error but I was already charged by the bank for RM 37.
There are no tickets/reference ID/history to the first tickets that I have purchased, nor any printouts available but few round of searching up and down, at last found it which it fall under unsuccessful report.

KTM are too slow

Why is the train come only 1 time in about 45 minutes? Some people only late 2 minutes then have to wait 45 minutes for the next train.

Request for refund online ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Lim Jia Xin. I made a purchase via KTMB online for ETS service from Sentral Kuala Lumpur to Parit Buntar on night 28/10/2016.
However there are no tickets/reference ID/history to ticket that I have purchased, nor any printouts available.
Thinking that this is a mistake, I tried another two time purchase the next day 29/10/2016 morning and I faced the same condition again. This means that I have tried 3 times to purchase but everytime I failed to purchase.
There are no tickets/reference ID/history to the tickets that I have purchased, nor any printouts available.
So I checked my public bank account online and it showed that the three of the transaction were successful (3*RM39). I was being charged by the bank by RM117. There is no transaction history found in the main page. Please refund back the money to me as the money has been deducted from the bank account.

Frequency of train to klang

How come the train from kl sentral to klang comes every 30 minutes or so in the morning (7.50 am from7.20am)? Train from klang to kl came by 3 times before the train from kl to klang come, please at least make it more often/ increase the frequency during those peak hours not just for klang to kl but also include those from klang as well. And furthermore, your train conductor purposely drive slow for no reason, maybe playing phone. Please be more professional

The new ticketing system

How come the token can only have single journey?This is troubling those people who travel every single day.It suppose to have a two way token system for the new ticketing system or else let people to purchase the return token once they reach the station.Please improve this new system,It is not convenience at all

I have made a one way KTM ticket reservation via KTMB E-ticket system on 02-10-2016 at morning.
Reservation details:

I have purchased on-line ets train tickets for 2 person of which transaction is successful. However after payment is through via PBB and when I wanted to print the tickets, it says internal server error and I am unable to even get the tickets ID.

Very rude

The train is always late, especially after peak hour. Ticket is expensive. Worst of all, the staff have no regards for the comuter, very rude attitude.

Poor service at KTM ARAU, PERLIS

Sir / Madam :

Good evening. First of all I have few questions to ask the authorities since I don't have enough knowledge about KTM services.
1. How many counters should be opened for the customers?
2. Are KTM tickets and ETS tickets should be sold in a different counters?
3. Is there any information counters offered at each and every KTM stations?

Sir / Madam :
For your information I am student from a local university. KTM is the only transportation that are used by most of the students in Perlis. Today ( Thursday ) 13 th October 2016 at about 4:20 pm I reached Arau KTM station. There were only one counter was opened. There were only about 8 people at the counter including myself. There was a train to Butterworth at about 4:44 pm and I was waiting in the line for my turn. From the beginning, the line was moving very slow. A couple was standing in front of me and it was their turn. The couples wanted to buy ETS ticket to KL central and they were doing survey at the counter. The person in-charge (woman) she started to explain about ETS service and it took almost 15 minutes to complete their transactions and everyone in the line have to wait. While the couples discussion about the ETS ticket , a girl asked for a ticket from the person in-charge at the counter. That person in-charge said she can't sell the ticket to the girl since it's already 4:40 pm. and she can't make it in a very rude manner. She also said that she is handling another customer ( the couples). Because of the poor service at the counter I missed the 4:44 pm train and I have to wait for an hour for another train to Butterworth.

As a citizen of Malaysia everyone have all the rights to get a good service. Sir/ Madam Today I'm bringing this matter to you so that you and the authorities can take some effective actions to prevent this kind of problems in the future. Since Arau is very near to Thailand, many foreigners will be travelling by KTM and imagine if this kind of problems occur. It could bring down our countries prestige. Hope to hear from you soon. My citibank show payment successful and charge RM34 to my credit card, but KTM E-ticket system show transaction unsuccessful.

There are no tickets/reference ID/history to the tickets that I have purchased, nor any printouts available.

I made a KTM ticket reservation via KTMB E-ticket system for ETS service on 13/10/2016 (Thursday) at 4:02am to book the one way ticket from Sentral Kuala Lumpur to Bukit Mertajam for date 14/10/2016.

The Maybank (Reference Number 3606570592) debit card show payment successful for the amount RM124, but KTM E-ticket system show Internal system error.

There are no tickets/reference ID/history to the tickets that I have purchased, nor any printouts available.

Kindly please refund for the amount RM124 to me as Maybank has approved the payment.

TICKETS FOR WOODLAND - JB

This is just my personal opinions. Please increase the route between woodland and JB central for peak hours. And please increase the tickets for the trip (add the standing tickets), as no everyone need the seat. Every time I purchase the tickets for Friday, It is sold out one month before and within 1 hour. So, please add the standing tickets to lets more people can buy the tickets.
