ktmb

The ktm from kelana jaya to batu caves always late and always have all sort of problems! I wonder how could this be happening. This is such a fail transport service. I wonder if a change of staff in managementlevel as they lack of abilities to manage this. This is the worst transport service ever

Kerani Kaunter Tak Mesra Pengguna Dan Tidak Ada Suara

Saya sebagai salah seorang pengguna Komuter dari Tanjong Malim ke destinasi yang lain ingin memberitahu bahawa kerani tiket di sini tidak mesra pengguna dan sombong.Sepatutnya pihak KTMB lebih peka lagi perilaku pekerja-pekerja.Sebagai pengguna kita bayar harga tiket dan bukan percuma.Khidmat pelanggan memang gagal dan mereka harus ingat duit gaji mereka datang dari siapa kalau tidak dari pelanggan.Janganlah terlalu angkuh dan sombong.Kalau duduk di kaunter dengan muka masam dan bisu baik tak payah jaga kaunter.Saya sebagai pengguna pun naik menyampah bila ada pekerja yang tidah tahu berbudi bahasa.Saya syorkan pihak KTMB supaya melatih balik pekerja di kaunter tiket supaya mesra pengguna.

Security and Surveillance in KTM Station

To Whom it may concern:
This is a follow up of the above subject of complaint and would appreciates the KTM management to act immediately and take it seriuously as the men who is loitering in the station and is believed to be in his unsound state of mind still exist every now and then in KEPONG Station looking for his victim.
Hence, we would be grateful if the management could have some preventive measures or to deter this.
IF this message, in the event that it could not reached to the management, we have no choice but to bring it to higher level.

Security and Surveillance in KTM Station

To Whom it may concern:
I would like to bring to your attention in regards to the above, and would appreciate the management of KTM to really look into the security and safety of the public and passengers using this services.
My concern in highlighting the seriousness of the security and surveillance in all stations based on 2 incidents happened recently in Kepong. A female passenger was harassed and intimidated by a men who is loitering in the station and is believed to be in his unsound state of mind. Both incidents happened in KEPONG Station. He will wait and approach his pray which is alone, especially female passenger during the late evening time (approximately 6:30pm-7:00pm) daily, even in the station itself.
My question is why there is no security personnel on duty to monitor and the management allows him to be there loitering.
For the safety of the public, we would be much grateful and pledge the management to act immediately before someone get hurt.

bad service

Yet, I know Rasa is a rural place, but how come the ticket seller is always not in place and sleep when his working time? The most terrible service i have seen! i dont know why the ticket seller is not here today, and i have to use the vending machine to buy ticket, too bad tge machine cannot receive new money, but i don't know why! i have to change the money from the cleaner, when i ask her to be faster, and look, the train is going! then, i get scolded by the cleaner! what type of this kind of service? i pay but i get scold by your people too?!!

TIDAK MESRA PELANGGAN

Checked on ktmb website still got ticket KL to JB available but after went to ticket counter was told all ticket sold out WTH!? the ticket counter staff also not friedly no smiles, rude tone voice..same old thing...

KTMB

I would like to complain the timeliness of KTMB. Its been few weeks continuously train did not arrive the destination or boarded in time. Train boarded from KL Sentral (11pm) to Woodlands estimated time arrival is at 630am. However it's hard to imagine that the train services provided by KTMB arrived at Woodlands at 830am, which is 2 hours delay. UNBELIEVABLE for a developing country like Malaysia. Something has to be done or it's going to cause KTMB great and it's a total humiliation to our tourism industry.

KTM Time

KTM its worth public transport ever ... i am not Malaysian but last 3 months i never see.n good service train. always coming late some time has to wait for more than 40 minute . LRT much more better than KTM. you are so bad its awful service. take 20 sent or 50 sents more but give good service! every 10 minute ..... not every 45 minute
