Tlg buat staf keje mesra sikit.ni kelam kabut kt dpn blh gelak2. Nak senyum pn ssh setakat keje nak gji je baik tak payah dan lgi satu staf yg pakai baju ungu tu tah apa function kt luar.takde buat apa pn tlg cust tpi boleh main handfon kt mccafe sembang. Is this your staf mcd rawang?

KURANG AJAR DAN TIDAK HORMAT PELANGGAN
Pada hari jumaat , 30/08/2019 , pukul 12.56pm, number invoice ( 000400100036965 ). Saya telah makan tengah hari di Mcdonalds PETALING JAYA SS21/39, seorang juru wang yang bernama SITI FAIROS sangat kurang ajar dan tidak menghormati pelanggan.
Saya order ayam goreng 3x pedas set yang dua ketul ayam sahaja. Saya memberitahu SITI FAIROS untuk menukar kedua-dua ayam pada bahagian yang bukan isi, tetapi SITI FAIROS lantas menjawab dengan muka yang masam tanpa senyuman, ayam tak boleh ditukar dengan alasan kerana ayam tidak cukup !!! Dia bercakap DENGAN MUKA YANG SANGAT SOMBONG DAN ANGKUH !!! Selepas siap makanan yang saya order saya meminta SITI FAIROS penyedut minuman (straw ) , dia memberi namun hanya membuang didalam tray saya... TOLONG PIHAK MCDONALDS AMBIL TINDAKAN SEWAJARNYA !!!!!

set is not complete
last time I've ordered nasi lemak mcd set with medium ice lemon tea..once the order received,i only got nasi lemak and the ice lemon drink..got no chicken..paid for Rm9.47 for nasi lemak only..the mcd's branch is in TTDI'S

POOR FOOD HANDLING
I would like to raise a complaint about Mc Donalds staff who took order fro my lunch on 05/08/2019 @ 13:33 for City Plaza Alor Setar Outlet invoice number INV#000860200001147. I ordered "AYAM GORENG McD" and porridge for dining-in there. When the order came out from the kitchen, the "AYAM GORENG McD" were packed in a take-away box and your staff who I believe to be one of the manager there (donning grey unifrom) transferred the chicken from the take-away box to a dining box using her naked hands. It should not be that way and strictly against the food handling rule for a fast food restaurant. The staff must do that in a proper and hygienic way by using serving tong or plastic hand gloves as they touch so many surfaces such as keyboard, table top, rags and et cetera.

Makanan basi
Saya oder dengan food panda pada 1/8/19 , 2 set nasi lemak mcd + 2 pcs chicken tapi nasi lemak yang diterima sudah basi.. satu set totally basi..tak boleh makan langsung tambah dengan bau basi ,.. harap pihak mcd boleh perbetulkan keadaan ni sebelum terjadi masalah lain.Ada video tapi tak boleh attach..harap pekerja lebih teliti dalam penyediaan makanan.. sebab sepatutnya benda remeh macam ni boleh dielakkan..

Pesanan tidak cukup
Kepada McD Malaysia...
Aduan ini dibuat setelah terlalu kerap mengalami kerugian seperti duit baki tidak cukup dan makanan tidak cukup semasa buat tempahan di kaunter pandu lalu MCD Presint 2, Putrajaya. Tiada ruang untuk periksa makanan yang diterima kerana pekerja meminta bergerak dengan cepat apabila selesai memberikan makanan.
Hari ini, 31/07/2019 saya dengan keadaan lapar selepas pulang dari pejabat singgah di McD untuk membeli set ayam goreng apabila ternampak iklan Nasi Lemak Ayam spicy dengan telur mata dan sambal yang menarik, saya telah menukar fikiran dengan membeli 1 set Nasi Lemak dan air iced lemon tea ditambah bayaran untuk saiz yang besar. Sepanjang perjalanan pulang ke rumah saya telah membayangkan kesedapan nasi lemak yang cukup lengkap bersama minuman kegemaran. Tapi malangnya setelah menghidang nasi tersebut saya membelek2 mencari telur mata yang mengiurkan seperti gambar di papan iklan tapi hampa kerana telur tersebut tidak disertakan bersama 😠lagi mengecewakan apabila iced lemon tea (large)yang dipesan tiada, yang ada hanyalah air bergas (coke/pepsi - saya alahan dengan air bergas jadi tidak pasti air apakah itu).
Ini merupakan pengalaman yang sangat menyakitkan hati apabila makan nasi lemak yang tidak lengkap dan minuman bergas dibuang je. Saya harap pihak pengurusan McD dapat mengambil langkah sewajarnya bagi merawat kekecewaan saya ini. Sekian, terima kasih

1) Ordered M DbleQPC for RM18.86 but received Only QPC in a box which stated (DOUBLE)QPC.
2) Free Sticker today with Coke McFreeze but did not give us.
First all staff came out to take order. As usual make payment the next step. When reached collection counter, been told to wait at fully occupied carpark with so many cars waiting already. Only manage to give us those cold drinks (we orderd set meal) but without the McFreeze. Thought they will give us later. As many cars already queuing up and making the whole area havoc. Our car already went further and further to the front. The poor stuff who delivering our order got to find each car and pass the food. Imagine the cars parked here and there waiting. For your information this happened enormous time.
As soon as we received we just checked the stuff we ordered and didn't opened the box and checked as the box indicated DOUBLE QPC. We believed all the while McDonald 's Shell Jalan Cheras very efficient and "trustworthy".

Bad Service
I order food via MacDelivery.. Order at 9.12 estimated time will deliver to my house at 9.45-10.00 am.. i have waiting for 1 hour 30 mins i never received any information about my order.. at 10.43 the MacD staff call regarding my order and tell me that they dont received my order due to They cant receive order memo from hq.. when they call me, they said all the food that i order finish.. wahhhh.. what kind of lie is that?

Bad despatch / delivery service
1) We made order in advance at about 12 noon for delivery at 2pm on 3/3/2019, Pandan Indah area. [Order No. 171-03/03/2019-557450]
2) At 1.23pm, the despatch called me asking if we could accept the delivery at this time. I told him to deliver at 2pm as ordered, we were not at home.
3) At 2:20pm, our delivery has yet to arrive.
4) I then called back the despatch at his mobile, he told me that he was just left the restaurant for our delivery.
5) He finally came after 2:30pm.
6) After he left, we found out that half cup of the 2 soft drinks were spilled, no more ‘gas’ inside soft drinks (looks like the drinks were filled up quite some time ago), the McChicken was a bit wet and French fries were totally soft.
7) We suspected food have been taken out from the restaurant for more than 1 hour before delivered.
8) We are absolutely disappointed, feeling cheated. Wandering if to give them another chance.
9) The management should monitor and pay attention to the despatch team.

Unfair treatment
02-Mar-2019 2pm at McD Bdr Puteri Puchong DT (#323)
- At the order counter, the lady does not allow to redeem the McD Free McChicken using Hotlink (Maxis) app.
- Counter lady has checked with SADDAM ALI (as shown on another pic) and they both saying this cannot be done at their counter.
- According to them, this required to collect a physical coupon from Maxis center and come redeem with the coupon instead of using mobile app.
- They are too ignorant to read the T&C stated on the app and just telling this cannot be done at McD counter. (Same for the McD Free Sundae cone, on the next screenshot attached)
On next day (03-Mar-2019), I went to another McDonald's branch - McD Equine Part DT (#192), I show the counter the exact voucher from my Hotlink (Maxis) app, and I get to redeem the Free McChicken with no question ask.
I have few things would like to clarify:
1. Why am I being treated unfair at McD Bdr Puteri Puchong DT (#323) outlet?
2. Why is Mr. SADDAM ALI confirmed this voucher is NOT redeemable at McD outlet but it can be done on other McD outlet? (double standard?)
3. If McD do believe this was a mistake on the T&C stated on Hotlink (Maxis) app, I would like to know that.
4. Therefore, I have posted my doubts to McD Malaysia under their "Contact Us" form on 02-Mar-2019, unfortunately McD Malaysia seems not interested to answer my question.
Since this unfair and unprofessional treatment from McD not getting resolved, I believe this is against the:
LAWS OF MALAYSIA Act 599 - CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT 1999
PART II - MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE CONDUCT, FALSE REPRESENTATION AND UNFAIR PRACTICE

Sy buat pesanan melalui mc delivery..sy pesan set ayam happy meal..dah la bagi ayam bahagian dada pedas plak tu..mcm mna anak sy nk makan..selalu order ayam happy meal dapat bahagian peha..order 2 set happy meal dapat 1 je mainan kotak happy meal bleh plak bg 2 klu kotak xbagi pun xpe asal ada mainan..menangis anak sy 1 lg sbb xdapat mainan..kecewa betul dgn McDonald's..sy adalah pelanggan tetap McD..lain kali tolong la check betul-betul order pelanggan n double check blik..

Saya order pukul 8 pm... Minta hntr pukul 10pm... Pukul 10.25 saya call mcd andalas sebab order ta sampai.... Mereka ckp tunggu 10 minit lg... What is the use saya order awal???? Selalu mcm ni..da pernah complain pun... bila mknan sampai.. Air jd sejuk... Makanan da ta panas ... So x ni saya upset yang teramat sangat.. Terpaksa cancel my order... N also saya ni regular Customer.. Siapa perlu disalahkan????

tak dapat makanan yang dipesan
saya membuat pesanan drive thru on 14/1/2019 8:30pm staff di kaunter pesanan dia mengambil semua pesanan detail, cuma aiskrim tak dapat disebabkan mesin aiskrim ada problem then staff tersebut gantikan dengan french fried, kita pun on kan jelah kan.. dah takk ada nak buat cemana asalkan ada yg boleh ganti.. and settle buat pembayaran.. tiba nakk ambil makanan yang dipesan.. ada makanan yang takk dapat : prosperity burger (yang dapat SOS BBQ ONLY !) and french fried yang dia nakk ganti tu pun TAK DAPAT.. haihh bila dah sampai rumah nakk makan rasa ralat gila ! bengang pun ada.. please make sure nakk bg dkt customer tuu bagi betul2.. check semua ada tak.. jangan main pass terus dkt customer.. takkan customer nak kena check duluu sebelum bla.. kereta dkt belakang dahh menunggu.. please be alert.. tq

Bad service
I ordered delivery value meals with ala carte nuggets by mcDonalds caltex farlim penang. But i didn't get the nuggets sauce. And the fries was really cold and its feel like chewing a rubber. I throwed it just like that. Its a waste for me. Better impove ur services as u want ur business to run good. Take care of ur customer and even ur foods quality. We pay for it, not free.

Ordering at Drive thru
Ordered Frozen coke at Drive Thru but always received Frozen Fanta. The common reason given was always there is no frozen coke or the frozen coke melted. The staff doesn’t bother to give further explaination. This really angers me everytime. I hope McDonald’s will take further action to prevent this from happening.

Service & no explanation
-mcd wetex parade muar, susunan meja membuatkan pelanggan tidak selesa untuk makan dan beratur untuk order
-staff cashier tidak mesra dan tidak explain pada customer
-mega mac seperti dalam gambar ada 4 keping daging, my family order 2 set. Kedua dua nya hanya ada 3 keping daging.
-saya tidak tahu SOP anda dan saya tidak tahu adakah gambar itu silap atau saya silap mahupun anda silap, tetapi abang saya ada bertanya kepada staff cashier berbangsa india. Dia jawab betul lah tu order dan mimik muka seperti tidak berpuas hati pada abang saya , dan tidak explain, ini membuat kan abang saya terkelu.
- kami hanya mahu explanation, bukan suruh ganti atau minta baru cuma mahu penjelasan. Diberi gaji as staff so kena lh belaja jawab soalan. Kalau tak suka customer tanya jangan bekerja as staff.
-sebagai staff perlu belaja menjawab soalan, sebab im regular customer and almost every week singgah di mcd. Tp kali ni mengecewakan. This is my first time mkn di mcd wetex muar.
-pngalaman saya mcd di melaka mall servis tiptop, staf mesra, even kadang2 customer silap staf beri layanan baik selalu walaupon time peak hour.

I was order spicy chiken mcdeluxe by drivethru . So i pay that bill and doesnt check the order . Then arrived at home and want eat i realize they give me mcChicken . I realize too your staff doenst give me the receipt .. it make me dissapointed about this !!! And make my money loss !!!! Please please and please give me my money back or replace !! And improve your service to check the order before give to customer . Place : mc donald sandakan ijm town
