poor delivery service
on 16/5/17 I made a advance order at about 9.30pm and request to be deliver to me at 11.30pm. The deliver reach to me at about 10.30pm. The delivery personal from Birch House Penang Mcdonald request to meet me and when he saw me, he straight scold me said that he had call me many time as he cannot get entry to my department. He go to my admission counter to ask their help to can me through main line but the admission counter personal didn't help him to call. He scold me that if not free don't make order and if had made order must pick up the phone. Actually he only call me 4times. I am working how to pick up phone, if I was free what for ask for delivery. My order track number is 54908.

Prices
how come whenever I order a McDonald's via the app I pay more? the delivery GST aside the meals cost extra charges. I am not sure if this is how it's supposed to be. If it is then it's ridiculous also sometimes the delivery takes an hour plus to arrive. Plus when they can't deliver they do not bother to inform until I make a complain or go the store to check on my order. Have some responsibility and please inform your customers whenever your system down and don't wait for the customers to ask you!

McDelivery waiting time almost 2 hours
Made an order 21/4 at 12.40pm, it says estimated time arrival 1.15-1.30pm but until 1.40pm the status is still "pesanan diterima" the first stage. Now already 2.30pm but still no delivery. Called the toll number to follow up but service was frustrating. BAD SERVICE from mcdelivery mutiara damansara! So disappointed.

Pesanan diperolehi tidak lengkap
Semalam, 11 April 2017 lebih kurang jam 8 malam saya membeli bubur large size dan one set spicy chicken menerusi drive thru, selepas saya ambil bungkusan dan air sampai rumah saya buka saya lihat tiada fries.
Hari ini bari sebentar, saya membuat pesanan saya bubur dan set chicken spicy, sekali lagi selepas pesanan saya diserah dan saya andaikan tiada apa lagi kerana pelayan sedang nersiri dan seorang lagi menyapu sampah saya pun gerak kereta ke hadapan. Sekali lagi, air milo untuk set spicy chicken saya tiada.
Saya tidak faham kenapa semua order saya tidak diserah serentak, sudahlah beratur lama, bila pesanan diserah pelanggan pasti akan cepat-cepat jalan kerana beri laluan pada kereta di belakang yang menunggu lama.
Mengapa staff kaunter tidak menunjukkan tanda2 bahawa ada pesanan saya bwlum sempurna seolah sengaja berbuat demikian.
Saya ingin menuntut gantiruggi atas pesanan saya yang tidak lengkap sedangkan bayaran saya buat penuh bagi satu set. Sangat mengecewakan bagi saya yang kali pertama dan kedua ke McCafe di putrajaya ini.

On 28/03/17 I went to McD ioi puchong. I had very bad experience at McD ioi puchong. Time around 8.00-8.30pm no customer & at the same no greetings from the staff. I ordered at counter 1 & my order is 1M Ayam spicy request for drumstick & rib, 1M Fof, 1ala Carte Mcc & drinks change to ice lemon tea for take away. Ones's reach home I found that, 1Mfries missing, chicken given wings & keel & the Fof was so dry & hard. On the spot I called McD 03-58820112 but not reachable, I tried few times but still the same. I send my feed back to www.mcd feedback.com.my & McD feedback from App Store but until today no response at all. Please maintain your company standard. It's really disappointed when we pay for it but we received bad service.

Staf mcd parit raja tidak profesional
Staf yg bertugas di kaunter pagi ni muka ketat layan customer. So not professional. I did not feel welcomed at all. I wonder why always mcd branch yg kat area pekan kecil selalu staf front ofice macamni. I think branch manager kena selalu train their staffs about welcoming the customers.

Cashier drive thru kurang sopan & trainer lambat
Saya telah memesan 2 aiskrim coklat hersey & 1 vanilla cone secara pandu lalu tetapi semasa ingin membayar harga pesanan di juruwang di pandu lalu mengatakan saya telah memesan sundae cup bukan hersey. Apabila saya mengatakan bahawa memang saya memesan hersey bukan sundae dia seperti menahan marah sambil menyepak dinding di kaunter tersebut sambil memanggil supervisor untuk memadam pesanan yang telah dia silap lakukan. Kemudian dengan tiada ucapan terima kasih dan senyum pada saya lalu saya pun terus ke bahagian ruang menunggu pesanan. Sampai di sana seorang budak lelaki baru bekerja agaknya berpakaian tshirt putih telah siap membuat pesanan saya tetapi dia menyuruh saya menunggu di hadapan pula padahal pesanan saya telah siap kemudian saya pun menunggu selama 10minit semata-mata untuk aiskrim tersebut sambil memandang pelanggan lain yang memesan aiskrim juga telah dapat pesanan mereka padahal saya yang telah memesannya terlebih dahulu. Kemudian seorang staf perempuan india bertanyakan pada saya ada memesan ayam goreng 9 ketul ke lalu saya menjawab tidak tetapi telah menunggu lama untuk mendapatkan aiskrim yang saya pesan. Kemudian staf tersebut memberitahu kepada budak tersebut barulah saya mendapat pesanan saya. Nasib ketika itu saya bersabar & tidak buat perkara lebih teruk terhadap 2 orang staf yang satunya kurang sopan menyepak dinding & satu lagi service yang kurang cekap. Justeru itu saya harap agar pihak Mcd ambil perhatian aduan ini. Semoga staf sentiasa bersabar & cekap dalam melaksanakan tugas seperti saya juga seorang penjawat awam. Pepatah mengatakan 'Customer Is Always Right'. Sekian, terima kasih.

Saya ingin buat aduan tentang restoran/store, tandas lelaki yang sangat busuk yang sepatutnya periksa setiap 15 minit (air kencing bertakung & taik bersepah dalam mangkuk tandas), "customer in" sepatutnya buka 3 mesin kaunter, "follow up" balik staff termasuk manager "smile & adap" jangan depan orang HQ turun "orang besar" baru nak guna "SOC", saya disuruh tunggu ayam spicy 5ketul selama 30minit oleh cashier lelaki & masa ambil pesanan yang telah siap tanpa ayam crew barista suruh saya tunggu selama 30 minit & selepas 50 minit saya pergi ke kaunter untuk ambil pesanan (ayam spicy) & saya tanya da siap ke (crew barista perempuan terus ambil resit saya dan tanya manager perempuan) datang semula beritahu kena tunggu lagi 8mnit (saya berdiri depan kaunter selama 5minit) & saya ckp masak ayam 10 minit nak kena tunggu lagi 8 minit lagi berape jam nak kena tunggu & crew barista cakap masa ayam lain & saya cakap tak payah nak tipu saya tahu berape minit masak( crew barista tu pergi beritahu manager perempuan tu) & (saya sudah + 5minit lagi) manager tu datang jumpa saya cakap kena jugak tunggu 8 minit ade pun ayam yang ni je & saya ckp baik saya tunggu kat sini 8 minit & manager tu datang semula kata thigh ada regular sahaja da masuk dalam kotak ayam saya campur dengan spicy & saya cakap saya tak nak, saya nak juga macam saya order (2thigh, 2drumsticks & 1wing), & manager tu belah & manager tu datang semula dengan ayam da siap & saya periksa balik (jumlah saya tunggu 1jam 4minit)& manager dan barista tu tiada guna " customer recovery", management sudah tahu buat promosi #mostawesomebite sepatutnya bersedia untuk serbuan pelanggan. Saya minta penjelasan dan "re-train" staff semula..

Mcd seri alam masai johor, Ambil order macam dengar, bukan main lagi pandang mata kita ni,, order burger 1 jadi 3, dah salah tak nak mengaku, kita pulak yang disalahkan,,
lepas tu terus pergi dan suruh orang lain settle,, pekerja yang pakai baju kelabu ni apa jawatan dia ea,, memang kurang ajar,,

Saya ada beli set double cheesburger...dengan 1 mcflurry aiscream......tapi burger dah lah dalam nya kosong sayur pun tak ada....frriess dah lah hangus keras pulak tu......kalu nak buat bisnes biarlah jujur...jujur dengan pelangan...jadi biar quality tu ada standart tu ada...jangan nak cincai jer....

Vegetarian meal
Hi, I'm not here to complain. Instead I just want to suggest about the vegetarian meal. Maybe is good that McDonald's can add on salad options for parents whom prefer greens.(example: Caesar Salad, my mum favourite or coleslaw )

Hi..Saya boleh di klasifikasikan sebaai ' Regular Customer ' McD Kota Damansara. Pandangan saya, cleanliness untuk premis mcd Kota Damansara ini memang tidak memuaskan. Setiap kali kunjungan saya ke sini, keadaan kebersihan tandas amat mengecewakan dan membuat hilang selera makan. Tandas di mcd Sek 6 Kota Damansara sudah boleh di kategorikan seperti Tandas Awam yang cukup kotor dan jijik. Pada hari Jumaat ( 17/3/2017 ), saya dinner di sana pada jam 830pm , saya ingin ke tandas dan mendapati tandas di sini cukup kotor dengan keadaaan setiap mangkuk tandas sama ada membuang air kecil dan air besar mempunyai najis yang tidak dibersihkan sama sekali. Jelas di situ Pihak Restoran langsung tidak menitikberatkan kebersihan tandas kerana sudah beberapa kali kunjungan saya di premis anda, tandas anda memang kotor seperti langsung tidak dibersihkan. Saya terpaksa berjalan kaki untuk menggunakan tandas di Stesyen Minyak SHELL yang bersebelahan premis anda.
Sebagai Pelanggan saya berharap Pihak Restoran tolong menitikberatkan hal ini kerana sungguh memalukan dan memburukkan nama 'Mc Donalds'... Tandas Shell lebih bersih daripada tandas di premis anda.

3/3/2017 lokasi McDonald's Seksyen 3 Shah Alam Selangor . saya order makanan di kaunter dengan bahasa yang lembut. tapi alangkah terkejutnya saya yang ambil order tu bersikap kurang ajar dgn muka yang agak bengis . tiba-tiba meninggikan suara . peringkat umur yang begitu sungguh tak sangka .SUNGGUH . sempat tengok name tag dia SALMA . amat kecewa dengan layanan begitu . harap dapat beri tunjuk ajar ETIKA BERKOMUNIKASI YANG BAIK dengan pelanggan staff macam tu ya . terima kasih .

Good day.
I was having a bad experience with you people in your Nu Sentral outlet. Today (23 Feb) in about 8.20pm, I was queueing to place an order in your store as stated above. By the same time, one of the white foreign men was queuing in a wrong line. He was angry and try to speak out. It seems the on duty staff was in fear since he/she kept apologizing and allow the particular white men to cut my queue. I am here and willing to tell that was actually me came to you people store at first and I was waited 10 minutes before this. Even so, the black shirt lady seems an in charge person there but she does not even inform me by even single word and let the white people cut the queue. Frankly speaking, is the fair to the rest customer who stands behind? In my point of view, you people management is a huge problem since that unable to make customer queue properly. The collection queue and purchasing queue is totally in a mess! Is it you people playing a culture that white foreign people have a higher priority? I was tried to express something but the in charge lady seems to be ignored. This makes me feel frustrated and walked away as this is not a correct manner to handle. Thank You!

Saya beli double cheese burger dah makan, waktu malam cirit birit dan muntah.Menyebabkan 3/2/2017 universiti college exam paper saya tak boleh exam dalam keadaan yang sihat (sakit perut dan muntah). Kalau beliau ingat saya fitnah Mc Donald saya ada bukti (resit and saya ada pergi tengok doctor if you want more evidence). Saya harap Mc Donald akan jadi ledih baik. Sini saya nak cakap bukan nak cari gaduh. I still love Mc Donald. Cuma nak beliau jaga kerbersihan sahaja. Thank you kalau saya tulis atau benda lain salah saya minta maaf di sini.

29.January.2017 (between 2pm-3.30pm) I just made an order to McDonalds through the website. Firstly, the order came in very late, I depend on McD thinking i wouldn't starve myself, instead i have a mild gastric now. On top of having mild gastric, the fries i ordered is old and not fresh at all. The coke is diluted. I hope my burger isn't rotten. What happened to the dependable service from McD? No wonder the competition is leading the market. Fix your service and quit thinking you can push the less fresh meals to the delivery customers.
