inefficiency
Just don't understand Why serving customers in the most inefficiency by ordering at the normal counter and make the customer to walk over to the MC Cafe and collect the coffee they are purchasing. Isn't it just a stupid system , whoever MC D manager @ this KLIA 2 MC D outlet is sure fool of shits idea on his/her head. Hope the management of MC D will really look into this stupidity created for its customers.

No medium size
May I know is it McDonald's have no more medium size set? Why those branch at cheras always no medium set and I have to pay more but I can't finish the drinks and fries? The reason they give is the medium cup has finish but it has been more than month ago.

Syok burger
Syok burger is probably the worst and unSYOK burger in mcdonalds Malaysia history. The sauce was too overpowering with sourness. It's like I accidentally splashed vinegar onto it. The bun was soggy because the sauce was drizzled excessively. The whole experience was TERRIBLE! I'd rather buy a fillet o fish. It's like mcdonalds didn't even do a taste test. They just grab a bunch of ingredients and sloppily fused everything together. Tadaaa!!! Syok burger!!it's basically a pile of Shit. Please wake up. Please do a taste test first before releasing it into the market. Singapore and Philippines have got mcspicy, while does Malaysia not have?? I think mcdonalds Singapore even though smaller in terms of country size is doing much better than us. Please be more CREATIVE AND DON'T CHINCHAI fuse everything together. If your inspiration was peri peri chicken, you're not even close and people don't even like that shit. PLEASE IMPROVE!!

Dirty environment
Ytd we went to MRR2 , drive thru for our order. When I get back home and started eating the fries, suddenly I saw smtg on it when I took out, I was eaten half way already! And I saw an insect, which is dead. And so my dad took a picture of it, and asked me to write bout it on this complaint board. Didn't have this kind of situation before!!! Please do manage the cleanliness of the restaurant

Saya order mcd secara online pada 20:10pm no order 197120 dan sy tunggu lama untuk pesanan saya 20: 24pm baru sy dmaklumkan ayam goreng mcd spcy dah tak ada...dan call saya untuk ubah pesanan saya .saya setuju dengan pilihan burger rio..tetapi pihak mcd tak inform saya harga yang patut sy jelaskan...selepas panggilan saya terima saya menerima pesanan saya pada 21 :15pm..dan air milo rasa tawar..mohon ambil tindakan sebab sebarang pesanan kami bayar...dan ini tidak berbaloi bagi kami sebagai pelangan

Staff kurang ajar.
Saya beratur panjang untuk membeli aiskrim dan buat order aiskrim yang saya mahu, staff repeat order berulang2 kali dan saya anggukkan saja. Tiba2 staff lagi seorang tanya kepada yang ambil order tu kenapa lambat? Dan yang saya tak puas hati, staff ambil order tu jawab customer ni yang lambat dan pandang ke arah saya sebelum gelak sesama mereka seolah mempersendakan saya padahal saya dengan jelas dan terang cakap apa yang saya mahu order.
Saya beratur panjang2 bukan untuk dapat layanan seperti ini! Sungguh tak menjaga adab. Lagi bagus ambil staff OKU dari staff yg sempurna tubuh badan tapi mulut dan perangai macam orang tak ada adab. Ini kejadian di mcdonalds mid valley megamall. Harap sangat ada pihak atasan dari mcdonalds dapat pantau staff2 macam ni.

unethical delivery guy
today i made an order online via the mcdelivery website for a meal worth RM25.20 (my tracking number: 139-10/08/2016-406445). i live in a condominium and specially for delivery services, my guard house will give my unit number a call to notify their visitation. i didn't get a call for the first time because the delivery guy was mistaken for an acquaintance of mine because he was NOT wearing his McD uniform, and i believe this is unprofessional. I only had a RM100 note with me, and decided to proceed with my payment. the delivery guy said he had no small change and said that I should have state it in the delivery notes before proceeding with my order online. first of all, the mcdelivery website is unlike other online delivery websites that provide a section to state the amount of change you wish to have prepared, and shouldn't the delivery guy come with some change? I reluctantly borrowed a friend's RM50 note but even for that amount, he didn't have change for it. I asked him to return back within an hour to return me my change of RM100. eventually, he returned back with the change and the receipt. i gave him back the receipt because i did not want it, and went back into my unit. in just a matter of seconds, i opened my door to check if my front gate is locked, i saw the receipt lying on the floor right in front of my unit and the delivery guy was already waiting at the lift. i took a closer look at the receipt and it turned out to be the one from my order. I asked him what it was and he acted as if he did not know. i insisted that he picked it up and threw it in the bin. he eventually did but reluctantly, and i told him "kalau nak buat kerja, buat elok elok." i am terribly upset by his unethical, irresponsible and lackadaisical behavior which i believe does not meet your company standards at all. coming in without his uniform is bad enough, and littering my housing area is worse. please look into this matter and please make sure the same thing does not happen to another person. the idea of a delivery is to give convenience to patrons, and this delivery guy's attitude is turning things the other way round.

ask for the management to put any sign to the waiting room making food .So there was no confusion in the ranks. What I write is based on the incident that happened to me in McDonald Plaza Angsana Johor Bahru ... when I'm in line to order food, I was right in front of the machine counter, behind the men who want to take food, soon next person aged women, class aunt @ sister to me along with her daughter aged-20s ... and then came another male person lined up behind him. McDonald said Cashier women aged person-20s as well. after the man took his dining room that we lined up side by side, the woman kept asking cashier order food to women who are behind me. then I say "eh? while trying to march with a parallel line to order food .. The cashier women who kept saying it? while pointing a finger at me and the old aunt unconsciousness old .. stupid .. Anyway it's rude .. then again stupid old woman who was unconscious, said, "Eh, I'd been standing here .No everywhere .." pointing the finger where he line up..em ... apparently ... cashier is already black. ... blind eye ... and stupid .... do not know who is supposed to be set up before ... cashier should have asked first on customers who lined up in front of the queue.whether the customer wants to order food @ take food. Not let customers like me to stand for hours in front of the counter machine ... like a stump .. to feel angry I had to line up again ... while I stood there long enough ... I just shifted a little from the line .. . rather than protruding from line..I want to say at the cashier ... I stand there but pulled by my wife who was angry over the incident so marched back last row. As a result I am the last person .. I decided to go from there. By noticing dissatisfaction over the cashier stupid act. The question now is where the management should put any sign to the ordered food and the food be reserved..wherein those sigh? Unfortunately I forgot to take the name of the cashier and take pictures of the two women to the viral right.

bad service by SYLVIA
Saya dilayan oleh pekerja bernama SYLVIA. Sy telah memesan makanan dan membayar sebanyak rm37.85 dengan wang rm50. Dia telah membagi balik baki duit saya sebanyak rm22.15 which is memang salah la. So saya callback the staff and inform dia bahawa dia telah memberi baki sy salah. Selepas itu dia melihat skrin dan mengambil balik rm10 dr saya dan berlalu pergi. Yang tak memuaskan hati sy adalah tanpa ucapan terima kasih dia berlalu pergi. Saya telah menyelamatkan dia dr mengalami kerugian. Kecuaian berlaku di situ. Yang kedua dia melayan customer dengan wajah yg tidak menyenangkan.
Saya meminta agar pekerja tersebut di beri kursus yg sewajarnya.

Menu Availability
Pada 31/7/2016, 1200am, saya pergi ke McDonald SS15 Subang Jaya, satu drive thru dan satu lagi restoran. Apabila saya bertanya tentang set Ayam Goreng Spicy, mereka menjawab dengan berkata "Sudah habis". Saya percaya "sudah habis" bermakna bukan stok ayam goreng dah habis, tetapi ianya bermakna "Dah xda yg siap digoreng, so malas nak goreng sebab dah lepas 12 orang x banyak order". Apa salahnya kalau diorang goreng jer baru untuk saya sebab saya bukan order satu set tetapi 2 set! Kalau ye pun malas, lainkali goreng awal2.. xda SOP ke? Lainkali bagitau lepas jam 12 tengah malam, Ayam Goreng not Available. Kalau ada saya silap di mana2, tolong betulkan. Saya cuma nak hak saya sebagai pembeli di mana apa yg tertera di menu saya boleh dapat melainkan dia kata stok habis atau NOT AVAILABLE. Kerja nak senang jer. Dah xda, gorenglah. Orang lain pun penat kerja.
Tolong beri penjelasan!

BAD SERVICE
cashier melayan saya dengan muka yg tidak senyum sambil tangan menyusun barbeque souce n tanpa greeting langsung...
bila saya order sundae strawberry dan choc on top sundae ... dia trus punch in dan proceed utk menyediakannye... namun kesal apabila dia menggunakan semula pnutup bekas sundae strawberry yg jatuh ke lantai depan mata saya... bila saya menegurnya, dia tukarkan pnutup tanpa senyum atau mohon maaf...
sila jaga service quality dan food hygiene... MCD satu branding yang besar...
MCD sutera, jb...

Bad system.
I don't get it with the new system. A bunch of people come and buy, then need to queue around 10-15 minutes just to collect food.
First, i wait at the McCafe place to pick up my drinks. 2 hot and 1 iced. He gave me only 1 iced caramel latte. And i said i order three drinks he insisted to see my receipt. and said there, only one iced drink. then i need to teach him ada tiga set air dalam tu. Omg, then he make the drinks so slow and i can hear people behind me hush already.
Then, when i want to pick up my food. The runner give a number ahead of me first. Keep me waiting for quite long time and the girls are already eating their food while i am still standing here. Then keep wandering around tgk tray tak tau la fikir apa lagi padahal makanan dah siap. Sudahlah 2 barbecue sauce dia tak bagi.
Then i came again to buy a sundae cone. When it is my turn at the counter, the guy suddenly walk away. A moment later he came back with hmm bitch face.

Inconvenient of food served
I bought a set of big breakfast at 5.12am on 18/7/2016.The register counter employee greeted me twice .But ,I been served a cool coffee with the set instead of hot coffee.It's spoil my view on McDonald dining experiences and my breakfast mood today.The female employee who served me coffee show unhappy face.It's really terrible experience i ever faced in McDonald Kampar ,Perak.

i have place order (#72-12/07/2016-397509)@8.00pm dated 12th July 2016 as order confirm and was told delivery between 8.30pm - 8.45pm, at 8.26pm i receive a call from 03-78031349 by name SITI SALMAH said that the order should not deliver by her branch and it will be redirect it to another branch. Why after 26 min they only inform me? Do McDonald practice and train this way? delaying the meal to client? whats the purpose of ordering McDelivery which this doesn't make convenient instead of trouble!

Bad food quality
This is not the first time i get a very diluted milo. I paid extra Rm2 to get milo, not a water with milo! And this must be added water. I dont know why the staff were doing this.Is they running out of milo or they actually told to do that? We all paid and we should get what we supposed to. This is a very big company,why can't the simplest quality get controlled?!

HATE new mcdelivery ONLINE system
extremely not satisfied with the super unfriendly upgraded mcdelivery online app.
I have been using current address as mcdelivery address throughout all these years, and this online mcdelivery said that my address is not under delivery area.
called but the customer service is like in MARS- nobody pick up calls and the auto-answering "lady" said I have made a wrong selection.
you've lost a loyal customer if you continue to have this kind of sucks service.

Mc delivery page
Since the delivery had been upgraded, i tried order through online. But always problem to load address.. Really stress. Why you all not downloaded all the history recorded regarding my past order. Why need to create the new address which is your delivery page is not address friendly at all.. Please do something, your delivery page is not friendly to customer at all.. Its damn hard to register address.. While my stomach is hungry and of course i m not satisfied when you are close your delivery call which is more friendly and faster rather than order through online.. Hate this online page.. If you really want customer to use your online order, please make it easy n simple.. THANK YOU.

Online order for delivery
I called the delivery hotline number and was told that starting from 1 july, delivery orders can only be made online. I logged in the site through google but upon entering my address i was told that the outlet serving my adress is no longer in operation. I then tried to order tru the mcdelivery apps. After entering 7 items into the cart, i discovered that my cart is empty when i tried to view the cart. I tried so many times with the same result. Maybe i did the selections wrongly. If so, the design of yr apps should have catered for people like me, who just wanted to order quickly and get our orders delivered on time. Your system warned me that delivery would take between 90 to 105 minutes. This is not fast food. I can easily prepare a heavy meal in 90 minutes. Please improve the system prior to launching it. If you go into the online setting, there us a number link where you can lodge a report or request assistance but if you click on the button, it goes to the number which is no longer in service and will be connected to another number which is too busy with too many calls. Isn't that a sign of serious inefficiency when you have a customer service number which is too busy with so many calls.. In a nutshell i can conclude that customer satisfaction is no longer important for mcDonalds Malaysia. Please proove wrong..

REALLY BAD ONLINE ADDRESS KEYING IN PORTAL
McDonalds has a very irritating online portal to key in address for mcdelivery.
This happens to me once a few years ago, so I gave up trying to register and just gave them a call upon my order. Same thing happen a few weeks ago as well. Since I moved to a new house, the operator asked for my address and I told her. She said she made an online acc for me. I was fine with that, but what pissed me off real bad was, she keyed in the wrong address! How do I found this out? The deliveryman called me, with an exhausted voice. Trying to find my house. Then, the manager called me. I think he was mad. He said I keyed in my address wrongly. I understand that he can be mad at me because I just wasted their time and energy. Thank god he was kind enough to call the nearest branch and deliver my food.
So, to clear this off,
Dear McDelivery,
you have a very lame, suckish, bullshit online address keying in portal. Update that irritating masterpiece of yours. You dont know where i live, but you need to, because i love your food. Please do refer to Dominos online address keying in portal so that you can have a better service in this area.

Kuala Terengganu Mcdonalds at Giant hyper.the service at counter is very very bad......the guy with Ultraman hair style...i forgot the name...he is wearing blackgrey colour shirt.maybe is supervisor or.....i hope the in charge person will understand our feel.....coz we are pay to order...not free....

Pada 07/07/2016 (01:08am) saya telah order melalui online delivery SpicyDeluxe dan Family Porridge. Setelah order sampai pada pukul 2:00am dan penghantar pun dah pergi. Semasa hendak makan bubur mcd, saya berasa pelik kenapa bubur mcd berair dan bau bubur tak seperti selalu. Selepas itu saya mencuba sedikit bubur tersebut, sah basi! Bagaimana pekerja mcd tak perasan bubur itu dah basi? Tersangat tak puas hati dengan Mcd Equine Park....

Staff being rude to customer
I would like to complaint about a staff by the name Sarinah who handle kids birthday party at Mcdonald Malaysia Malacca Limbongan branch. She is very rude the way she speak to a customer. Very unprofessional way ! I'm very angry with her tone as though she's the customer instead, she sounds very sacarstic! I would strongly suggests your immediate superior look into this matter seriously. Would strongly suggests she should be fired. I was happy to called Azzura immediate Manager of McDonald Malaysia Malacca Limbongan branch, a few days ago about getting a birthday party celebration for my daughter and her friends next week and the first place that comes to my mind is Mcdonald cause that's the best place for kids, Adults & grandparents but sad to say I was then transferred to Sarinah who handle birthday celebration party, the story begins she don't sounds please & well manners to a customer at all. I would strongly suggests Mcdonald Director kindly look into this matter seriously if not McDonald would loose more business due to this attitude problem by the staff Sarinah. Thank you.

Late Delivery and Not Responsible
I very angry about MCDELIVERY service. I understand MCD is dominating in Malaysia Market, but there should have a correct way for customer to do the complaint. In fact, no even i called 1300. They cannot make decision and always said refer to branch manager. What if the branch manager was lying or made the wrong decision?
Complain 1) Waste my time to wait the delivery and broke the promises
Complain 2) Not delivery in time
Complain 3) Branch Manager is lying that is raining
Complain 4) No standard procedure in MC delivery. No way to compalain.
6.30pm - I ordered thru online
6.55pm - Branch called me that they cannot delivery due to rain. I asked them if they can't send in time, i don't want the order and branch said they will call me back in 5 min.
7.15pm - No calling from branch, they did not keep the promises.
7.16pm - I called 1300 and told them that they should investigate. They only will answered i will check with branch manager. What if branch manager bias or lying?
7.30pm - Wasted my time and money to call 1300 with no constructive answer. Just simply answer my question with no responsible. Then why i need to do complain in 1300 customer service
In overall, Totally no customer service in McD. No standard KPI, no standard procedure, no customer service on complain.
If MCD think is ok that ignore my complain, just do it. Lousy customer service in Malaysia. Will log in complain case to Headquarter.
