Twister scam

Today I ordered a set spicy chicken mcdeluxe which I ordered through apps. Okay now the problem is with the twister fries. So I changed my regular fries to twister fries. When my order arrived, i didn't see any twister fries! I only see the regular fries in the packages! They even charged RM 1.20 for that! This happened twice already!
I hope actions will be taken to the MCD at SETIA TROPIKA JB.

2 jam menunggu pesanan panggilan

Salam, harini (13/3/2016) saya (hazida) dan kawan saya (puteh) buat pesanan melalui panggilan anggaran sebelum pukul 5 petang dr kawasan solaris dutamas. Melalui panggilan tersebut, telah diberitahu bahawa pesanan kami akan sampai dalam lingkungan masa 1 1/2 jam. Namun, setelah 1 1/2 jam kami menunggu, masih belum mendapat sebarang panggilan dari delivery McD. kami membuat panggilan semula, dan staff di panggilan memberitahu hanya pada jam 6.40pm baru mereka menghantar pesanan. Berapa lama lagi yang harus saya tunggu?!!!!! patutkah pelanggan menunggu lebih dari 2jam?!!!

Harga tak sama

Bandar baru Bangi mcd the manager Mr.Iffezan kata weekday breakfast special sausage McMuffin without Egg nak Rm 4.95. Ada teluk punya nak Rm 5.95, Mr. Iffezan ada cakap dia nak jual harga berapa pun boleh tak ikut mcd punya, jadi tipu orang yang support mcd. Dulu saya pun pernah di order bandar baru Bangi sausage McMuffin with Egg only Rm 4.95.

SAYA PENGGEMAR AYAM MCD BILA HENDAK NAK BELI SAHAJA LOKASI SEPERTI DIATAS SELALU SAHAJA AKAN KEHABISAN DENGAN ALASAN STOK SUDAH HABIS!!!!!!! saya sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan drive thru di bandar sri damansara lain yang order lain yang bagiii bukan sekali jadi mcm ni banyak kali jadi mcm ni cuma diam je xnk ckp banyak ! korang semua makan gaji buta ke ape ni ? xpayah kerja la asyik salah bagi makanan je byr memahal dpt makanan murah !!

Staff rude

About 8 pm yesterday, I ordered porridge and large fries for my son. Unfortunately, my son suddenly change his need. He want chicken.. So when I pay the bill at counter I just sorry to the cashier named safuan and make a change the fries to chicken set original..in the middle of went back home I realised that no spoon, tissue and I got the spicy chicken.i go back to the cashier and ask the same person 'safuan' that I just ordered the original chicken.guess what that person tell me without any sorry, he just said ' huh, last minute order..memang lah...' WHAT???? I didn't ask him to speak like that to me.. I pay what I order and it's not FREE!!! What customer service that he learn? Shame on him coz since I already 7 years in the customer service line , this is the worst ever!! I hope someone can teach him how to be a good service line and how to take care of their customers!!!

McD Taman Maluri served uncooked chicken burger

My mum purchased 2 sets of Spicy McChicken Deluxe from Jaya Jusco Taman Maluri McDonalds today at about 3.40pm. Along the way I was eating I tend to spit out the flesh that seems slimy and this was happening very repetitively. Then I just have to stop eating then had to look at the burger flesh, it was so hard and raw. When I had the thought to return and complaint but looking at the situation, I think I would just waste my time & petrol travelling to the restaurant again as this is the 2nd time happening to me from the same store. As for the initial time there also wasn't any response taken. So I decided to post it here, which I really hope something good can be done. Please look at the picture I have attached as a proof.

Please note, upon certain handover and blind hiring is the main cause for this kind of irresponsible acts and I lost my entire faith eating McD. Please to those who still trust & enjoy eating please do check on your food intake as this could definitely be harmful to you own health.

missing item

28/2/16 330pm+- mcdonald at saujana impian kajang

Ordered drive thru gcb set, filet set, mcchicken set n plain bubur

Wanted to pay at the cashier drive thru but thr window was not open ..they were busy talking to each other. Ok fine, a guy came n said encik blum bayar..ok fine paid to him rm51.05. Was given back balance of rm19. Received our items by a chinese staff n he said, ok itu saja.

Ok went back home to find no receipt was given inside the paper bag coz usually they'll put the receipt in the bag n there was also no bubur..

Is this how u cheat your customer's money?

N i did called your hotline to make a complain, and your staff told me, well they dont have delivery service so u have to go n pick the item yourself..
Hmm..very bad service
So i gave my number n i demanded for an explaination on the careless service..
Im still waiting for the phone call from your side.

Switched off cooker for fried chicken before end operations.

We came at 2.45 A.M to get McDonald's Fried Chicken, but the cashier (Azizi) told us that they can't cook the chicken at the time. As we told them we can wait for them to cook, according to him that the cooker for the fried chicken had been switched off and they need to take up at least 45 minutes to turn the cooker back on again. However, according to the shift manager that they should actually switch off operations for the cooker 15 minutes before breakfast which is at 4 A.M.

Technically, they closed the cooker earlier than they should, which was 1 HOUR 15 MINUTES before they should. So we decided to order something else, but the cashier (Azizi) protested by throwing the ice scoop in the ice bucket and slamming our drinks on the tray. The cashier was not wearing his nametag, also not tucking in his uniform. I am here to tell you that the cashier holds responsible for his actions and by not being a responsible crew for giving an unacceptable reason towards switching off the cooker.

We came all the way from Puchong because my wife had been craving for the fried chicken and the McDonald's here is nice. The manager understood the problems and took the right action straight away after our complaints.

Chicken McNuggets without sauce

I just drove through to purchase 2 set of Happy meal Mcfish and 20 pcs of Chicken McNuggetsfrom Bandar Utama.

We are so disappointed that the workers who packed the food without giving us any sauce for nuggets but it already stated clearly in my orders. Sweet & Sour and BBQ sauce.

I'm just wondering whether is their strategy to cut down the sauce usage in order to save cost or the workers purposely forgot to give and keep it for their own use!

Besides, the Mcfish burger, taste is far difference from last time until my kids do not like to eat anymore. Supposely the sauce is mayo sauce instead Ketchup.

Staff and service slow

I am a regular customer and a working personnel. It took the staff 35mins from taking order to serving the meal. The mcd staff that took my order looks as if he is on some substance. If he is unfit please ensure that he is taken care of in terms of health. I think this is the manager role to endure that efficiency is achieve

It's called fast food chain for a reason. Please review the branch again if it's under staff, please do something about as this chain is placed at a corporate location where people actually need to rush to work upon buying from you guys.

Drive Thru - incomplete order

Dear sir/madam @ McDonald's Malaysia Complaint board.

We would like to express our un satisfaction of our incomplete order delivery at Kajang Perdana branch via drive-thru

Our recent incident on 14/02/2016 around 10.15am - 10.35am, we ordered 3 set of breakast menu (RM32.10) and found there is no hash brown for all 3 sets, my husband manage to check and claim in the counter.

This is not the 1st time, every time we purchased from drive-thru we will get incomplete set of meal and only notice them at home as we believe drive-thru service we utilize when we are rushing. Frustrated when its happend because we are loosing money on it.
Appreciated if management could look into this matter and appoint experienced staff for drive-thru counter.
Pls be informed that we are regular customer of McDonald's @ Kajang Perdana, Kajang Prima & Semenyih branch. Atleast twice in a week especially for happy meal. Tq

Staff Being Rude

You Hello.. My name is MJ.. I am one of your McDonald regular customer.
Actually.. Yesterday, I and my children went to AEON BIG WANGSA MAJU McDonald
to having my lunch together with my children. This is the first time
Actually we went there. First, we order our meal and choose for
Take-away. After they gaved our meal, we continued to go to
Parking to go home. Luckily, my Son notice that we didn't
Get a triple cheeseburger and a large fries. We return back
To McDonald to ask for our burger that we just purchased. They
give us the burger back but we noticed again that the sticker printed
As double? In our receipt wrote as "Triple" .. Because of that I ask back to the girl
cashier I purchased from. I purchased a triple cheeseburger but
The sticker printed is double? We ask again to the girl cashier because we want to double confirm either it is Double or Triple because we take away the burger. Then suddenly a fat b*tch and dark Ugly guy named Farhan interrupt toward me and the girl cashier. He act rude towards me Like he said that " Itu Double Lah Akak.. Kalo Engkau Tak Percaya Pergi Bukak Sendiri Check Berapa Keping Daging" after that he and his Friend laugh at me.. This staff is so rude to me. He act this kind of attitude in front of other customer and my children. You thought I work as a cleaner? I just want to double confirm either it's double or triple? Because we pay a price for triple not for double.
Not only staff are bad but the manager are just the same as them. The manager is annoying and didn't give cooperation or advised to their staff don't to be rude towards customer. I believe this will happen to any customer especially someone who "TAKE AWAY". Think positively if I don't even check my meal then I will directly go home. Should I return back? And is it worth it? Must be stupid right? You know AEON BIG is very hard to find Car Park. I hope that the manager can improve and train your staff to communicate with customer. Don't always think customer complain for no reason. That's all from me. Thank you.

Rider Mcd Pandan Mewah #171 enggan beri kerjasama

Pada 01/02/2016 jam 11.03pm sy telah membuat pesanan melalui app mcdelivery .. Sy telah menerima pesanan tersebut pada pukul 12.15am dari rider (ABDUL RAZIF) store #171 pandan mewah . Malangnya sy tidak menerima medium fries . Sy telah menghubungi salah satu ryder yg pernah menghantar ke rumah sy (RAHIMAN) untuk minta bantuan dia beritahu rider tersebut . RAHIMAN berkata sudah beritahu tetapi rider tersebut "tidak mahu" hantar dan "tidak perlu takut" apa2 jika tk hantar .. malah dia berkata hubungi call centre , bukan kacau rider . Dan selepas itu sy telah menghubungi call centre namun belum sempat buat aduan , sy telah kehabisan kredit . Persoalannya .. Rider dah pun diberitahu tapi kenapa berkeras tk mahu hantar .. apa salahnya bgtau staff mdf dan kalau tk percaya boleh hubungi sy segera .. sepatutnya dah tahu , perlu lah ambil tindakan .. kenapa nak tunggu call centre ?? perlu ke sy keluar malam2 buta untuk beli topup semata2 nak hubungi call centre dan dapatkan medium fries sy ??? kalau macam tu tk guna sy order online .. bukan ke itu satu kecuaian dan mengapa customer pula yg perlu terhegeh2 minta sedangkan rider tersebut telah diberitahu ?? dah berbayar dah pun ! bukannya free !!! sebelum ni selalu order tapi tk pernah ada masalah , tapi kali ni sgt2 mengecewakan !!! tiada rasa tanggungjawab .. duit tips nak , tapi cust minta order missing boleh buat tk tau .. Bad service !!

Mcdonald's Taman Connaught

I went to McDonald's Taman connaught DT on Saturday 16th January 2016 around 10.20pm to purchased a Large Coffee with Apple Pie.
Unfortunately i only get to served with cold coffee instead of the hot one. This is really unacceptable and such a disappointment.
Beside, i do not receive any receipt with my purchased. How come the Drive Thru presenter didn't do the checking on my items and provide me with wasted coffee? Do i need to check every single item that i purchase from drive thru whether still fresh despite of the long queue waiting behind?
It is yet 11pm which is i do aware closing time for 24 hours McDonald's restaurant.
Could someone explain this to me?

CHEATS CUSTOMER

I'm a frequent Drivethru customer from MacDonald. Every time when I ordered any double patty burgers and actually being charged and paid for the meal, I would always come back home with wrong orders. Instead of having a double patty burger the staff pack for me a single patty burger. This happens few times, and when I decided to go back to change the burgers ,I realised I wasnt given a receipt. The funny part is when I dine-in I don't experience the same mistakes made by the staffs. Are the staff in Macdonal ripping of their customers in this way?

give wrong order & bad service

Today I online ordered mcdonald delivery. The order is on time but I really dislike the the rider's attitude! He passed the bag in front of us and ordered us" take!". What a bad attitude! We are customer and you asked us to do your job?! And he sounds like we owe him money or what. Ok, it's ok! Then I opened the packet of foods. WTF! The order was wrong! I ordered two chicken burgers then they gave me two beef burgers! Honestly, I cannot eat beef....I just waste my money to buy the food that I cannot eat!
Moreover, everytime I got mentioned there the drink WITHOUT ICE but I don't know why. Are they really didn't notice or what, everytimes the drinks are full of ice. If you don't want to see the remarks please don't ask us to write the remarks ok?!

Fried Chicken Not available through delivery over 5 years literally

I'm a Mc D lover and ordered through delivery most of the time. I'm ok with occasional error in delivery as it happens sometimes. What bothers me is that the Fried Chicken is always Temporary Unavailable for over 5 years now 99.99% of the time. Please changed it to PERMANENTLY UNAVAILABLE or Fire the manager/supervisor running that place as it just shows incompetency and lazyness.

Bad service and theft of cash

On the 25th November 2015, I ordered 9 pieces of chicken Mcnuggets (M) and a spicy chicken Mcdeluxe burger(M) at seremban 2 Mc donalds drive-thru and was charged RM24.40. i was given a large spicy chicken Mcdeluxe and i asked them to change it and to refund me. The following is what happened :-
1) I was treated rudely by the staff who although changed my order but didn't give me a receipt.
2) I was then refunded RM1.40 but given a different receipt.

I complained to the complaints department and spoke to Mr Leonard on the same day and he assured me that he would look into this matter and get back to me . He also informed me that I should have been charged RM20.40 for my order . I waited for 2 weeks and I didn't receive any feedback from Mr Leonard. I called him again and he apologized and he said that there would be a letter of apology forthcoming . I further enquired about my change which i was not given and he said he would reimburse me with some vouchers .

Till today ,there has not been any reply from the customer service centre / Mr Leonard about the bad service or about the misappropriation/theft of my money.

MCD online isnt user friendly!

Hey There!

this is not just a feedback you can highlight but i need an explanation or a correction on this. i went to mcd's online delivery website. its my first time and ive signed up online. it then asked for my address which is fine but my address cannot be searched online! are you trying to be unfair for those who is living in an old apartments/housing areas? my address is Jalan 8/40, Taman Pusat Kepong. look at that god damn screenshot! there's no TAMAN included. and my apartment couldn't be found! was trying to order food online since my area has a bad signal to call out. this has causes me and my family so much inconvenience! this is so unacceptable! this is my first time signing up online but not the first time ive given feedback on poor services! you dont know where i come from! im a PR, my colleague is working on editing for medias. if the service is not corrected properly. just sit there and watch what im gonna to next. bless you and your company!

BAD SERVICE

please take action on your 1 malay (female) manager because i stand at counter for 30mint she can leave me just like that because she pick up call without said anything to me... and your crew Kenny (female) i order 1set spicy chicken and 1 set mcchicken burger but she not give me fries then i go ask her but she just show me her sour face... come on please fix ur servise because as a customer we go there want to eat but if your crew treat us like this.. we can lost appetite want to eat... just spoil our mood...
