Im regular customer at mcdonald;s #216. I always buy my coffee latte at Mccafe. and there is two barista one is indian and malay. this two girls all the time busy with thier own gossiping stories. no once i saw them with thier stories and forget about customers right in front of them. Last week i went around afternoon, and i saw this two girls (SANTINI) and (NURUL) they know im their regular customer. what they did was nothing else but talking to each other yet they saw me standing right at counter. at that time i was rushing, this indian girl none stop talking. plus, the coffee that i order wasn't taste coffee and the milk she steam wasn't hot and too much foam. i know how latte taste is less coffee and less foam. in my case i really not happy with this two girls.
once i question this indian girl. are you paid to work or to talk?she was really unhappy with my question indeed what i asked her was right.
if youre a barista you should treat a customer well. not been rude or talk to your other friends.
and this malay girl (NURUL) i can tell that coffee she made was taste SHIT !!! I dont know why mcdonalds hired this kinda staff.
i hope mcdonald's shouldn't hired staff who doesn't know how to work and made coffee.

Hari ini saya betul tak puas hati dengan staff service di counter order (staff melayu bertudung) dan kita order 2 set ayam goreng spicy. Kita nak minta 2 set bagi satu thigh spicy chicken (staff terus cakap dengan saya thigh ayam tak banyak, tadi lain customer dah beli. Mana ada banyak thigh ayam? Staff bercakap dengan nada suara yang tinggi? Dan saya tambah order 2 Taro Pie lagi (saya tanya staff dalam taro pie yam ke? Staff menjawap saya dengan nada suara yang tinggi lagi. Staff jawap "eya"!). Saya cakap dengan staff "saya bertanya? Salah ke? Staff melayan saya macam tak puas hati? Hari ini saya singgah restaurants McDonald, sebab tak panjang beratur saya sampai di restaurants pada jam 15:18:36 (17/12/2015) mula saya gembira telah beratur giliran. Sebab kita dah lama tak singgah di restaurants, kalau panjang beratur kita tak pergi makan sini. Saya tak makan di restaurants McDonald free dan kita ada bayar duit. Kalau kita tahu service counter staff tak bagus dan kita tak singgah di restaurants McDonald ini.

I normally will bought McDonald's at Sri Petaling n Kuchai Lama but I really hope that McDonald's can improve their food quality. I order the Spicy Chicken set n realize that vegetables ady turn yellowish. The vegetable are not fresh. The French Fried taste not like previous, not crispy at all! Every time I order also can't finished is because of the taste so unpalatable. The chicken meat are so hard to chewed until my tooth also feeling pain. This really make me feel disappointed! I won't go bck to support anymore.

1) To suggest: Please create a pop up message for Contact Number updates (McDelivery) for every log in. By doing this, you alert the customers who rarely use that service. And also, you provide your crew with the latest info.

2) To feedback. My order number 102693 was cancelled by McD staffs due to fail to reach my line. (Of course, I forgot to update my latest contact number). I didn't blame your team. But, after talking to one of your staff using 1300-13-1300 (on 1.05am), he said he would ask the respective team to prepare the 'cancelled' order back, but, it's been 50mins, and I still got nothing.

This is not about finding faults in others. I am just looking for some improvement.

Then bru berapa hari lepas mintak 9 pcs nugget srta french cheese sauce 2 dan saya order extra cheese utk burger saya. Cheese sauce takde, dah la dua-dua takde. cheese dlm burger saya pon takde. Quite a number of time when I bought the ice cream from your outlet at Sunshine Square in Bayan Baru Penang, we found the texture of the ice cream is not smooth and there is ice crystal in the ice cream. There is no milk taste in the ice cream, it only tasted like sugar and way too sweet. I suspect that they dilute the ice cream with water and sugar syrup. This is not the first time the ice cream tasted like this, and also not recently. We found out that there are no such problem with the other outlets throughout Penang where we bought the ice cream. My whole family enjoy eating your ice cream and we love it very much, if not I won't be filing this complaint. Please check if there is anything wrong with the ice cream there.

Pada 8 september 2015,masa lbih kurang 12 30 . sya telah pergi ke McDonald's sandakan DT dan order 2 set mcchicken 1set spicy chicken mcdeluxe . saya mendapati dua minuman coke saya tidak berasa . Hal ini telah berlaku berulang kali . 5 kali hal ini berulang kepada saya . saya harap perkara ini tidak di pandang remeh temeh . Saya berharap pihak pengurusan sentiasa memantau perkara ini agar tidak berlaku lagi .

Yesterday I and my family went to Mcdonalds Drive thru at seremban Jalan labu, went to the wash room its such a disgrace Filthy smelly and Unhygienic at all.

i've been waiting for 2 1/2 hours just to get my orders. the person in charge taking my orders said it only take 1 hour due to the lack of orders today. call up for order on 13:01.. pick up order on 15.40 but in the receipt stated order on 14:08. can someone please explain to me why. I'm a loyal customer to McD since I was kid...hope this wont happen again in the future.

I was queing at 1 counter.when come my turn the staff when to do other things without telling me anything.so sign of counter close at all.

i keep waiting for 5 minutes and ask the next counter staff suddenly he told me counter closed.

What a suck services of mcdonald.should asshame of become international company.

Today 10th July 2015, around 12.10am, I ordered a Filet-O-Fish ala carte and large chicken porridge aka carte through Drive Through, McDonald Bandar Puteri Puchong. Unfortunately, I was served by a rude and shameless malay guy named HAFIZ. It was a raining day, it is noisy outside and this Malay guy can't hear me clearly (I'm not sure whether he don't understand English or can't hear clearly) After ordering everything, when I'm ready to leave to next counter to pay, I believed this guy forgot to mute his microphone and come out with a word of "BABI". And yeah, this Babi guy was scolded by me right at his face and he don't even dare to look at me. At first he refused to give me his name, then he denied on the words saying "aku Tak cakap babi la, sum..." I assumed he wanted to say SUMPAH, but he kept silent then. Hey, go and sumpah la on this puasa month, shame on you! Rude, not professional, samseng attitude! This is McDonald staff!

Many times I tried placing order for 'ayam goreng spicy' but the answer will be NO STOCK! Early order at 12.30pm and all I hear is NO STOCK! What a ridiculous service given by bangsar outlet? Totally disappointed! Please change your management style before I change my fast food outlet!!!

McDonalds sebelah stesen minyak Shell. Sudah dua kali pekerja ini mengambil order makanan saya melalui drive through. Didapati bahawa staff tersebut menggunakan nada suara yang tinggi menunjukkan dia sangat marah semasa mengambil order makanan. Sampai kaunter pembayaran beliau membuat muka marah . Saya pun tidak tahulah apa masalah orang ini. Kalau tak reti nak bekerja di McDonalds cari sahajalah tempat kerja lain. Know your place please,your job is to serve the customers . You ingat you boss kah mahu tinggi2 suara sana? Sedar diri sikit lah. Lastly,the Family set A which comes with the happy meal dosen't have any free toys. I am very speechless after this kind of service.

Was standing in front of the counter of MJC McDonald's branch with my brother for quite a while, unattended. One of the staff named Mohd Hafiz came, not by serving us but was busily pressing the machine and said to another staff in bahasa Sarawak that my brother and I are stupid for waiting and that we should go to another counter when we realize that there is no one serving us. He should bear in mind that there are many Chinese in Sarawak who could understand and speak fluent bahasa Sarawak. Saying such statement is already at fault, what more to say, him saying it in front of the customers. My brother and I are offended but we did not tell him off cause it's the first day of Ramadhan. What he should have done was to just tell us to order at the next counter, simple as that, rather than keeping us waiting.

I just drive tru 30 mins ago and was told by the staff that ice cream machine out of order.
Having had heard this excuse of ice cream machine "rosak" many many times from this outlet....above the oyyer frequent occurence of NO BUNS for Burgers, No CHOCKEN, NO COFFEE etc ...all seem to be such day in day out shortcomings that nobody in the management seem interested to rectify.
However...tonight i get another extra by the staff telling me rudely to go inside to complaint to the manager and shutting off the order PA system instead of being applogetic and listening to take my other orders!

I really wander what kind of staff training MCdonalds provide to their staff???
As if he thinks i will die without eating McDonalds!!

I went to the drive through this morning and it seems like the staff is terhegeh2 to give my order. No other customer at that time......why cant make it and still do it slow?

I always drive thru . This not a 1st time they give coke with out gas. How wanna drink ha without gas. Them we asking for sos their show an unhappy face to us. Next time give a proper training to them. If not I will create a site in any sosial media to let more people know about it.

i ordered delivery from usj taipan. But the rider did not return to me the balance due to he cheat me he will go change it and then return to me but i wait him for 3 hours ady and he did not came back at all! I was very angry to this kind of rider! No responsible at all!! Please take action to this kind of rider! His name called Mohd Zamri!
