Haven't received password recovery emails
I've been trying to reset my password for MCD apps but its been so many times I tried still haven't received the email. What should I do?I even try register new acc but then I did not get the activation code.

Not statisfied with Online McDelivery
I order Mcd delivery online for the second time, I ordered the chicken bundle B including 6 pieces of nuggets, I did request for a sweet sour sauce, but after I received the delivery, no sauce is given for the nuggets. Damn sad.

Rude cashier
The cashier at McDonalds Serdang is incompetent to do her job. She can't even punch in the right amount for the food purchased.When I asked for the right amount of balance she even pissed at me and didn't want to admit she was wrong. Please check your workers from time to time because that kind of worker may result your store to lose your customer as there are many places to go other than McDonalds at Serdang. I went to eat there around 10pm until 12am. The cashier I assumed as an old lady with a tudung and she is fat. You may ask the other workers that works there,they know how her attitude is. Even a mamak restaurent cahsier is much polite than that person.

Services so slow or im drive slow?
Hi,I'm Mr. Arif Karim from Ipoh.. there's nothing to shared if ur services lately become more worst even sometimes felt its no more extras no more surprises no more specialty and no more laugh,smile, fully joy experience and happiness can gain in part of ur promised become over promise to regular customers like us.. its any big issues getting inside Sir? Why let my son's 1st happy meals without any toy or gift after he opened his happy meal box's after get home from drive thru? And I didn't hv any receipts keep from ur cashier to refer back my order..that's stories doesn't include have to stop the car then turn back my destination to ur cashier because of shortages of my balance given.please...just let ur customer's get on what their reallyhad paid. Truly no more highest of confidence level I put on my list of trusted like before..sorry..

Bad to worst services at outlet
I thought we as malaysian only encounter traffic havoc on the road, but it's happened at McD outlet. Normally the querr time will be less <5 minutes for our food being serve. But at this outlet, the time i spend were equally the time i consuming my food(if serve within 5 minute). There been a long long wait for food to be serve, it unordinary for FAST FOOD CHAINS like McD especially during morning session where everyone are rushing their time and it's prime period for food chain as generate high sales figure to them.
Beside the food preparation are slow.
The cleanup of the left behind food stuffs on the table were DAMN slow....
I seen most of the client are cleaning the table their own.
Do every outlet have the KPI for the food serve practice? Do there any SOP for the cleaning up of those rubbishes?
Does every McD outlet staff train accordingly?
Does every outlet being auditted from time to time?
I really appreciate the management of McD takes some improvement process step to monitor those complaints seriously.
PS: EVERY COMPLIANT IS THE WAY FOR INPROVEMENT.

saya amat kecewa kepada mcdonald kemaman!ini hari dah yang keempat hari saya pergi drivethru untuk order ice-cream cone!tapi selalu dapat jawapan sudah habis! baru tadi saya nampak kerete hadapan saya boleh ice-cream tersebut!kita juga bayar bukan saja makan percuma,mengapa kerete hadapan ada ice-cream tersebut,dah sampai saya dia pun jawap tak ada!saya berasa kecewa dan marah pada perkhidmatan tersebut!happymeal yang saya selalu order pun tak ada patung percuma,sepuluh kali saya pergi 7kali tak ada patung percuma!saya berharap pihak tuan/puan akan take action kepada mcdonald kemaman terengganu!terima kasih

complaint for kemaman mcdonald
i'm feeling disapointed to kemaman mcdonald services!i have going drive thru order an ice-cream,but three days i had go until today they also give me same answer (ice-cream tak ada)but just now i saw a car in-front of me,that guys had take away an ice-cream!so how angry i feel?!everytime order happymeal and also no toys..my kid always ask for free toys,ten time i bought 7 time no toys,same answer(we don have toys)..better we choose kuantan!far but like it!good services!fast and food always hot!hopefully you can take action asap!!!thank you

Take this SERIOUSLY !
Date : 15th October 2016
Time : Between 2pm - 2.30pm
Location : McDonalds, Taman Sutera.
Let me share the experience i had while queing to buy lunch for myself at McDonalds. To be exact, its McDonalds, Taman Sutera. It was between 2pm to 2.30pm today when a shameful scene happened at that McDonald. People was busy queing to purchase their meal when suddenly i heard someone shouting over the other side of the counter. Everyone's eyes was looking over the counter. What i saw was, a GIRL wearing BLUE McDonalds Tshirt, shouting to another employee at the back asking her to come to the front in a bad way (she was probably the store manager i guess because i see that she can shout to whoever she wants without even caring about the customers around her). I should think the girl she shouted to the front is a Manager as she was wearing a Black Shirt (didnt got her name clearly, maybe Syafiyah or Syafiqah, but i really respect her as she came to the front eventhough shouted and start helping without even saying much. So patience she was). But definitely i got the name of the girl that shouted which is MURNIWATI (written on her tag). Its not that i just remembered the name, i even remembered what she said to the girl in the black shirt. What she said was "Baik aku tak payah bagi kau jadi manager kalau setakat kau nk duduk belakang buat back sink". Im not sure what "Back Sink" is but i guess it was probably a term used for what that girl was doing at the back. I could repeat what she said as i heard it clearly as she shouted. It was not like the girl was seating at the back doing nothing though.This is very shameful, not just for the employees but for the Store Manager herself and the company. I do not know where McDonalds get this kind of leader but as i can say, what she did was really unprofessional in term of managing employees and the business itself. Thats not the way of scolding or asking for help from your employees. If she had been that way eversince she had that position she is holding now, i bet those employees working for her wont be doing their job sincerely on a daily basis. In Business, the most expensive, the most valuable asset is the employees that are working for you. Without them, the business wont run. When the business does not generate any profit, it means no pay for the employees which leads to closure of the store. Employees are one of the most important element in business. Take this as an advise and a very serious complaint. Get the best employees, get the best manager, make sure the employees are happy working with you in an organization. Because even if you are the CEO of the company, without the employees, you and your business are nothing. Dont think that if you are in the top management you should be respected as respect needs to be earn. When you respect you employees, the employees will respect you, vice versa. Work with them, not ask them to work for you. So please take note and i hope some action is being taken to the respective person mentioned above..Its really disappointing seeing this happened in front of my eyes. I hope to get a reply on this matter.

manager and staff kurang hajar
pada hari jumaat , 14 october 2016 , lebih kurang pukul 4.15 petang ,saya ,kakak ipar dan dua adik perempuan saya drive thru di Mcd seksyen 3 shah alam, at first, i order 3 spicy chiken and 1 spicy chiken macdulux . tapi i dapat 2 spicy chiken macdulux and 1 double cheeseburger . Then bila dah salah, I park and masuk ke dalam untuk tukar balik apa yang staff salah bagi. Then bila masuk ke dalam , dekat kaunter, staff bertugas perempuan pendek , tanya i, tadi akak order melalui DT ke ? kami tak paham apa maksud DT tu, so, I tanya apa DT tu balik, kebetulan dekat situ ade mak cik tukang sapu ,tiba-tiba makcik tu cakap mari kita gelakkan dia sebab tak tahu apa DT tu, semua staff termasuk makcik dan i nampak rasanya manager juga sebab pakai kemeja hitam memang sama gelakkan i ! AWAK RASA KURANG AJAR KE TIDAK? SEBAB MEREKA MEMALUKAN SAYA ,KAKAK IPAR DAN ADIK I DEPAN CUSTOMER YANG SEDANG BERATUR MEMBELI MAKANAN.SEBENARNYA I DAH PERASAN LAMA MCD SEKSYEN 3 INI ,STAFF TERMASUK MANAGER DIA MEMANG BERLAGAK, DULU I PERNAH MINTAK PLATE AYAM, DIAORANG TAK BG THEN BG I BEKAS ICE CREAM KECIL SAHAJA . AND GELAKKAN KAMI BILA MINTAK PLATE AYAM TERSEBUT . KITAORANG BELI , BUKAN MINTAK SEDEKAH DEKAT MCD !STAFF MCD TK DI AJAR KE CARA LAYAN CUSTOMER, DAHLAH SALAH AMBIK ORDE, BIADAB PULAK TU, BUAT PATAH SELERA NAK MAKAN !I RASA DEKAT SHAH ALAM NI, MCD SEK3 NI YANG MEMANG FAMOUS AND RAMAI ORANG LEPAK DAN MCD NI JUGA LAH FAMOUS DENGAN STAFF YANG KURANG AJAR !!I BUKAN ORANG LUAR, I DUDUK SEKSYEN 24 AND MEANG KERAP MAKAN MCD SITU.TOLONG AMBIK TINDAKAN !!!!! Pada Rabu . Jam 5.50 . Saya dengan kawan saya datang ke mcd . Tapi baru sahaja kami masuk manager dan crew pandang ke arah kami . Untuk apa ye ? Cara service kamu sangat tak memuaskan . Saya cuma meminta penutup air , tapi ? Dia cuma meletak tanpa memandang ke arah kami malah memandang ke arah kawan nya ! Please la take note !

Food poisoning- McDonalds
I bought a set of double cheese burger at drivethru McDonalds Temerloh at 6pm on 4th October 2016.
The burger tasted okay but slightly old. However I had bouts of abdominal cramps and diarrhoea from 12 midnight the same day lasted until the next day.
I think the meat was stale.
I'd like to complain regarding the poor food quality of McDonalds Temerloh causing people to fall sick.
I hope McDonalds Temerloh look into this and improve their quality.

STAFF RAMBUT PANJANG TAK PAKAI CAP - JIJIK

ISU :TIDAK MEMAKAI PAKAIAN YANG SEMPURNA (TIDAK MEMAKAI TOPI & RAMBUT PANJANG).
Disini saya ingin mengadukan masalah berkenaan pekerja staff yang sering membuat kerja bahagian makanan tetapi tidak menutup rambut. ia amat la menghampakan kerana mcd mempunyai sijil kebersihan tahap A yang mana amat menitik beratkan kebersihan dan kekemasan. staff dan manager tersebut memiliki rambut yang panjang sehingga ke paras leher. (seperti wanita) mereka juga tidak memakai topi semasa bekerja. topi dipakai kerana ingin melindungi rambut daripada jatuh ke makanan pelanggan. sila ambil tindakan.

i came here because i need to use wifi for settle my task that's why i'm buying food.but...please be informed that i am not like type of person like to stay many hour at ur business place that merely to use the wifi.i am traveling.if u scared people stay at ur business place dont put ur bussines hour 24/7 and dont mention at ur place have wifi connection.Dont cheat people around you that give you comfortable environment stay at home!!Do good for others.it will come back in unexpected ways.

Bad service
Ordered sets of nuggets and specifically requested all barbeque sauces but still, the staff gave me a mixture. This was a drive in and I had to drive a long way to the restaurant. Terrible service overall.

Thank you for taking extra miles
I wish to express my sincere thanks to the managers of Mc Donald Precint 2, Putrajaya for taking extra miles to find my missing ipad. After enjoying our meal at Mc Donald last Monday late afternoon, I left my ipad on the sofa and thinking about my ipad only 6 hours later. I went to the outlet and the manager who's on duty informed us that he hasn't received any report on the lost items. The following night we came over to the outlet and met him again with another manager . After short explanation and exchanged information, we left the outlet. On our way home I received a call from the manager telling us that there was an ipad in their possession. What happened was, the crew who found it kept the ipad in other area by other manager who work on earlier shift, the manager was informed only after he texted to all managers via communication group. Hence I would like to thanks to the managers especially Mr Kumaran and Mr Azmi who was on duty that night for taking extra mile to locate my ipad.
However I wish to suggest to the restaurant to have clear lost and found procedure so that all managers and crews are in the know what is going on in the restaurant and the messages are carefully relayed form one manager to other manager when they are out of duty. I believe the problem could be solved earlier if the manager on duty (day shift) inform or report the next manager who take over after him (night shift) on the found items.
Again thanks to Mr Kumaran and Mr Azmi for their kind help. We appreciate it very much.

Order Cancellation by McDelivery Malaysia
Sep/20/2016 we were trying to order McDonald online via www.mcdelivery.com.my at around 11.30am. Half way ordering, the website suddenly shut us down by cancelling what we have ordered, and asked for new order entry. We clicked on new order many many times and yet it did not allow us to make any order. That was around 12pm. As we know it takes 1-2 hours to order for large order, therefore we did not proceed further for the lunch that day.
The next day, Sep/21/2016 we tried to order online again much earlier around 9.30am, hoping to have the lunch delivered by 12pm. Around 12pm we tried to track order, but the website was showing that the order was cancelled. We then went on to call the hotline 1300-13-1300 and was told that several calls were made by McDonald to confirm the large order earlier on but we did not pick up the phone. We checked the call history and found out that McDonald uses "Unknown number" to call us. How can McDonald being such a huge and famous fast food restaurant doing business as such?

Charge large size meal direcrtly
1st time order via drive thru i order 2 set but they gave me the large set without asking for regular or large.. 2nd time same too, but i complain v the manager via phone.
And today i went to the Aeon Jusco Seremban 2 a lady cashier also gave me the same problem, after realise i request to change the size from large to regular but she reject and gave me the reason is already made the payment its very hars to change it, she thought im idiot? I told her im want to change and no reason to teject the customer if the food was not the customer order then she only ask the manager to change it.
Im not blame so much on the worker .. im just hope the Macdonald's management can give the right educate for their staff not to be cheat customer just for rm2 to rm3 ..
