Manager name of Shasha at mcd seremban gateway
The restaurant manager was too rude to her staffs . Using harsh words and makes her staff embarrased in front of customers . If i were her staff i would just leave the store immediately and could slash her wth fries hot oil . The manager name was Shasha.I saw on her nametag . To managers please respect if you wanted to be respected even if yr staff make mistakes please advice them in a proper way . Yelling and using harsh words to yr staff could make them embarrased in front of custs . Please take actions to this manager Shasha from McD Seremban Gateway . She should not be a manager if she cant control her temper and her bad attitude.McD is known by its friendly surroundibg not yelling here and there . We, customers feel uncomfortable if this situations keeps happening everyday.the manager too rude and never give rest time to the staff aso....
Im a regular so i've experienced this many times ✌ to managers, my strictly advice here please amalkan sikap menghormati . Staff you kuli, and you pun kuli makan gaji. Jadi tiada beza antara kamu .if MCD management nvr take any action means this masg will be posted at fb.Thankyou .

Servis Drive thru sangat2 teruk
Tempat : Mcd klebang chemor, ipoh
- tidak menunjukkan komited semasa bekerja kerap kali buat kesilapan semasa ambil order & serah makanan sambil lewa.
-selalu kena tunggu order lbh 20minit untuk ayam original (tidak dimaklumkan semasa membuat pesanan ) selalu terjadi.
-makanan yg diterima selalu salah beri terpaksa turun kenderaan untuk ke kaunter serah semula.( Order ayam 9 ketul mixed tapi dapat semua spicy ). Pekerja tidak menjalankan kerja dengan penuh tanggungjawab.
-kerap kali berlaku kesilapan yang sama tidak ada kecekapan serbis & ayam2 sentiasa ketidaksediaan. ( Banyak buang masa pengguna untuk tunggu ayam siap masak).

Rude
Saya melihat seorang crew lelaki yang memakai tie telah memarahi dan memukul seorang crew perempuan di belakang. Saya amat berasa kesal hati kerana saya melihat di depan mata saya sendiri. Saya berharap crew lelaki itu di ambil tindakan atau dibuang kerja atas sikapnya itu sendiri.

Staff mcd gong badak..please alert..order yg diambil tu kn da jelas satu persatu...bli ayam ,heppi meal n big mac..yg lain dapat cume ayam tu x dapat..padahal mase tu kat drive thru tu,da ade 2 org staff..so ape masalah korg????aku bayar k makanan yg aku bli,.pastu sos plak x bagi..servis ape korg rase????ko nk cicah ngn ape???double checking lain kli..jgn nk kejar untung je..hangin aku nk mkn

Saya ingin nak tanya tentang Strawberry Fiesta iaitu Straberry Sundae & Strawberry yang saya order tadi di Macdonald's Restaurant Center Point Seremban. Order say atidak serupa apa yang tunjuk dalam gambar yang dipapar? Semasa saya dapat order saya, saya ada tanya mengapa tidak serupa dengan gambar? Staff anda jawab :'Itu gambar sahaja!' Jawapan itu saya berasa tidak puas hati, saya berasa macam kena tipu! Jika macam gambar dulu (Strawberry Sundae), mengapa nak paparkan gambar baru ( Strawberry Fiesta)? cuma hanya advertisement sahaja? gambar sahaja?
Sila ambil perhatian perkara tersebut. Terima kasih

alasan no delivery man
i would like to make a complain regarding MCD SEKSYEN 22 SHAH ALAM , i have ordered my foods online , and they called me 20 minutes after i ordered saying " MY ORDER CAME IN LATE " , ok i don`t mind that . BUT WHY SHOULD YOU ASK ME TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR ? ? my house is only 10 minutes away from your mcd ?? i waited for almost 2 hours and then they called me saying "CIK BOLEH TUNGGU LAGI TAK ? " WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS MCD ?? AND THE REASON THE "MANAGER" GAVE ME WAS "NO DELIVERY MAN " , IF YOU DON`T HAVE A DELIVERY MAN , DON`T DO DELIVERY SERVICE !! BAD SERVICE , AND PLS USE WAZE TO FIND PEOPLE`S HOUSE !!

BAD service
Mcd at sri gombak having very bad service! I ve queue up for half an hour to reach my turn, suddently a staff came and close the cashier and witout telling us anything. Just leave us stand there until i ask them, they only answer "close". The only open cashier with a long queue, staff never say anything just quietly let us stand there .
Very bad service and no manner. Never care abt customer

Restoren for eat not for hanging
I love eating at McDonald's and it's a fast food restaurant for those who like it,but it's a pleasure for other to hangout and spend time with ignore the concept off the restoren.This problem have been so long and nobody's seem to complain about this matters. It's a restaurants when people come to eat not for hanging for hour inside the McDonald's when customers came to eat the are no place for them to enjoying the food. McDonald's look like a City Hall where people came to talk not eating the burger and make look like a wet market not understand what is McDonald's in Malaysia. I never seen McDonald's in other countries like this. McDonald's needs to acknowledge the concept off the restaurant..

Staff yang tidak mencukupi
Saya nampak pelanggan ramai menunggu order dengan muka agak berang...sampai manager turun ke kitchen untuk membantu staff...sorang dekat tempat masak..sorang ambil order sorang runner..harap pihak yg berwajib ambil tindakan...kesian pada manager dan staff anda kalau ia berterusan...

Ni toilet provided at mc d PKNS Selangor
I bring 3 kids there for having our lunch.as usual, while we are enjoying having our lunch,my 2nd son want to pee.. a girl staff don't want tolerate with us to use the staff toilet. How could i leave the food n 2 my little son there..the toilet outside from the restaurant and it so far. Then, another my kid also want to pee..so I just ask them to use the toilet..your staff scold us..it's belong to them..huh..just letbring the toilet to ur house..puihh..Erm..no tolerate staff..I dont wanna go there any more..selfish..next time I will asking my son just pee at the floor like that... please provide toilet to ur customer also...

Bad service
Staff mcd pandan mewah xnak tambah order bila nk membuat pembayaran di drive thru...staff tersebut memberi alasan bahawa ramai customer tgok bola..katanya dekat kitchen bz...bila aku buat pusingan xde pulak kereta dan customer di kaunter pun cuma beberapa org je...apa kena mengena customer tgok bola dengan aku nk tambah order..bukan banyak pun..cuma satu order je...hello...aku bayar kot..bukan minta free...aku tahu korang penat sbb ramai customer tapi jangan la bg alasan bodoh..dengan muka xsenyum...harap pihak mcd latih staff korang supaya bersikap mesra dngan pelanggan..bukan mcm kami yg minta sedekah...

Poor quality of food
Poor quality of food.. I ordered porridge. It's taste lausy. Do u your staff dream while working? Your floor staff never cleaned up tables but your staff (tomboy) just simply stand at the Conner n chit chat with staff which wearing purple colour uniform(malay lady). In a week 2 or 3 I will go to mcd n most of the time that Malay supervisor will Chit chat with staff without doing anything...

Parking Clamp
I was forced to exchange my RM50 with MCD voucher to remove the clamp from my car. Reason given by the chief staff was the parking meant only for customer and I have parked for more than 2 hours. When I inform that I have bought take-away and go somewhere else but later decided to just have it in MCD, the chief staff start twisting her words and inconsistently switch reasons between customer can't be eating for more than 2 hours and the parking is not for non-customer. I was perplexed, am I as a customer not allowed to park my car and stay in MCD for more than 2 hours or because initially I was buying it as take-away so I'm not considered as customer? She can't give clear answer. But one thing she was adamant were I need to pay the RM50 to get the clamp removed.
I already used to the bad manners of some staff that slyly bill me large set without asking me when the board clearly show price for medium set and that is where I point to and ask for order when having there. But this time is just too much. Shame on your staff and your practice of forcing money from customers. I don't care for your reason anymore because I'm really disgusted by this whole ordeal.

super bad customer service and crew bad aiititude
At Putra Heights, MCD - we placed our order at 9.09am, and waited for 20mins without our food. Our order number is 116 and When we saw order number 122, was served, i went to ask the crew / runner to check my order. She walked away with a very unfriendly gesture and “black face” ignoring me.
I have no idea why MCD spent on so sophisticated ordering system, but what their crews do in this store, is just “bump” off the ordering numbers without even serving the food.
I asked for the crew name, but she refused to tell me and and went to kitchen to hide. I found out the shift manager was Dalia.
This is definitely not the type of customer service that i would expect from MCD
Pls look into this - train your crew on how to handle the ordering system and also handling customer complaints. Dont bother having a system if order number will be called manually and scream across the restaurant. Is this pasar malam?

Ayam McD always unavailable
As a McDonald branch that is located at Wisma Mont' Kiara whereby lots of people work at night time, 10pm-7am, it's disappointing to be told that AYAM MCD is not available and the system always offline.
We're working for hours, and we feel hungry, thus the easiest and most convenient is to walk few mins and reach McD which is opposite of our building.
I hope the management take actions and improve, cause everything I want AYAM McD it is not available. It's frustrating.

bad service dekat mcdonalds petronas taman melati . i order 2hotcakes 1set and mcChicken muffin 1set , tapi apa yang i nakk marah sangat , syrup hotcakes takk adaa , mcchicken pulak keras . dahh laa service lambat . first i dahh tengok diaa dahh bungkuskan untuk i nom 194 and diaa letak tepi , then dia siapkan yang lain dulu . lepas tuh i pergi tanya diaa , yang i punya dah siap ke belum , then dia check order yang dia bungkuskan tadi . 15minit aku tunggu , rupanyaa nakk tunggu letak butter jee . padahal butter depan diaa jee , kenapa awal awal takk check elok elok . korang latih pekerja macam mana erkk ? dengan muka belagaknyaa tak nak senyum . tolong laaa mcdonald's , ambik tindakkan sikit dekat pekerja korang !!!!

Mcd Deliver
1. Send coke without straw (doesn't make sense)
2. No sauce for nugget (please don't let me choose sauce if u are not gonna send me)
3. French fries are soft, not crunch at all. (please provide good quality of food to customer)
4. All food is mess in the paper bag. (I think the staff is quite busy)
5. Information stated on 'track order' does not match. I have not received my food but track order has stated been 'delivered'.
Failed.
Well done McDonald.

Bad Service
BAD SERVICES.
Today i had bought Mc Chicken N hot Coffee at Mcd at drive thru at Kidzania. After buying i park my van start to mix coffee mate n sugar in coffee but the coffee is very cold. They make very dissapoint me bout thire poor service
I’m very dissapointed your staff which is doing to me. Its that means there is no value if customer buy MCD in drive thru.

BAD SERVICES
Today i had breakfast at Mcd Setia Tropika urgently taken my family out from JB
I’m very dissapointed your staff not smily and friendly
1. Nobody at counter as all staff keep on walking here and there doing their own thing
2. Taken customer order very slow
3. Request for Teh Tarik but the machine spoilt and staff already report to supervisor / manager but no action taken
4. If the machine not function pls ask your staff to put signboard OUT OF SERVICE at menu board which is easier for customer to make order
5. 3 counter there but only 1 counter available
6. Not even 1 staff smile at customer
7. Seriously not friendly to customer
8. No music playing as normal to welcome customer every morning
9. Your staff clumsy and not in fresh attitude working in the morning
SERIOUSLY SERVICE SO BAD AND VERY DISSAPOINTED!!

Wrong food provided and shartfall in change returned
I've went to McD Sungai Buloh and Bandar Sri Damansara for the happy meals on 15 & 16 of July 2018.
The McD in Bandar Sri Damansara had return the lesser amount of change. though the amount is small, if this is the intentional act by the staff, the staff could have earning a lot of extra (probably personal) income from the customers, which is not a correct way.
As for the McD Sungai Buloh had given me the wrong food. I ordered Mcfish, they gave me chicken McNuggets. On top of that, the number of nuggets given is short of one slice as on the menu.
The service i get is really disappointing.

Confusing on the Mcdelivery for the World Cup 2018 Coke Cans
I have ordered one set Hot N Spicy Burger, 20pcs Nugget, 1 Large Coke & 1 Medium Coffee on yesterday, spend almost RM50++, because of the World Cup 2018 Coke Cans, (purchases above RM40) I have accepted & make payment by cash, the delivery man confirmed my order list, so I'm waiting the delivery man to give me the coke can, but the delivery man say nothing to give and then the receipt did not shown have gift to me, no any contacts no let me to solve this problem, may I know how come like that? Setup for Mcdelivery to get this limited edition at the end nothing to get it? Stock finished? or your Internal problem?
Spoken to McDonald's customer service this morning, he helped me to check with the restaurant and told me they'll check for me this problem, I think they also confused for this issue, he said will give me a call by today.
Their Mcdelivery website notice board showed "FREE 2 WORLD CUP 2018 COKE CANS WITH PURCHASES ABOVE RM40" didn't mentioned need to order the bundles meals or ala carte meals, how come cannot get the coke cans?
Make an order in Mcdelivery more than expensive with we eat at inside McDonald's, I want given my boyfriend surprising on our anniversary celebration, because of he is a coca cola collection fans, I'm supported McDonald's always with my boyfriend, I can't realize results like very disappointed.

Staf kerek
Tanya staff tu stok sampul raya ada tak, sebab takut dah order atas rm30 kang tak dapat sampul pulak kan, dia cakap 'ada,tapi kena order rm30 ke atas' dengan gaya kerek macam la kita ni takde duit nak bayor. Senyum sikit pun tak, padahal kita tanya elok-elok kot. Masa tengah buat order, saya baru teringat nak cakap taknak cheese kalau tak buat lagi mcmuffin, dia bagi side eyes sambil cakap 'dah buat'. Lepastu kopi pulak tak bagi gula. Terima kasih la ye McDonald's petron seksyen 7 shah alam,keluar rasa berangin semacam.

i had ordered a nasi lemak burger by drive through at MCD BUKIT INDAH. end up they gave me a burger with egg, bread and lot sambal but without the chick meat, and this cost me RM14.99.
Also, one day i had ordered mc chick deluxe, end up they gave me beef patty, and i dont eat beef.
MCD Bukit indah service really suck, waste time, waste money and end up need to buy other food as dinner.

I had ordered a nasi lemak burger while drive through at mcd bukit indah. End up they give me a burger with bread and egg only, without the chick meat, and this cost RM14.99.
Also another day i ordered mcd chick deluxe, but they gave me the beef patty and i dont eat beef. Their service really suck and waste time, money and end up need to buy other food.
MCD bukit indah pls kindly improve your staff quality especially the drive through service. Do you expect the customer to check the food one by one after get the food in drive through service.?

Late and wrong Delivery
Ordered at 10am, hoping they can deliver at 12pm. Added 12:15pm as delivery time.
Food came at 12:45 with the wrong order.
Had to wait another 30minutes for the delivery man to go back to the store and come back.
Such a waste!
