I purchased a car from 74 South Auto. I have had the car less then a month an the engine has gone bad when I asked the dealer to fix the engine the owner said he will not fix it. When I asked about trading the car in he said he is willing to do that.

I completely agree with the complaints. The receptionists are unhelpful and legalistic, not to mention inflexible in their trying to solve problems for you, always referring to the 'agreement' signed at the beginning of the tenancy thereby refusing to lift a finger to help you solve...

Further to the comments above, please note that if you contact your bank advisors, they can note the complaint and flag any other monies deducted without warning and REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY. I have taken the trouble to print off the cancellation form from the website under 'support'...

In late January, my fiancee & I both made a purchase from Nomorerack.com for (3) pretty little bow neckaces for my bridesmaids & our moms... The money was promptly taken out of both of our accounts within 2 days... I allowed the required 2-3 weeks for delivery & only received ONE of the packages....

This company was awful to deal with. Whilst the DVD conversion I requested was eventually done, the stressed involved in the process made it not worthwhile at all.
