@lilygirl27 No do not use them they are completely fake. Same owner for a lot of the fraud ID sites like how-i-d.com which isn't up anymore. Was close to using them but I read this thread and found out they were fake. You have been warned....

I too have faced similar issue, after mailing the audit details and providing the information there is no response and no one answers to phone...TOTAL FRAUD please avoid it and don't waste your time and money....

I was charged $48.00 by Skill2Thrill/Customer Care Mobile without authorization. Rogers insisted I had to pay for the third party charges, and request a refund from them directly. This scam is outrageous. My refund letter is excerpted below:
