This complaint is really just nitpicking about the fine print and corporate policies of CVS, and doesn't appear to be about an incompetent employee. However, much more problematic is the fact that it's overtly racist, and the consumer appears to be working out personal race issues...

This really is a scam. I have been fooled by this as well. I ordered 3 iPhones. Paid them and now they're trying to ask for CUSTOM DUTY fee. If you could have these guys in jail, that would be really great! Even if you order 1 item only, they should know how to treat customers fairly....
