As of today I am no longer interested in playing your games. I have lost 1000 tokens 7 times. 5000 tokens 2 times, Had 1 million tokens taken while going to another level and today I decided to play and went from emerald status down to platinum. How is that possible. It is one thing to watch all those repetitious sponsors before advancing to play but when you do not get credit for tokens and have them stolen from you, it takes away the enjoyment of the games. I am officially through with your token games!

Every time I hit big tokens PCH has Technical difficulties and I loose my tokens. I didn't get one 10,000, 3 X 7,500, & 2 X 2,500 and about six that I never even got to how many tokens they were. Oh but your site did give me two (We're sorry we're having Technical Difficulties here's 1000 Tokens,) and that's just today. It's really starting to get old and p-ing me off. I already stopped playing 3/4 of the games and I'm really thinking about giving PCH up all together. By the way, I do purchase items from your site quite often, I am an Elite member. If your site doesn't get better soon I'm done.

I have been a solitaire player for many, many years, and have NEVER been such a loser. I realize I am not as young as I once was, but to lose almost every game? Something is wrong. From playing and losing, I believe I have discovered that I think the games are not always playing fair. I can't be such a bad player that I can't even get on the lower bunch of people.
I think there is more than one "loser" player, and if you are dropped into that slot, you might as well stop playing because there is no way you will get enough score to get on the list. I firmly believe this. Days that it is ok, I play and win and lose like I expect. Other days, I think it is manipulated. What a shame.

I love playing bingo, but lately every time it goes into getting more balls it just gets stuck in the loading. That's where it just keeps loading and doesn't go into the commercials, or back to the game. It's just stuck in loading. I hope you can fix it.

I search everyday at Search and Win, but I have not gotten my 10,000 welcome tokens or my 25,000 reward tokens for over a week. I still get my welcome tokens at Lotto, pch.com, and frontpage, but not search and win. Can you fix this?

I play all my token games every day and most of the time i will get in the top six on the token board and my games will shut down with error code 9999 and will take 30,000 to 70,000 tho. I've played daily for years, I am a VIP member, with Emerald starus. How is it possible to use 1 million tokens on a $20.00 gift card to Domino's pizza and still lose? I enter your grand prizes everyday and recieved mail from pch stating they haven't recieved any entry for the 5 k a week and encouraged me to send in the paper entry form, which I did do on top of entering online everyday, twice a day, I respond to all 20 e mails they send me daily yet still nothing.

How can you claim I've not entered the 5 k a week super prize when that's all I do everyday all day.

Today I'm not giving pch anymore hours of my life, I've spent years, thousands of hours into playing this game all for nothing and now I'm just done. Why are games Not working, and I do not receive Right Amount of tokens when SEARCH??

You cheat. You lie. And you steal. You have technical problems every day. You boot people out of a game (any game) in the last 1/2 hour so they can't complete the last part of what they started. Your $10,000 bonus game with the dunking three people NEVER works so every single day I get cheated out of a few lousy tokens. The problem is if you cheat on the small things then how much more likely is it you cheat on the big things. Fix it or go to the devil. He likes cheaters!

I know you're getting tired of hearing from me, but I just wanted you to know if I don't finish the pch instant games, it's because they don't work all the time. Otherwise, I would love to finish them they used to be my favorite games. It's not because I don't try!
