The night before last I thought you finally fixed the instant gams, as in Sunken Treasures,and Mah Jongg Moolah. But last night and this morning the Sunken Treasure worked some times, but the Mah Jongg Moolah hasn't worked at all! If I can't get the buttons to work. Look I put in a lot of my time and all I ever get is tokens , I never get any , cash prizes, so I sometimes wonder if this is real. They shown this on TV about people winning ,but I still think this is a scam to get people to play there games for hours @the time each and every day. Why can't somebody win some time on the games ? The games are fun to play, but they would be even better to play and win sometime. I would love to win 5000 a week for life and I would choose my son to win for life, if I ever win Amen.

There are many problems with the PCH instant games. You can't get from one game to the next, as it just won't go. Then to push the buttons takes forever, if ever. So when you can't play through you can't play the games. So I, and I know others have complained about the same thing, we can't play the games. It's just so frustrating! I used to love those games, but now I dread them when they come up. You should take them off until they are fixed. I, as many others would like to play, so hopefully we might win, or at least have a chance to win something!

Trying to play bingo, only needed the O to win and as of Thursday I can not access the game. keeps sending me to the new slots game. Blackjack and old slots not working either. Could have won the bingo jackpot of nearly 5K.

Who are the players in games that have a box shape for head, very low ratings, and have been able to win thousands of tokens, and highest scores?

I have been playing for 4 hours and have not received any tokens. I am trying to be top of the list but I am not receiving any tokens.

Why on some games/scratch off or whatever when you click to play games they don't open and after a while I close them out and got back and I've lost that game.

Also when it says search, I search and do not get tokens is my search still counted?

Can't even go more than an hour with freeze ups. I can't play the games and when I do get back the game is lost. Other times the game freezes right when I win 10,000 tokens and I loose the tokens. I see others making similar complaints why can't you fix these issues?

Of the three tickets I received in the Mailed envelope, on one I scratched off the six box's, three were the same, one million dollars, I signed the back as requested and sent it in, in the PCH return envelope with an order through the regular mail. That was about the first week in November, I have copy's of the ticket front and back.

I have not received any conformation of my order or my prize.

Little "how to play" pop up covers game and you can't get rid of it, so can't play. Also, game locks so you can't move the cards, but the clock stops and restarts, then stops again before you can make a play. Only way out is to "leave the page" and start over.

I'm playing PCH games when 4 no reason PCh is "experiencing technical difficulties "try again later. Ok I try again later, same problems and now I'm getting E-mails 2 finish my game Ok, same problem continues, is someone on this looking into these "technical difficulties ". So, I get an email one day titled "Final Step". Then, after that, I get Final Step over and over again. I think this is a big waste of time and PCH just wants to get the funds from their advertisers.

If an ad pops up and you click the "CLOSE" button on it, the ad opens anyway. This is how they get paid. When people click on the ad it generates their clicked on status.
