EHA115657710MY sent out from ipoh on 09/apr/2020, processed and dispatch out from KLIA on 10/apr/2020, suppose to dispatch from KLIA hub to TTDI, but it took 6 days and there is no update on the status. The parcel took 1 day to arrive KLIA from Ipoh but why it takes 6 days from KLIA to TTDI and still no news??

Hi, I've got 2 parcel which stuck at Pos Laju Transit Office (KLIA Hub) since 9 April 2020. Is there any issues with my parcel?Called Poslaju Contact Centre several times but high load of caller. How can I get to know why my parcel is still stuck?Below is Tracking Number of my parcel which still pending delivery with last process defined as Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office. Today I got a message from POS laju about unsuccessful delivery due to closure of premise
1) I'm sure my apartment isn't closed as I'm still able to receive parcel from DHL, J&T, Ninja Van etc.
2) why didn't the delivery guy call to confirm whether he's at the wrong place or is it closed? Or I can go meet him at the lift lobby! There's no effort at all, this shows how poor the service is
3) the call centre, as usual, is always busy. So how do u expect people to get their parcel while trying to stay at home with this kind of service?

My item stuck at Pos Laju Parcel Hub since 1 April 2020 and the delivery status was not updated todate. The tracking no is ERB536616708MY. Ive tried to contact tha call service but the line was always busy and no one replied on Twitter and emails. 🙁🙁
