Please , I don't get any update about my item ,I really² need to use that item rn , please pos laju do something

My parcels have not been updates since 17th and 21st June at different locations. Called one location the person said that it is the wrong number the other location totally did not even had a number to begin with. My tracking numbers are LG249096910MY and FE002451820MY. And I would really hope that someone can 'unstuck' my parcels. I know I need to have some patients but it has been a bit too many days for it to be still at the same location....

This is first time I'm very shocked how come pos laju man can delivered my parcel to unknown person without my permission. And I never known my items is delivered today since none of pos laju man called me. If they can't reach me, you don't knw what is next procedures??? How could you send to my neighbours without ask my permission???

The delivery guy is very rude, he can’t find the house to deliver the items and give me a call and talking in very rude manner. He is refuse to hear instruction from me to find the house. Items deliver at 2.37pm Friday and I was not at home at the time. He is even screaming at phone and telling me that I put a wrong address and I’ve told him to take back the items to post office if he couldn’t find the house. Complaining that he has to deliver a lot of stuff and bla bla bla. End up I have to asked my neighbour to go pickup the items. After meeting him, my neighbour realize the Poslaju delivery guy is using the old nokia black and white color phone and off course he doesnt have an apps to check the location (waze, google maps) - lesson learnt for Poslaju delivery guy is to upgrade your old phone to smart phone. Ini kali ketiga poslaju tak datang rumah dan hantar pesanan bahawa premise close/ rumah tiada orang walhal saya ada di rumah sepanjang masa. I've got my parcel today that have been sent by my son in-law which is a ceramic teapot. What have been broken my heart and lead to dissappointment with pos laju's services is that the ceramic teapot is already broken into a thousand pieces when it were handed to me. During the exchange of hand from the courier driver to me also I can clearly hear the sound of glass clattering inside the box when the box is handed to me. This would not happening if pos laju's staff handle the box or the item carefully throughout the handling journey from the centre point to the delivery facility until before handed it to the customer hand. This is very dissappointed me and my heart broken just like the million pieces of the broken teapot.
