POS LAMBAT

What does the sentence consignment dispatch of from transit office? How come from klang transit office to sarawak pos laju will take more than 3 days to arrive and without any update on the delivery status? This is ridiculous and unacceptable on POS LAJU service. Please take serious in the delivery matter or else just stop/terminate the services and allow other more capable delivery company to do the job. Dont just giving excuses on the delay.

penghantaran lambat bagi pos laju

pos laju, name as laju as the parcel or letter should be received for the receiver the next day, but now I have waited till 6.00pm it haven't reach to the receiver. the post is so urgent I need them to receive my thing by TODAY!!!!! However ????
why should i paid more for the sampul surat but now it doesn't reach in time ????
I m so unsatisfied to pos laju Malaysia services, please be more responsible
call service number, no one answer it although wrote at there operating hour will be 8.30am to 8 pm. now only 6 pm and no one answering my call by the service agents?

Seriously la service terok, barang aku sepatutnya sampai harini then tetiba kata stuck at KLIA Hub apa tah like sial la aku nak barang tu esok.

RUNNER PEMALAS

Runner Poslaju Pasir Gudang sangat pemalas.

Saya ada membeli barang , menggunakan perkhidmatan pos laju. tiba-tiba dapat mesej dari number ' 019-2064510 ' mengatakankan ia dari poslaju cawangan ISKANDAR HALAL PARK Pasir Gudang meminta untuk saya self collect item di cawangan tersebut. sedangkan saya tidak menerima sebarang panggilan daripada dia untuk mengatakan tiada orang dirumah atau tidak jumpa rumah . sedangkan saya ada dirumah pada waktu itu. saya sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan layanan yang diberikan. saya beli barang bayar postage untuk sampai ke rumah. kalau sekali saya tak kisah , ini sampai 2 kali barang saya sampai runner tak hantar ke rumah malah minta saya self collect . bila saya call , dia taknak angkat. Saya sangat kesal dengan system POS LAJU PASIR GUDANG CAWANGAN ISKANDAR HALAL PARK.

POSLAJU SERVICE REALLY BAD

POSLAJU BAD SERVICE AND NOT RELIABLE ...Shipment was sent to Poslaju on 1st Apr, Tracking stop on 2nd Apr, Logde report on 5th Apr.. calling the customer service everyday ... keep saying under investigation, no update at all....

POSLAJU SERVICE REALLY BAD

POSLAJU service really bad and NOT REALIABLE AND NOT UP TO STANDARD at all, shipment only need to send within the same state... also can missing ...10 days also cannot reach... lodge report report already also no reply... calling customer service keep saying under investigation no update at all....FRUSTRATED AND DISAPPOINTED SERVICE

Barang tidak dihantar keluar dari parcel hub

Kenapa barang saya masih tidak dihantar keluar darinparcel hub.. Dari 03/04/2019 sehingga kini tidak dihantar.. Barang yang lain order selepas tarikh itu sampai cepat pulak.tracking ER988313592MY.. Adakah barang dah hilang??.. Wehhh aku bayar la kos pos tu... Service semakin hari semakin teruk

Barang stuck di ecbc poslaju

Barang pos hari 3/4... Tapi sampao sekarang 8/4 tak bergerak dari ecbc tu. Dah cek, katanya 3/4 tu dah dispatched outbfari ecbc... Mana parcel ni??? Kalai lambat 2-3 hari boleh la faham... Ni dh melampau lambatnyer. Kata poslaju. Pick session ke skrg ni?😠

Item Delivery delayed

Sepanjang i guna khidmat poslaju for 7 years this is the first time i got a notification from tracking after di update ‘item for delivery’ dlm tracking ditukar ke “sorry your item can’t be deliver today,deliver next working days” after i berpindah rumah ke area Batu Uban Bayan Lepas,Penang ni.Sebelum ni i stay Ayer Itam 6 years tak pernah hadap problem mcm ni,semua abg poslaju sana buat kerja dengan amanah,ikut tracking and time semua.Tapi kawasan Bayan Lepas ni banyak sangat laki melayu malas.Sebab tu hanya mampu jadi posman ja.Dah jadi posman pun malas jugak.Mana nk senang hidup.This is not my first time facing this matter,dah a few times dah.Duit pos kedarah masuk dalam darah daging,tapi hantar buat kerja nya malas apa la perangai org melayu ni bila bangsa lain kutuk org melayu sendiri meloncat,mcm la diri tu bagus padahal mana tak nya tgk la perangai,kita sendiri yg mcm volunteer bagi bangsa lain mengata,bangang tahap apa la ni

Poslaju Rawang - Bad Service

Today 12 Mac 2019 - 6.45 am

I drop my package to my mum at Prepaid EziDrop in front of Poslaju Rawang Mutiara on 6 Mac 2019 10:03 am.
When i check online the next day, there's no record found.
I called late evening on 7 Mac, a girl answered and said the same, no record online but took my no and details, and will try to found out what happen and call me back.
When no one call me back, I called again on 8 Mac 11 am asking about my package, a girl confirmed she have the consignment note and confirmed that my package already processed only the system still showing no record. She assured me that my package already sent out from Rawang and only just minor glitch with the system.

When i checked online the next day, to my surprise, the system showed that my package was processed on 8 Mac 7:10 pm!!!!!!!
My package was dispatched out from Rawang that night (8 Mac).

My mum still not receive the package until now.

The incompetent of Rawang Mutiara Poslaju is one thing, but to lie to the customer is definitely an utter disgrace.
This service is not Free. What is your SOP for package drop at EziDrop??
And your staff make a fool of me..
and my Mum still waiting for the package after 7 days.
