Disebabkan sales 11.11 lazada..sales shopee..banyak parcel yang tak dapat diproses seperti biasa. Parcel saya dipos pada 14/11/18. Dah sampai dekat poslaju kota bharu, pada 19/11/18. Tapi sampai sekarang parcel belum sampai ke tangan saya. Saya faham semua pekerja poslaju bukan robot. Parcel ambat saya boleh terima, cuma saya harap parcel saya dlm keadaan baik. TQ! Item shoul be deliver on Sat 17/11/2018 since it already arrive at the delivery facility.
Yet until 19/11/2018 still didn't post out my parcel .
They even scan the item 3 times (2 on 17/11 and another one on 19/11 for arrived at delivery facility...as far as I'm concerned in Kuantan there's only one poslaju facility, why does it need to be scanned o many times like that. Very2 poor service. Call out the office for confirmation also didn't pick up.
Please solve this issue, don't just open up a board for consumers complain yet does nothing..all in vain, will be useless la later.

My parcel wit tracking no EN322460435MY is supposed to be posted to Limbang Sarawak but when i track the parcell it is shown that it was arrived at miri delivery facility at miri MPC since 16/11 .im not sure whether u guys havent check the adress or is it supposed to be like that. The last time i use this servuce using the same address it did process thru miri sarawak but it would be shown 'the consignment dispatch out from transit office.will u guys please check this out please .
