Poslaju delivery

Hi,
Am from Subang Jaya and I knew that currently there is new centre here which is Cawangan Serahan Subang Jaya. Lately, I am disappointed with poslaju delivery. It seems like these postmen from this new Centre is newbie. No call made to inform me on the arrival, not knocking the door and leave the notice instead.

What happen?? Previously, once a postman arrive at my door, they will called informing that they are delivering my parcel, but now, they will just leave the notice. I am paying the postage fees to ensure my parcel arrive my home, not to pick it up at your centre.

Kindly check and ensure your workers are following the correct SOP!

Tidak cekap dan lambat

Salam..
Saya nak tahu apa status penghantaran parcel ER329047206MY. Sudah berlanjutan selama 6 hari, parcel tak sampai2. Dalam sistem tulis ada tinggalkan notis arrangement tapi tak ada sebarang notis pun sy terima. Saya telah call pos laju care line untuk buat self collect di pos laju ampang (2 kali-semalam dan harini) tapi bila ke sana parcel dah keluar utk penghantaran kali ke "EMPAT"??????? Apakah ni dinamakan pos laju..dibayar kadar yg tinggi tapi perkhidmatan yg lambat tanpa ada yg hubungi memberi sebab kenapa kelewatan / memohon maaf.

Perkhidmatan yg mengecewakan dan membuang masa.

Pekerja yang tidak bersopan-santun

Pd hari ini, saya meletakkan kereta saya di parking lot dekat JALAN SISI (berdekatan Wetex Parade pada waktu 12.10-12.20pm) tetapi terdapat seorang pekerja yang bermisai dan hampir35tahun atau 40tahun iaitu pekerja poslaju, he double parking keretanya sehingga kereta saya susah untuk keluar. Kemudian, saya cakap dengan dia supaya dia boleh move keretanya ke depan sikit, tetapi pekerja yg bodoh tu cakap dengan kuat dan marah saya dengan kawan saya. Saya faham semua orang ada masalah sendiri tetapi saya sangat sangat marah kerana orang tu terlalu rude!


I was extremely fed up!! I felt so sad that our country has this kind of non-manner dumb. I hope that others won't encounter this kind of misfortune in future and sincerely hoping that relevant authority will pay more attention about your staff's behaviour,action and their attitude!

my parcel EP503721898MY stuck at poslaju limbang since 23/07/2018 and show to me "item can be collect at poslaju limbang " BUT THE ADDRESS FOR THE PARCEL SHOULD DELIVERY TO NOT AT LIMBANG!!!why the postman at there don't want to resent the parcel based on the address given since alrdy more than 1 week no any people ggho to collect!!!theb call for more than 10times to poslaju limbang NOBODY ANSWER IT!! then call to the poslaju hotline 1st time the staff said will help me to arrange for 2nd delivery,but after fews day,when i track the parcel via online,the parcel.still at poslaju limbang ! then i call to hotline for 2nd again,the staff ask me to wait then answer me he also don't know!!how can??really make me angry!!until today 9/8/2018..the parcel still at poslaju limbang !!can help solve this problem ASAP!!!

The parcel post from Kepong, Kuala Lumpur to Skudai, Johor Bharu on 31.07.18. Now the parcel reached at Skudai on 06.08.18.

BUT WHY UNTIL TODAY STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVE THE PARCEL AND DIDN'T UPDATE THE STATUS & LOCATION AS WELL?!

Why the service very BAD now!!! Please don't use name as "POS LAJU", suitable change name to "POS LAMBAT" is much better!

Barang tidak dihantar ke rumah

Poslaju klang tidak menghantar barangan ke alamat penerima tetapi hanya disimpan di pejabat mereka. Ini menyebabkan pelanggan perlu ambil sendiri di pejabat poslaju klang.

Sila ambil tindakan sewajarnya agar tdk berlaku perkara yg sama pd masa akan datang.

Very Slow Delivery

Sekarang ni apa cerita barang aku post tak sampai2 lagi. Aku post 3/6/2018. Sekarang dah 8/8/2018. Kenapa tak sampai lagi? Makan gaji buta ke? Makan gaji haram? Aku bayar bukan murah. RM22 kot. Kotak dah la ringan je, tapi korang charge sampai RM 20. Celah mana next day delivery? Teruk betul la service korang ni. Dengan level service macam celaka ni, memang patut aku maki. Barang tak sampai

Salam , saya nak cakap sikit kenapa barang sejak akhir2 ni nak kena p ambik sndri , dlm trackg no tulis dh kluar utk prhntran tp tungu2 x smpai last2 kena kutip kat pejabat , 1 habuk apa x hbaq last2 lama sgt p kutip . Lain kli tlg hbaq 1 mlysia kata brg kena ambik sndri jd kmi x prlu tngu2 kmi blh ambik sndri.. X yh duk hbaq org la hmpa hntaq brg smpai dpn umah ni brg ke brpa dh aq duk p kutip sndri . !! Kmi blh fhm kalau lmbt tp skurgnya maklum awal2 ,sia2 letak nom fon.

POS LAJU PALING LEMBAB

Pos laju tak ada dana sampingan ke untuk bagi posmen telefon supaya boleh telefon si penerima sebelum update status dan buat tindakan bodoh?

Bodoh gila!

Dah banyak kali kes ni jadi. Asal nak hantar barang,, notis xdapat, call pos laju centre xdapat, pos laju cwngn lagi ahh.. Haram jawab call waktu office.

Orang bayar service penghantaran. Tapi barang kena pi ambil sendiri dah kenapa??? Apasal tak bertanggungjawab?? Orang bayar tu sama macam orang amanahkan tanggungjawabkan kepada pos laju untuk hntar barang terus kepada penerima!

Jika si penerima tak ada di rumah,, telefon dan notis tu yang main peranan penting. Ni la nama dia bodoh tak bagi kat orang.. Tamak BODOH

I really unhappy with poslaju, super SLOW they service. I send my parcel to Poslaju (For overseas) on 14/07. They update in system until 18/07. After that there is no updates. What is THIS!!!

Almost going to be a month, they keep saying en route. How long ??? Please keep update in system. We sending not FREE, im paying too.

Please speed up your work, is not first time happen like this. Many times i went through with your service.

If my parcel never receive there, i will lodge a report and ask for compensation.

Seriously last time your service good, all the time we prefer poslaju. But now a days too bad your service...

Late Delivery and no update on status

I placed an order through EasyParcel on 22nd July 2018 to be collected at my office on 23rd July 2018. Parcel was collected late evening on 23rd July 2018 but it has not reached the receiver till date(2nd August 2018). It has been 10 days and the parcel is still stucked at Kelana Jaya.

I've placed a report with your hotline on 1st August, 10.24am and the report number is 18080001148. I was told that the parcel will be classified as URGENT case and it will be dispatched out soonest. To my disappointment, when i checked the status today at 4.30pm, my parcel is still in Kelana Jaya.

Being very frustrated, i called up your hotline again at 4.53pm and was told that a report filed will need 6 days to reach Kelana Jaya. This is truly unacceptable! How can you classify URGENT when a case require 6 days to process? Worst of all when i request for Kelana Jaya's branch phone number, i was told to search online as your system does not show!
