The tracking system has no update since 29th June 2018. ( In Transit).
Why it take So long time to deliver? About Two week . Normally take 3 or 4 day delivery.

My parcel had been posted out since monday 09 July 2018 which I thought it will arrive by 11July 2018 as it post out from Bayan Lepas but till now I did not get my parcel and is in KLIA transit hub now! It is just so ridiculous and I need the parcel for my event tomorrow on 13 July 2018 but pos laju in langkawi will be close on Friday - 13 July 2018!! Please make sure it can arrive langkawi today !

Assalam maaf.bertanya. kenapa brg saya x sampai lagi ya. Bila telefon poslaju kulai diorg beritahu kt jb. Tpi kt sistem x de pulak cuma tercatat parcel hub sahaja. Saya beetanya kalau nk ambil sendiri di jb bole ke x. Kerani tu kata x bole. Taukan kalau dh letak nama pej kerajaan benda tu penting. Kenapa main2. [Parcel arrived delivery facility 4 july]already call poslaju batucaves on 5 july and comfirm with them i can take myself in the next day (because I’m going outstation )，but when i go and take my parcel in the next day moning, they say already clear semua ,akan hantar hari itu(6 july) tetapi sampai hari ini 10 July saya sudah balik dari outstation barang pun tak sampai
