Belum dapat parcel
Saya tunggu barang sejak 12 Julai 2018. Sekarang sudah 5 hari, dan barang tak sampai lagi. Bila check tracking number, dah out for delivery and delivered to someone. Saya tak dapat sebarang notis atau call berkenaan hal ni. Saya harap pihak pos laju dapat hantar parcel ke tangan saya. Atau at least have courtesy nak inform apa-apa berkenaan parcel saya. Terima kasih.

Track no EN439683655MY penjual drp subang Jaya kirim pada 5/7/2018 sehingga hari ni 17/7/2018 belum terima di Banting Selangor. Yg heran nya barang dah tersangkut lama kat pejabat serahan kapar Klang. Kenapa ke kapar Pula? Sepatutnya ke Banting. Saya dah minta penjual WhatsApp slip poslaju yg ditampal dibungkusan alamat Dan poskod adalah betul. pejabat serahan di Kapar sepatutnya hantar barang ke alamat betul jika dapati alamat bukan di kawasan mereka .Sila pihak yg berkenaan ambil tindakan segera.Cuba call pejabat Kapar tapi tak jawab

WHEN CAN I GET MY PARCEL?!
What a Suck service from post laju! Parcel arrived and log in system on 13th July morning, went Dato Onn two times to collect still not able to get! I spent the money for your service, end up need to collect myself and still not able to get!
Called nobody answer, what is the use of your helpline??
Thing inside not able to wait for so long time, however your post laju service is suck as post lambat!

Late Delivery & Poor Service
I am suppose to receive a parcel but have not received it yet. As it is very urgent, I went to the nearest Pos Laju to check and was told that the item is already in the facility in Larkin and was advised to go to the facility in Larkin to collect.
Spoke to the first lady who mentioned that system shows item is in Larkin, but cannot collect because it has not been unloaded yet. 2nd lady came and spoke very rudely and said system shows haven't arrive. Followed up again the following day and was told that the parcel was sent to the facility in Dato Onn, went over personally to collect and your customer service had very poor attitude and was very rude.
Refused to offer any help or solution and just told me to go back home and slowly wait for 1 week. If item has not arrived then come back again to check. Tone and facial expression of the officer was very bad and he behave very poorly.

I track my parcel it has been delivered to Fatin Aneesah???? I don't know this person and beside my house all Chinese and Indian, dun have Malay!!! The name write on the note is Chinese name how come can delivered to Malay house??? I dun know y the courier can make this kind of mistake??
Please settle this problem ASAP

Saya nak melaporkan bahawa barang yang saya beli melalu Shopee belum sampai,sedangkan barang tersebut sudah sampai sebelum 11 Julai.Sekarang sudah 16 JULAI.Nama je POS LAJU.Kenapa tak sama dengan nama.Lambat....update sikit teknologi syarikat tu.

Poor Service
Item in the system not update since 6th July, when we call the centre. the hotline busy from morning till evening. Even try to call Klang post office busy from morning till evening for 3 days.
hope service can be improved if you all not satisfied with your salary or please do not let it go at your customer by keeping their parcel.

Unsatisfied service
I have ordered clothes in overseas and my supplier already post it out through pos laju. I still cannot trace my parcel even using tracking number. It is more than 2 week still I dud nit receive the parcel. My consignmenr number is EH196305945MY. Why such poor service given to customer. When i put this number it shows no record. Please take action as soon as possible. Please deliver as promised.

This is my second complaint, last time u feedback the mail say will update your service, but know i still face this problem.
PosLaju should be “Laju” right? Why i not have this service?

Parcel unable send to receiver
I have a postage to Sabah..i found that the tracking record shown that the parcel has been send to Sarikei, Sarawak..And i checked again the parcel has been sent back to KLIA Hub transit office..May i know what had happened? I already paid for the courier services but how come the postage cannot send to the receiver?Please help me to settle it asap...!!!!

No update in tracking system
The track number is RP813608851IR. It is around 10 days the status is in transit!!! The worst post service I have ever seen. Few times I called customer service and holding the phone for around 15 minutes, but all customer service persons were busy and coukd not answer !!!! Please give me information about my parcel.....

Parcel Non Receives
I've been contacted your customer service care and hold on the line almost 40mins but no one pick up to resolve my problem.
I've received a text message to informed that parcel is ready to collect at Ezibox Tesco Bdr Puteri Bangi however after I attended by key in the consignment no and get the response "bungkusan tidak dapat disediakan".
Is this means that my parcel not ready to collect and meanwhile I have receive the message to inform me to collect before 30th June 2018.

Would appreciate you may look into it and revert me the status as this had made inconvenient to me.
