Are u sure u dont want to change your company name?
It doesn't suit your company. My item arrived yesterday morning and until today evening the status doesn't change??
Arrive at facility delivery?? Until when??? Wt*! My item arrived at pos laju 1 day early than my another item at ABX.. and,what to expect,ABX is FASTER than pos 'LAJU'.. PLEASE.. i looked up to this pos laju becoz of it's name..so,why wouldn't u change it so we can relax.. recomended name,POS BIAR LAMBAT ASALKAN SAMPAI.. tq..

Parcel received by receiver but bad damage on items

The Parcel delivered to langkawi safely but the items damages badly.
The cost of items Rm 600 and postage cost Rm 124.85
The receiver already make a complaint at langkawi poslaju office including
pictures and video of damages items as a proof of damages.
The officer also already verified the damages items at poslaju office once returned
by receiver for complaint propose.
The langkawi poslaju officer ask the receiver to inform the sender to make a report too.
Here i'm make a report by online as a 1st F.I.R to your attention and will attend to poslaju
S.buloh on monday ( Tomorrow ) to claim the cost of items on this issue.
As Langkawi poslaju officer asking for SSM form Sender, Here i would like to inform that
this is not a business transcription or online sales.
We delivery the items to my relative for Deepavali celebration only.
But the items value cost Rm 600
Kindly please make sure this claims will be proceed well as possible.

PARCEL DELIVERED TO UNKNOWN PERSON!!!
THIS IS MY REPORT NUMBER: 18100098302, complaint made on 24.10.2018. PLEASE check for me where is my parcel. There is VERY IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS inside my parcel but you delivered to the wrong person or wrong address perhaps. PLEASE find out who was/were on duty for the delivery and go back to the location you dropped my parcel and find back the person who you passed it to. The most important thing is TRY TO GET BACK my documents and call me pleaseeeeee............ IT'S VERY IMPORTANT X3 documents! I do not want compensation. Extremely slow courier service!!!
From end of last year till now,delivery time of poslaju from bad to worse.
Everytime I received my Poslaju parcels at least 1-2 wks and always need to collect parcels myself.
Can you please make collection counter at PosLaju offices if customers want to collect their parcels themselves instead of late delivery to them?!

Can you rename your PosLaju to PosLambat.

Bad service
Bad service!!!!! Keep waiting 15 minute for nothing. The girl or staff just walk away without bother our tracking note. Bad bad service!!! Can this be improve? Each time i came to collection are same problem.

takes way too long, no answering of phone calls
tracked my parcel and it has been stuck at “arrived at facility” for the past 5 days?? no idea why it hasn’t even been delivered since it’s been there for almost a whole week.
tried to call, and it’s either always engaged or someone picks it up just to put it back down with no courtesy of saying anything. man, please at least improve your customer service if your services don’t.
services are super inconsistent as well.

Bad Service
First of all, I apologize to keep the postman waiting so long (15 minutes). My uncle is an OKU and it takes time for him to come down as the lift breakdown. My uncle was there after 3 minutes the postman left.....
However, things that make me mad is the postman scold me while I tried to calm him for waiting. Also, he hung up the call before I finished my sentence...

Parcel not deliver
Item saya telah di poskan pada 19.09.18 dari poslaju dato keramat pulau pinang.. Pada 20.09.18 sudah sampai di poslaju kota kinabalu.. Sepatut nya sudah di hantar kepada owner pada hari berikut nya.. Tetapi sampai sekarang 25.09.18 belum delivery lagi.. Jenis Item sudah di nyatakan seperti makanan.. Makan mudah rosak apabila di biarkan terlalu lama.. Bagi mengelakan kerugian, sila ambil perhatian dan tindakan untuk masalah ini... Tq

Where is my parcel?
LP117580602SG. Where is my parcel dammit? Items sent out from Singapore on 10 Sep and on 15 Sep already arrived Malaysia. Until today 21 Sep still no clearance? WTH! Your custom officers all sleeping or just simply incompetent! I am POSLAJU phobia. Whatever I buy I ask the seller if they use Poslaju if yes then I ask them to change. This one I have no choice and yes it sucks to have to deal with Poslaju. These are my spectacles I need them. The worst courier in Malaysia.

FORM PL9
I don't understand why every time so difficult to get the PL9 form, today is my 4 times order this form, and I told the staff i have been waiting and order this form for almost 2 months but I didn't get a copy of it. She told me the only thing I can do is wait only. Seriously, is this the answer you should give to your customer? Unless we continue to deliver items without the form!
