Item ni dihantar ke alamat yang salah!! Call centre tak berjawab… Call semua poslaju kat JB ni pun tak berjawab…2 hari dah cuba call, tapi hampa! Adakah telefon tu hanya FAKE?? Bayaran dah dibuat untuk penghantaran tapi servis sangat2 mengecewakan!!

ASKING FOR MY ADDRESS
The man from POS LAJU called (019 334 1713) and was super rude on the phone. He said "POSLAJU.. WHATS YOUR ADDRESS??" Then i told him i don't know who you are and you're calling me and asking for my address. I am not gonna just pass out my address to someone who has called me. And then he said he's in charge to deliver to all in USJ 9 and i said on the envelope of the package,the address should be written down so find it. What kind of service is this??? And this is not the first time with this same guy.. He has called before and thrown the package into the house above the gate and the things inside was broken just cause he didn't want to ring the doorbell and check if anyone was home!! POSLAJU is supposed to be Malaysia's number one postal provider and reliable! Is this the kind of service you are providing? This is a huge disappointment. Instead to humiliate yourself further, please fire this man holding this phone number (019 334 1713) and save your reputation.

parcel sudah dihantar pada 4/05/2018. tetapi sehingga kehari ini parcel tidak sampai lagi kepada penerima. check system item posted over the counter tidak bergerak-gerak. dah beberapa kali follow up dan 2 kali pegi pos laju nilai tapi masih sama jawapan. barang masih ada atau dah hilang?customer dah bising. tolong check please

Item deliver too late
I post my stuff to customer on 13 May 2018, item dispatched out on 14 May 2018
But then the item not yet delivered until today (22/05/2018)
Last Saturday I already make complain report but then the item not yet received
Now i have to bear the item cost and postage which total RM50
What kind of service you guys provide ?
Please improve !!

BARANG TIDAK DIHANTAR
Lately ini , barang pembelian secara online tidak dihantar ke alamat pejabat.
Apabila check trecking number, item perlu di collect di Service Centre. Prsent 3
Alamat penghantaran adalah pejabat di Putrajaya.
Management POS perlu turun dan lihat keadaaan di POs LAju Presint 3.
Keadaan pejabat yg sempit dan kecil ditambah dgn org yang ramai.
keadaan yg panas, terpaksa menunggu di luar pejabat.
Perkara ini berlaku kerana pertambahan pengunjung yg ingin collect barang yg tidak dihantar.
Sepatutnya dpt dikurangkan sekiranya brg tersebut dihantar mengikut alamat yg diberikan.

poslaju balakong the worse
barang sy di pos pada 7/5/18, sampai harini (22/5/18) masih belum sampai dkt sy. sejak beberapa bulan yg lepas poslaju balakong sudah tak keluar hantar brg ke alamat sy, tp pada sistem tracking, dikatanya sy tidak ada di rumah dan sudah call sy untuk pickup.. SANGAT MENIPU! poslaju balakong langsung tak ada call sy dan bila sy call, tak pernah di angkatnya. sebelum ni takpe lg, sy boleh pergi pickup dkt office since office dy dekat je.. tp skrg poslaju BALAKONG sudah berpindah tempat jauh yg amat. hampir ke cheras, sy sbg seorg yg bekerja tidak ada masa utk pergi ambil dan menyusahkan sy sgt2. Kamu dibayar utk menghantar brg sy, tetapi kamu tidak menjalankan tugas. sy sgt kecewa dan tidak akan menggunakan khidmat poslaju lg lepas ni. Gdex is better, sampai depan pintu rumah dy hantar. syabas poslaju.. harap BOD poslaju baca lah komen ni, dan ambil tindakan segera ke atas poslaju balakong.. ini no tracking sy : ER251372854MY

Call kata barang pos balik harini.
Saya tengah bersabar ni. Tapi saya rasa nak marah. Barang tak lalu pun depan rumah saya. Saya tak ada masa hari dia pos tapi ada orang lain kat rumah (15/5/2018). Seriously slip/notice tak bagi saya dapat mesej kata barang dah ada kat shamelin balik saya cari notice tu malam tak malam saya cari tapi tak ada. Petang tu saya balik ada juga tengok mana tahu posmen ada letak slip ke in case terlepas. Tapi tak ada. Call banyak kali tak dapat jumaat baru dapat call(18/5/2018). Katanya dia akan pos balik hari Isnin (21/5/2018). Dari pagi tadi sampai sekarang saya tunggu tak sampai-sampai. Saya kecewa sangat-sangat. Saya rasa taknak berurusan dah dengan poslaju. Call poslaju hotline ambil masa dan ambil credit habis duit disitu lagi mahal dari barang saya. Kalau posmen taknak datang jangan bagi harapan palsu. Scan bawak keluar tapi tak kunjung tiba. Bawa balik ke cawangan scan suruh ambil. Saya kecewa sangat sebab ini kali pertama saya kena macam ni.

Seller dh pos out since 4 May ok..i repeat 4 May...7 May baru masuk sistem.until now and as at today xdapat lagi barang tuh...berapa lama nih nak tunggu?minggu lepas saya sabar lagi sbb husnuzon (bersangka baik) laa nih mmg xsmpai...mmg dh hilang sabar dah nih..nak dkat dua minggu brg xsmpai..hari nih mmg nk pegi pejabat pos utk cek....tolonglah pos laju brapa ramai yg hadapi masalah yg sama...build one team to cater this problem..dulu pon saya pernah hadapimasalah yg sama...siap kata parcel saya xdijumpai, thats means tracking xde...n siap submit form complain lagi...dh submit ade plak...ape masalahnye??

Ni nk dekat berapa hari. Beli barang kat Lazada beberapa hari lepas on 15 may oder bli barang...16 may dah packed up barang. Dah siap shipped kt Poslaju lagi. Up till now tunggu2 barang tak sampai lagi. Maaf ye...apa problem...kenapa lambat sangat servis anta barang? Bukan nak cakap apela...kurier Lazada sendiri paling cepat anta. Servis pon terbaik. Kurier poslaju ni terukla..tak sangka pulak jadi macam ni. Sebelum ni anta okey jek.
Hello...ni dekat Johor Bahru kot. Takkan lama sangat. Lainla kalau dekat KL ke kat mana...bolela cuba faham. Ni area JB. Still cannot fullfilled kemahuan customer. Ape nak jadi dah ni.

As salam, selamat sejahtera. Barang saya dah dipos 14 Mei. Tapi sekarang dah 19 Mei tak sampai lagi. Check tracking number, unsuccesful delivery. Barang penting tu, lapan bulan saya tunggu nak beli.
