Mising items in parcel
I am a seller. I had posted item from POSLAJU PORT KLANG to my customer AT KOTA KINABALU, SABAH on 27/4.
Today, 2/5 she received the parcel with missing items which is:
1. Poster in tube
2. Lanyard 1pcs
3. Hologram strap keychain 1pcs
The tracking number is EH706508926MY.
The things that so weird is ...
I post using poslaju plastic, and when my customer received, the consigment pocket is the one that u need to stick by yourself.
Obviously got PosMalaysia logo at the pocket.
So far i know the pocket on poslaju plastic didnt have logo :")

actually i order item from lazada.com on 25/4/2018....they gave me receive date 28/4-4/5.....on 27/4 i receive an e-mail from lazada.com said that my item already shipped and pick up ready by poslaju ....and in 48hours i can get my item....so i also waiting for my item.....but now 2/5 ready....still i never get my item....

Parcel not delivered!
I have sent out 2 parcels and found that it has been a week and it still not delivered.
The tracking status has been updated as “item dispatched out” for 5 continuous days in the same location, which is my original sent out location.

Item cannot delivered. No note or anything left for pickup
Got from tracking stating item is out for delivery in the morning. Then in the evening said failed to deliver item. No slip or anything left how to collect? Where to collect pun don't know. And one more thibg, the number provided on the web is useless AF. 2 numbers cannot be reached, not available la ape la, then the domestic number need towait because the cust serv is busy. Then got iklan some more, what the ###. Please la. Please so so much. Understand la a lot of parcel or letter tu deliver, but at least improve your system. It's okay if you give your best but still couldn't delivered. I use to believe your the few service thats reliable in Malaysia, but in the end just 2x5. Same. So dissapointing. Please solve my issue and least redeem back my faith on your service

Pos laju lembab
Hntar brg 17/4 tp smpai skrg tak dapat2 lagi barang skrg dh 26/4 that means dah 9 hari tau. Drpd 19/4 brg stuck kt pos laju bukit mertajam tak boleh deliver lagi😈 teruk betul bila call susah nak jawab lepastu dh jawab ckp brg overloaded. Tak kira laa brg overloaded janji hntar la brg dh tau tak ckop pkerja tambah laa. Dok janji 3-7 hari jaa ni dh 9 hari kot.

PosLaju = PosLambat
You declared you can do "Next Day Delivery" and "Guaranteed next working day delivery (D+1) within Pos Laju coverage areas. For areas outside Pos Laju delivery areas, 2-3 working days standard delivery may apply."
I gave you the maximum 3 days to deliver your minimum expected service.
When I checked at "Track & Trace" today (25/4/18), your tracking is only up to 18/4/18 saying "Item dispatched out" for item posted on 13/4/18. If you can count, that is already 4 days (excluding 1 Sunday).
However, your deliveryman or IT people failed to scan and upload the date of actual drop-in at destination address. I found out from recipient that they got it on 23/4/18 (Mon). Now that is 8 days (excluding Sundays) in total within the boundary of one state.
I won't be seeking compensation for envelope replacement; I won't want to use PosLaju anymore.
I have used you 7 times in a span of 6 months and you have performed barely to minimum expectation twice.
All enquiries and complaints have been met with silence.
Your incompetence is astounding and amazing.
You do not seem to be making any effort to improve: proven by the volume of complaints on PosLaju.
PosLambat is more suitable as you cannot even deliver the minimum expectation service.

Saya punya barang tak tersangkut kat mana mana. Just saya letal alamat pada barang dekat tempat kerja saya yang sentiasa ada orang 24jam . kalau datang malam pepagi buta pun ada orang . masalahnyaa dekat tracking tu dia kata saya punya barang dah sampai dekat alamat yang dalam tu tapi dia kata permis tutup dan telah diletakkan surat makluman dekat situ . padahalnya saya ada kat situ . satu haram pun takde. Cakap dah datang tapi tak datang pun . menipu. Takkan laa tempat saya berhantu. Dia je nampak tutup . wuuu pos laju berhantu . pikir laa sikit . jangan laa nak menipu . kalau hantar esok pun saya okay. Ni system teruk . haihhhh . korang buat apa? . cuba laa buat kerja dengan ikhlas . macam mana gaji nak berkat? . sekarang ni my item di patch out kemana tah . merepek betul . cuba laa pikir orang jugak . mana tahu ora g lain ada ergent kee . saya tak pe laa. Tak penting pun . kalau takdatang ckp je tak datang . bukan menipu . jangan makan gaji betu pls

Information on the tracking is not true
My tracking No. is ER233559402MY
my parcel was delay, when I track my parcel on postlaju tracking website, it saying "We found premises closed and left a Delivery Arrangement Notice. Item will be kept for 7 days. Please contact 1-300-300-300 or the number on the Notice for delivery arrangements." I called and ask for resend, they agreed. However, after 5 days, I still don't received when I track its again saying "We found premises closed and left a Delivery Arrangement Notice. Item will be kept for 7 days. In fact they are not sending! 1st, I have family at home the whole day, 2nd "18 Apr 2018, 06:30:38 PM" I am so sure I am at home at this day and this time! 3rd, NO Delivery Arrangement Notice outside my door as well!
POST LAJU PEKAN NANAS, PLEASE RESPONSE ON THIS!

My tracking number is er233662326my . It’s already 7 day , I haven’t received my parcel yet! Start from 11/4/2018 the parcel already in poslaju Bukit Mertajam but until today 18/4/2018 still stuck in poslaju Bukit Mertajam and cannot delivery to me yet ! My delivery address also is Bukit Mertajam , so why it will take so many day and until now also stuck in poslaju Bukit Mertajam !
Service memang teruk! Memang lambat! Banyak alasan but is whose fault ! No responsible at all!!

Parcel Arrive on 12.04.2018 but until today no delivery.
My parcel from Singapore arrive Petaling Jaya, Malaysia on 12.04.2018 but until today no delivery yet. I called the branch 603 79544524 Jalan Sultan non stop from 16.04 to 17.04 but no answer at all. What kind f service is this. Yes o know the pos laju is cheaper way to courier out but the service also so CHEAP.

Unable to receive item
I ordered an item from my friend and it's been stuck in pos laju for more than a month! They did not call me or leave any notes or notify me any sort of way about my parcel when it arrived and by the time I check the tracking number it was already on the way backwards to the seller! Everytime I call them it's either on hold forever or the customer service give me different answers every single time! The first time they finally picked up was after 10min, the guy told me I could collect it in ECBC in shah alam. So, I called shah alam centre, they told me they don't know anything about that and ECBC is not located in their branch. I tried to call the service helpline again and no reply for the rest of the day. On the next day, I called the HQ again, now the lady told me a totally different story where the item is in LAZADA warehouse? Like what???? My friend didn't even buy it from lazada!!! Please if pos laju isn't going to do their job right please close down! I saw tons and tons of complaints when I was searching for related incidents online!
