DID NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL FOR 2 MONTHS
It has been 2 months I still never received my item.
No status update & reply
My tracking number CX102945522US.
the status show my parcel arrived at malaysia on 15/12/2018 but until today(13/02/2018) , the status never update.
Did not received any letter, send email to inquiry, never get reply for 2 week time, call to helpline but never be reach.

It has been more than 2 months that my item still stuck at Poslaju Transit Office (KLIA Hub).
Did not received any letter, send email 2 weeks time still never reply, helpline never reach.

your staff at pos laju!!
Saya sangat tidak berpuas hati dengan layanan yang diberikan oleh salah seorang staff you at the Counter 8, Pos Laju Seremban Negeri Sembilan. i dont think that she have so much things to do but can you guys just at least treat your customer right? suppose you guys pickup the item at my office but then, I had to go and sent it to the post office by myself. and when I went to the wrong counter, your staff talk to me like no respect at all. please do something. Susah sangat ke nak cakap baik baik and senyum? you guys are dealing with people. where is your pr skills? please. I sangat tidak berpuas hati. you are the one of the most famous courier in Malaysia. thats how you treat your customer? PLEASE DO SOMETHING.and please tell that girl just please treat your customer in a good way. this is not my first time at Pos Laju. so please.

courier the parcel dissepear
I was courier my parcel on2/1/18 at alor setar pos laju drive thur but the system of pos laju wasnt capture and my customer wasn't received the parcel.
today 8/2/18, i go to pos laju to check with my consignment copy note but the staff of pos laju tell me if there are no record in system then mean my parcel wasnt giving for them.
Every time i use pos laju with drive thur is not problem and no any proof or receipt after we courier the parcel.Now the parcel is dissepear and your all wasn't not responsible for it!
Please tell is this your service? My tracking is EP444149324MY. I hope your all can check for me asap and please call me 0175439478

Bad Service - POSLAJU-
Staying in my room. Suddenly heard a bell ring repeatedly and unpatiently not even 1 minute. So I went and have a look and saw a parcel already left on the floor. Then the postman returned just to say “ ISHHH LAMBAT BETUL” with angry face then walked away. What the shit? I’m living in a rent condo with all other students that’s not even my friends. How the hell do I know if they ordered something? If they don’t feel like working then just quit their job and let’s see how their future will be like. Even they’re not educated enough but please at least train them as your staff representing your company.

barang tak sampai sampai
Kenapa poslaju banting lambat buat penghantaran pada penerima? Bertimbang rasa juga kalau cakap server down. Tapi barang dah sampai lama sebelum server down. Bila nak pergi ambil sendiri kat pejabat poslaju banting, kata server down, nak carik item pun takboleh. Kita boleh terima alasan ni. Tapi yang takboleh terima, nape hari2 yang dh lepas, sebelum server down , takde pulak sibuk nak buat penghantaran? Kitaorang ni bayar la servis korang. Bukannya free of charge. Pihak atasan pos laju pun please ambil berat pasal ni. Jangan nak ignore je.

1 WEEK STILL NOT RECEIVE MY PARCEL
Check status tracking no dah 1 week seller pos, tapi still xbuat delivery. 3 hari waktu bekerja status masih in transit. Call kaunter di Sungai Petani, staff jawab xpasti bila akan buat postage. Sgt kecewa dengan service pos laju. Sila ambil tindakan untuk terus melaksanakan service yg cemerlang dan menjadi pilihan courier di Malaysia.

Pos laju cannot trace my domestic parcel
I have waited patiently for a month for investigation, today is the due date and the last call I made was told parcel last seen in record at Shah Alam warehouse. Today I called and was told have to wait for all involved branches to response from penang branch to Seremban branch. What is happening? Why I need to wait for other branches to response since I was told the parcel is in Shah alam warehouse?

Almost 1 week still not yet get Parcel
I am very frustrated of their services. I have not received my two parcels since last week. The 1st parcel was failed to deliver and I have tried to call the number given on the slip many times, but nobody pick up the line since morning. For the 2nd parcel, there was no update on the tracking after they arrived in JB for 1 week. I am worried the item is missing because no update at all. I am very disappointed!!

Almost 1 week still not yet get Parcel
I have not yet received my two parcels since last week. There is no update on the tracking. Got one parcel was failed to deliver yesterday, I have tried to call Pos Laju many many times since morning but it's always busy and nobody pick up the line! I am very disappointed of their service. Now I worry my another parcel missing as there was no update after arrived in JB branch. No record of out for delivery also.
