Rude delivery person

Today received call from delivery man ,I told him I am not at home but he straight ask my ic number. I reject to give him my ic number and I ask him to give my item to security guard if he want to.
He refuse to answer me and ask again for my ic number by very rude .
After that I reject him and stop his call but he called me back. This time he threat me and said :”awak mau barang tak? Gasih ic!!”
What I can say is the service by pos laju is damn bad!it is danger to give my ic to him .

Barang tak sampai & tidak ditinggalkan sebarang notis

Barang tak sampai. Saya beli mahal barang tu. Takda lansung notis sampai dirumah tentang penghantaran ke rumah gagal. Tup tup barang tu sampai ke tangan pengirim semula. Servis di cawangan batu caves PALING TERUK. Asyik tak sampai, lambat sampai, tiada sebarang notis ditinggalkan. Memang kecewa sangat. Jiran-jiran saya pun complain tentang servis cawangan batu caves teruk. Tolong improve 😞😞😞😞 kalau pos laju tempat lain siap call lagi dulu kalau kita ada kt rumah atau tak. Hantar notis at least kalau tak sempat nak call ke apa. TOLONGLAH IMPROVE POSLAJU BATU CAVES

Rude Delivery Man

On 24/1/2018, at around 1:05pm, I’m helping my friend to receive her parcel as she suddenly has urgent things to attend to. Before that, she has return the call to the delivery man and she was scolded for not answering his call. As the delivery address is at Dataran Maybank Tower C, I was looking for the delivery man at the lobby as he mentioned that he is there but he’s no where to be found. So I made a call to him and he rudely said that he is at Tower A lobby. I made my way there and again he was being rude and scolded me. Out of angerness as I was being shouted for nothing, I sounded him for being rude and why he has to let his anger out on us. He is here during lunch time and he expect we are in the office to accept the parcel. Even that, he can tell us off in a polite way and there’s no need for him to be rude.

Irresponsible action

With my tracking no er112246984my
When delivery tat time, the guy did call me once, but i nt free as i in meeting, so he drop me message. I did replied the message mentioned that he can put the parcel to my front desk officer, as that is an Prudential branch, front desk open from 9am to 5pm. But he still send back the parcel to pos laju pj without reply my message. Even though i call back, he refuse to pick up.
And when i come to collect parcel on my own self, the pos laju front desk lady said the parcel already sent back to sender due to i late to collect and they have made 2 calls to me by showing me their records. But i proof to her that i only receive 1 call from pos laju and don have the second call. So this is vrry irresponsible action that can cheated in the records and are those pos laju people is expecting customer can answer call in anytime?

LATE LATE LATE DELIVERY

What courier service provided by PosLaju?? Item posted on 7/1/2018 until today, 10/1/2018 still haven't arrive destination and status shows only Consignment dispatch out from Transit Office on 8/1/2018 02:14:53 AM. WHAT THE HELL this sentence stand for? If the parcel have not sent out from transit office then what for the sentence? From KL to Sibu need how many days? How many flight in a day? How come so poor service for an international courier service? Sham on you. Call your hotline and the phone ring endless with stupid computer message. Give an explanation with such high rate charges west malaysia to east malaysia but damm poor delivery service.

Bad Behaviour_Escalation - Shipment no. CW006151176MY

Dears,

Pls notice that I have a problem with in regards this shipment no. CW006151176MY.
The problem is a very bad and rude attitude from the delivery person ended up with hanging up the phone on me and rejecting my calls.

That occurred due to the fact I am asking him to come up to my apartment to deliver the parcel and I will ask the security to allow him but he was extremely rude and said that I must go down to the lobby to pick the item and he WON’T come up even if I talk to the security !

His mobile number is ‭+60 12 208 5142‬

The reason I am asking him because usually myself or my old mother staying home with two kids where we can’t leave them alone so they must go down as well with us , do you think this is appropriate?

Also, this person threaten me that he will return the parcel and it seems that this is happening, I can’t accept that “ this is international shipment”

I am asking a resolution for this behavior as this guy is always behaving in such rude way and this is not the first incident.

LATE LATE LATE

I don't even know where to begin. Firstly, my package has been sent out on the 29th of December 2017. It is now the 4th of Janyary 2018. How is it even PosLAJU when it has been 6 days and not a single poslaju driver in sight?? Please, do yourselves a favour and change your company name to PosLAMBAT.

Also, customer service takes FOREVER to pick up my calls. Even when the customer service lady helped me to lodge a report, I still had to wait 3 days, 3 DAYS for the report to be processed. DO YOU ONLY HAVE 1/2 CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE LINE? WHAT KIND OF NATIONAL COURIER IS THIS???

SHAME ON YOU. Bringing shame to the facilities that Malaysia has. This is why we are only a developing country, and we can kiss 2020 goodbye.

One of my package was sent to Sabah since 22nd Dec2017 and the status never get updated for weeks.
Could you please update the tracking status and speed up the delivery for the package???
And how come everytime i shipped to Sabah it always end up delayed?? I can ship to other state just fine!!

FALSE DELIVERY STATUS

This is my second experience with Poslaju, I am a buyer. FIRST TIME, I had missed my package and that was my fault. But I tried contacting their numbers. NEVER PICKS UP. NOW, THE SECOND TIME, I WAITED MY ORDER TO ARRIVE TODAY. FOR THE WHOLE DAY, I KEPTED MY PHONE AROUND ME WAITING FOR A CALL. THEY NEVER DELIVERED, THEN I CHECKED THEIR DELIVERY STATUS IT SAID : DELIVERY ATTEMPTED-RECIPIENT NOT AT HOME. LIAR. BAD SERVICE.

barang lambat sampai

saya beli barang dari lazada 20hb disember 2017. pada 21hb lazada dah pos barang tu di poslaju. tapi barang masih pending lagi di poslaju sampai ke hari ni 28hb disember apa kes ni pos laju ... call plak nak tanya tapi x da pickup 2 call seharian plak tu call apa kerja yang dok buat bzzz mana pun angkat la call customer call tu ni tak buat orang dok tunggu x angkat2... awat la jadi lagu ni sebenarnya POSLAJU ka POSLAMBAT ni??? complain pun x da feedback apa mesti nanti kata barang banyak ..banyak pun bagi la selesai barang yang dah lama pending... stressss btul la posLAMBAT ni.....

Tracking not updated and Item not delivered to customer

I send item to my customer in Tuaran,KK, Sabah.

From the tracker, last update shows that the item was dispatched out from transit office on 8/12/2017.

Until today, my customer have not received the item. Already contacted Pos Laju Customer Service on 21/12/2017 and the PIC informed that complaint has been lodged (complaint number provided). Tried to contact Pos Laju CS since 26/12/2017 to follow up, call cannot reach the number.

The item has expiry date. It already more than 2 weeks !!!

Barang tak pernah sampai

Barang stuck kat sg besi bila call adalah staff yang angkat lepastu letak sampai ke sudah staff pos laju buat macam tu. aku cuma nak tanya la apa sebenarnya masalah dgn service pos laju ni? Sbb teruk sngt lah kenapa pihak pos laju buat hak orang macam takde nilai? Dah kebal sangat ke yang staff beragama islam tu dah rasa boleh hadap kat akhirat nanti? Dah angkat jawab la. Well said, aku takkan guna servis pos laju lagi

Late

I’m sent out the parcel on 17dec to Singapore....but now already 23Dec I’m still have receive yet...is important so I’m post by pos laju....is it need use few week to sent the parcel to Singapore....the workers of the pos laju all useless...wth calling the customer service all not answer...can you helping me check out for the parcel ....you know some stuff is very important to us on the time.... my tracking number cp300300887my....thanks

Not update!!!!

I really don’t know what is going on with poslaju..my parcel arrive in malaysia on 18th December but until today I still not receive any update about the tracking status!!!!! I bought the item for Christmas gift!!!now poslaju really make my Christmas Day moody!!!!
Maybe poslaju can Deliver the parcel next year Christmas 2018!!!!!just put in the poslaju stor until 2018!!!!

Lama sangat stuck satu tempat

Tlong cepat update dan hantar parcel saya no track ER102052391MY sebab dah tiga hari stuck d pos laju Kota Kinabalu, sepatutnya parcel sampai Ranau selewat-lewatnya 19/12/2017 tapi dari 18/12/2017 smpai sekrang 21/12/2017 masih dekat poslaju kota kinabalu, saya dah call banyak kali dah tapi tiada orang angkat call, poor servis betull! Saya amat memerlukan item tersebut pada 23/12/2017 sangat perlu!!! Tapi mala tda dihantar ke ranau dan tda angkat call. Tolong sangat cepat send dan sampai ranau sebelum 23/12/2017 TOLONG!
