Tlh call maklumkan staf di sana tp item masih lagi tidak dihantar semula ke alamat sepatutnya

Goods sent to wrong participent
I would like to make complaints on goods delivery.
-Caw. Serahan Pelabuhan Klang worker (Courier Man), does not ship goods to the actual recipient. Refer to the tracking No. EH 65 386 861 6MY (Pos Laju Courier man, Port Klang) has been postal from the post office (Caw. Serahan Pelabuhan Klang) are not submitted to the actual recipient. tracking status mentioned as *ITEM DELIVERED TO MR. RAMLI*, the goods that have been delivered to the unknown company and received by Mr. Ramli. Mr. Ramli is not the person who is entitled to receive this item instead of the actual person. Whats going on????? I request Pos Laju Malaysia investigate this issue and please respond to this complaint and revert to as immediately at [email protected]

I track parcel saya, "item delivered to shahir" tapi siapa shahir. Saya dah tanya jiran and they said dontbkbow. Adik saya terdengar posmen tanya semua oranf, and dia cakap dia salah hantar barang! Then me? Please do something to settle this matter, dah lah servis lambat!!

SAYA SUDAH POS PARCEL 5/12/2017, SAMPAI HARI INI PENERIMA BELUM TERIMA PARCEL TERSEBUT. CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE NO ONE PICK UP. SAYA TANYA POS OFFICE SRI PETALING, MEREKA CAKAP LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS BUSY. AND THEY ALSO SAID, THE PARCEL AT SHAH ALAM NOW. MAYBE GOT PROBLEM THERE. THE PARCEL VERY URGENT. SEBAB TU LAH SAYA GUNE POS LAJU.

DELIVERED TO UNKNOWN
I AM VERY UPSET WITH POSLAJU SERVICE. MY PARCEL IS SENT TO THE WRONG PERSON AND ADDRESS BUT SELLER TOLD ME THAT MINE WERE ACCURATE SO WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? POSMAN! I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY WOULD SOMEONE DO THIS DESPICABLE THINGS! THERE ARE NO RESPONSE FROM THE POS LAJU EITHER... BEEN WAITING FOR MANY DAYS... SO IRRESPONSIBLE! PLEASE RETURN MY PARCEL IMMEDIATELY. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK AND I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF THE PERSON HAS OPENED THEM OR USED IT. THAT PERSON RECEIVING IT IS VERY EVIL TOO!!!!

We are from Babykingdom Sd. Bhd. We are a seller on Shopee. We have been sending many parcels to our customers all over Malaysia. The items that we send are consists of milk powder, diapers, and many baby products. We use Poslaju service as our shipping agent. The items especially the milk powder that have been sent out to our customers reached them in a damaged and torn condition. Even there is a mark of the milk powder pack were cut off. The milk powder drop out of the packs too. The question is how Poslaju handle our item?? This isn't the first time we are facing this situation. Been like ages the damaged items were sent to out customers. We have received many complaints from our customers. This is really a damage to our reputation. Since we packed the item perfectly and placed it in box, yet our customers complaint that the item that they received are in damaged and torn off condition. We need a clarification on this since we are facing a very bad reputation also waste of our money since we have to refund our customers for something which is not even our fault.

damn too slow ,bad services , tried to called over 50++ never answer my call , even wanna to check when just can deliver the goods for us also can't check !!!damn it ... very very bad service.. never gonna use POS LAJU AGAIN !!!!! already 5 days i still no yet receive my goods..Those things is very urgent need to supply for factory d..

walao eh stupid poslaju ... i swear i will never use poslaju again !!! already arrive at delivery facility but whole day nobody deliver the parcel... use GDEX better, they will deliver on the same day
this is my first time using poslaju and it will be the last time!! tolong lah buat kerja cepat sikit !! tiada otak ke !?

Delivery sucks af
My parcel was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. Tapi, postman dy x pndai smpi2. Dah pg post office, dan diorng kta dah send out for delivery. Dah check tracking no, kta delivery attempts failed, dah 3x knun ada left notice. sya d rumah 3 hari tu jga, x pernah kluar, notice pun xda d bgi. Teruk eh.. ini akan jdi kli terakhir Sya gna poslaju!!! Dah la dlm parcel tu ubat yg kna mkn scara continuos.. dan x ble skip. sya expect ubat hbis, Sya dpt dah parcel tu untk smbg mkn sperti biasanya. Tp x!!! sya tpksa skip brapa hri ni. What the hell. Seriously, bengang sngt . N now my treatment will be over bcause of this. So, Sya harap by monday dah dpt parcel tu. Tp klu dpt Monday pun tiada gna sda bcause I’ve skip for about 5 days n smuanya sia2. Sya x dpt continue mkn ubat tu.!! Poslaju Kota Kinabalu sucks!!!!!!

SAYA BARU AMBIL PARCEL DI POSLAJU CAWANGAN PASIR GUDANG. APABILA SAYA MEMBACA STATUS TRACKING, DIKATAKAN POSMEN MEGHANTAR PADA HARI AHAD (12/11/2017 PADA PUKUL KURANG DARI 3.30 PETANG ) DAN PADA WAKTU TERSEBUT KAMI YAKIN MEMANG BERADA DI RUMAH SEHARIAN DAN SEDANG DI RUANG TAMU TIDAK MENERIMA SEBARANG KEDATANGAN MOTOR POSMEN.
ADAKAH POSMEN BENAR-BENAR HANTAR PARCEL KE RUMAH KAMI ATAU SEBALIKNYA MEMBUAT PENIPUAN UPDATE SUPAYA KAMI MENGAMBIL SENDIRI PARCEL/DOKUMEN TERSEBUT.

I have 2 document send out to Hong Kong but already 2 week still at MPC PMIH (KLIA)
I need know what wrong which that
I have send out on 20 Oct 2017 from Post Office Jinjang,
23 Oct 2017 showing at MPC PMIH (KLIA) and after no any updated......
And I try to call few times but unable to connect to anyone to speak.
I just need know why still pending at KLIA.

It's been a week after the seller post my parcel. Then, when I check, my parcel wasn't available. What the HECK. I know the seller not a scammer, because that other parcel she post out has been received to the owner. Please, I want to know where my parcel! Enough.

one: tracking details updated very very very late
two: how is it, that though the item is posted from sungai petani on the first day, by the second it was in langkawi, and on the third in pj? when it was supposed to be heading to just penang? what kind of joyride are you taking my coffee on, honestly?
three: not the first time this has happened. if i'd known the seller would have used poslaju i would not have ordered from him/her

The item have dispatched out on 10.10.2017 from Pos Laju Batu Caves. Until now im not received the item. Usually pos to east malaysia need 3-5 working days. But now almost 1 week. Because estimate the item will be arrives on 16.10.2010 (yesterday) but im not received it anymore. Also the tracking list is not update.So, where the item is actually. Please Take ur responbility. I ORDER A STUFF AND MY DEALER SENT IT.WHEN POSTLAJU CAME TO MY HOUSE THERE WERENO ONE BUT THEY DIDN'T CALL OR NOTIFY ME ! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW ITS MY THINGS HAS ARRIVEDOR NOT WHEN U DON'T NOTIFY.ICALL POSTLAJU PUCHONG FOR MORE 10 NOBODY PICKED UP AND CALLED BACK AFEW DAYS AND FINALLY SOMEONE PICKED UP AFTER TRYING 4 TIMES.VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.

1) Bukit Badong Pos Laju worker, Bestari Jaya does not ship goods posted to the actual recipient. Refer to no. tracking EH244469773MY items sent by Bella De Luna has been postal from the Post Office (Gombak Poslaju Submission Branch) are not submitted to the actual recipient.
2) Refer to track & trace posts website, the goods that have been delivered are received by Ku Noraini. Ku Noraini is not the person who is entitled to receive this item.
I hereby request Pos Laju Malaysia to investigate and take due diligence on my complaint. Please respond to this complaint to my email [email protected]. For other queries please email to me for further details.

always Unsuccessful delivery disappointed service very bad
I call the customer care service 1300300300 but no connect to speak to anyone,no people answer,just listern to the robot talk again and again.Pos laju balakong this office very bad service work attitude is very bad.i changed few addresses also unsuccessful sent,but another pos office was successfully sent .this is not first time ,if not improved then this will cause other people time trouble
