dont get my parcel yet
my parcel was delivered on 19 Feb and i havent received it yet. when i track the parcel, it is at pos laju balakong since 20 Feb until now. I am a student and i dont have time to go there on workdays because of my pack schedule. Please rearrange the delivery. I am hoping that this problem cou;ld be solved as soon as possible.

Pos laju sekarang sangat sangat lambat. Dalam bnyk2 brg saya beli satu pon tak dapat lg.. hmm.. tolong laa.. mana tahu orang perlukan barang cepat ...lepas tu tak update dlm system.. tau la penat kerja.. kami pon penat kerja nk menunggu.. dok pikir barang sampai mana.. check tracking tak de.. haiihhh.. susah laa macam nie..

not Delivery
sometimes they are not delivery they ask to collect from kepong poslaju ,we are paid for delivery to house not for collecting ,if I do going collect its cost me RM20 and 2 hours time ,this bad service

Unable to contact
Received notice about undelivered item, try to call back the contact given (0198120150) for delivery attempt, but unable to get through. Even the contact of PosLaju office in Kota Kinabalu (08831297) also unable to get through. They purposely hung up the phone, cause at first it rang but then unable to get through at all. Why the Pos Laju service so terrible !! What does it mean by Pos Laju??
They also didn't even make the effort to deliver it to the customer. If the person isn't at home, should have call up for confirmation. What if the person is outstation & can't see notice ???? Can your service be better & improve after so many years !?
What would you do to make it improve & productive ????

Delay
I'm waiting my parcel which has been sent out through pos bangi on 10th feb...the next day item arrived at pos parcel hub which i dont know where...and untill now/today 13th feb there is no update on current status!!!! Last status shown last 2days item still in pos parcel hub...Where the hell is my parcel now???? I cant go anywhere need to wait if posmen hit my door bell!!!!

MISSING PARCEL REFUND (WHO SHOULD PAY ME)
My parcel went missing on 17-11-2017, I argued with my sender to refund me, but my sender told me that his responsibility is just to post the parcel and he pushed all the responsibility to pos laju for the missing parcel (i think the sender should share the same responsibility too, right?). My sender insisted that I will get nothing in return unless pos laju compensate for it. According to my sender, he filled in the compensation form on 17-12-2017 after the parcel is confirmed missing by pos laju(Pos laju please tell me if you received the form or not and whether it's still processing). But until now, 13-02-2018, I didn't get any answer from both sides. I phoned Poslaju customer service a few days ago and customer service told me that the case should be closed already and compensation should be made already after so long, but my sender told me that he received nothing from pos laju. Both sides are telling me different things here and I need an ANSWER, who is telling the truth !!!

WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
The parcel sent from Mersing, Johor 2 Feb 2018 around 2.30 p.m.to Bentong, Pahang. Until this day 13 Feb 2018 I still haven't receive the parcel. I checked online but Pos Laju never update the data. Please track EH649600063MY. THANKS!
