Late Delivery

I'm a resident staying in Taman DÁlpinia Puchong. I wish to complain about the postman's late delivery. I received two letters on 29 Feb, but I noted that those letters were sent out on 6 Feb. The postal service is unacceptable. I can't imagine if those letters are payment-related; surely, I will miss the payment due date.

I wish the management of Pos Malaysia can look into this seriously. Thank you.

Postman - irresponsible delivery

The Postman did not deliver letter according to the correct mailbox no.
Our company mailbox no. is L3.01 & L3.02, but we always received letter from our neighbourhood like L3.04, L3.05, L3.06 & L3.07, and even next building mailbox no. like D-LG2-01 & D-LG2-03.
Even though we had put on the notice for attention Postman on the wrong delivery but yet see any improvement for after 3 months.
Each time, we need to spend time to separate the letter to correct mailbox, so that the owner of letter won't miss their letter.

We hope the Postman deliver all the letters according to the correct mail box no.

Item saya Dari pada luar Negara masuk PMIH KLIA Dan terus ke Mel nasinal Shah Alam, sepatutnya barang terus ke jalan sultan petaling Jaya sebab saya beralamat petaling Jaya, tapi brg terus pergi ke pusat serahan metro A melaka... 2hb.9. 2021, heran kenapa boleh pergi kesana Dan hingga ke hari ini barang tak sampai lagi Ke PJ 20hb.9.2021... Dalam sistem dah deliver kepada noryati- tolong cek Dan hubungi saya 01110139418, bagaimana juga bole diterima oleh orang yang bukan penama dialamat

lazy and lousy services by your delivery man just leave us "Pick-up notes" !

Dear POS Malaysia/ Management / Customer Service,

You are not arranged nor successfully delivered the item to us as per what we as customer being charged for postage fees paid to you !

we were done the self-picked up of parcels from your center many times!!!! if your delivery man just lazy to call or pass on the parcel by hand to us as recipient, then don’t charge us such hefty postage fees ! there were no reason why we have gotten postage fees charged and yet asked to self-pick up item from your center later !!!!

This is not the 1st or 2nd time we as consumer of yours experience such matters !!! its was just so easy just being handed-in the “pick up notes” into our mail box rather than ring our door bells or give us a call upon delivery ! this is how your delivery man did all the times ! yet, during FMCO, we all staying at home 24 hrs !!! dot give excuses that your delivery man cant reach us !!! and yet your delievry man can call us up on the spot for received the items, this is why we always stated our Mobile Contact on the consignment notes pasted on the parcel !!!

What a lousy and unorganized and messy service provided by you ! are your company gonna pay us back petrol cost in order for us to self-pick up parcel from your center everytime??? since we as consumer has already paid postage charges to you in advance to get our parcel delivered to us to our door step !!! what a non-sense service given by Post Malaysia !

Posmen Buat Tak Tahu

Saya hendak membuat aduan tentang posmen yang datang ke rumah saya. Sejurus selapas sampai di rumah saya posmen tersebut membunyikan hon. Ketika itu saya baru sahaja habis mandi dan hendak menyalinkan pakaian dan saya mendengar posmen tersebut membunyikan hon. Akan tetapi, posmen tersebut tidak sabar dan apabila saya sampai ke pagar posmen tersebut terus memecut pergi. Saya faham, dia mempunyai kerja yang banyak, tetapi adakah dia juga faham bahawa kadang kala mungkin tiada orang di rumah, dan mungkin sekali orang di rumah mungkin seorang dan tengah mandi atau sebagainya? Saya sudahpun sampai di pagar rumah tetapi posmen tersebut bertindak memecut pergi. Sungguh biadap. Akhirnya, saya pergi sendiri ke cawangan poslaju dan parcel saya di-remark "SAYA SUDAH HON 9 KALI TAPI DIA TIDAK DENGAR!"

TRACKING NO: PS026087705070. Parcel tunjuk dispatched out dari ECPC subang jaya pada 20/2/21. Tapi sampai hari ni 22/2/21 still tak sampai. Barang ni HILANG KA MACAM MANA??. Call langsung tak berjawab. Harap pos laju boleh check dgn dispatcher. Kenapa barang ni still tak delivered.
