Poslaju makin slow

Saya notice skg ni poslaju makin2 slow. Barang smp dlm jangkamasa yang panjang. Now bkn the next day delivery, dah berhari2 pun x smp2 lagi. Saya pun pelik poslaju ni berada di takuk lama xde perubahan. Brg yg saya beli saya terima seminggu selepas seller pos and kalau buat tracking pun x bergerak2 dari transit ofis at least dua hari. POSLAJU wake up!!! Cuba la commit skit, pengguna bkn guna setem 30sen hantar brg.

EP516260364MY URGENT!!

I would like to file a complaint to Poslaju about my parcel EP516260364MY. Noted from the tracking system, this parcel has been dispatched out from Poslaju NMC on 18/7 4am. And I still have not received my parcel as of now. There's no update in the status since then. I need this parcel urgently as I will be away from the country on 21/7. Please take immediate effect to deliver my parcel to me by 20/7 tomorrow morning!!

I am very frustrated with Poslaju's service as there's no prompt update in the delivery status. I can't even see where is my parcel even if I can do self collection. None of your contact numbers can be reach including hotline!! Forever no pick up!! So what's the purpose of the hotline?? I sent emails to [email protected], replies only came in after I received the parcel. So again, what's the purpose of it?? It's not helpful at all. Please look into this issue and fix it! By looking at the reviews below, I'm sure that I'm not the only one experiencing this. SO Poslaju can you please do better? We paid for the services but we don't get what is expected.

I NEED MY PARCEL IMMEDIATELY

Item not delivered 😢 tracking number 52000481665. I've tried to contact poslaju everyday from morning to night but always busy n no one pick up the call. I need the item by tomorrow. Its really important. Ive emailed too but seems to be treat acuh xacuh.

This is not the only item that have pos problem. Few of my other item too. Whats wrong with poslaju lately.

Late delivery

The parcel is still at the same place for 3 days. I sent on 12/7/18 and the parcel reach Kuantan on 13/7/18. It is still yet to be deliver till now. Disappointed with the service i get. Please deliver ASAP.

Parcel delay

Hi,
Im getting over aggressive here.. I dont receive any of my item as promised.. Items delays.. I meant over delay.. I should get one of my parcel on 14 july but its today is 17 july.. I still nvr receive my item.. When i checked delivery status it shows item at arrived at delivery.. But i still dont receive any of it. Why last time service was before expected time but now service getting worst.. Why always item go to dato onn firat then only get for delivery.. Im quite curious too wht item cnt straight away ship from muar to johor.. But when i checked the status parcel ship from muar go to klia then only to johor.. Whats all these.. Its all nonsense.. Are you all playing with us.. Poslaju is the most worst parcel service..

SO I CHECK ON 14.7.18 AT POSLAJU HOTLINE 1300 88 5258
THEY SAY TAT PARCEL ON KLANG MAYBE WILL SEND OUT ON MONDAY.

BUT CUSTOMER STILL NO YET RECEIVE.
SO I CHECK AGAIN ON 17.7.18 THEY GV ME 2 CONTACT KLANG CENTER.
BUT I CALL MORE THAN 1 HOURS ALWAY CANT CONTACT THEM.

SO I CALL AGAIN I GET ANOTHER HOTLINE NO 1300 300 300
USE 2 PHONE CALL 30MIN ALSO NOBODY TO ANSWER ME..

What happened to Poslaju service??

Poslaju service used to be one of the best, amongst many courier service customers used to choose poslaju but now jadi Poslambat! The amount we pay for faster delivery but it’s as slow or slower than registered post! Very poor service and should give us refund for paying for fast delivery.
Most of the tracking number does not have update, it’s BLANK! or update half way and incomplete.
It’s very disappointing and I will not be able to continue using poslaju with the amount of complains I received from customers.

Tak sampai lagi weyyy

Saya nak hntar parcel ke utm sekudai ...pos kat bndar jengka 10/7..masuk mesin...pergi tmerloh...singgah kuantan 11/7....lepas tu senyap tak update dah tracking..sampai hari ni 16/7 ...tak sampai lagi..org kuantan kata dah sampai johor....org johor kata tak tau kat mana

bad services

2 of my items claimed 'unsuccessfully delivered' because the premise is close?!! i was upstairs still doing my work eventhough the office appeared to be close. FYI, this office never close eventhough the door upfront is close! plz give better excuse u stupid asshole! What is the use of your handphone if u dont use it to contact the addressee??? and they just put the sms and asked us to pick our item ourselves!! what is the use of using the courier if u did not deliver the item in time and asked us to pick it up instead! the other courier has better service than yours. #neveragaintouseposlajumalaysia

no tracking number, no information about my parcel at all

Hello. Pos laju please update my parcel. It was sent at 11.07.2018 from johor and its been 5 days. There has been no info whatsoever about my parcel. I cant track it online as the tracking number is not found in the system. Please update it. At least tell me which branch of pos laju its in. If its in Kuala Lumpur then maybe i can pick it up myself.

Goods delivery service

For me Pos Laju for online shopping is the best one. Once arrive will notify the buyer very fast and very reliable compare to other courier service very late to notify even 1 or 2 days arrived. On other courier services(not to mention name) I even lost the parcel and their contact number hard to contact and a lot of fussy (ngie ngie ngai ngai) how many weeks until I myself notify the seller and lazada. I recommend Pos Malaysia is the best! Terbaik!
