My parcel is stuck at Parcel Hub Office for days. I thought Poslaju will remain their services on 18th June after Raya Holiday, how come there’s still no any update for my parcel after 19th June? I have also called to the office several time but there’s no one to pick up the calls. We paid the money for delivery but this is the service we got? Please look into it and deliver the parcel ASAP! Still have no record found for tracking number . 2 days still no record . Pos laju have a problems? Why checked my tracking number still no record found. 2 days already i dont care if my stuff not arrive at the right time but please update where my stuff please update . Its a urgent stuff. I was told by Luxury Perfume Centre that Post Laju had come to my house to deliver the item. This is utterly FALSE as 4 of us were at home in the hall at the so called delivery time at 2.51pm on the 20th June. I have a door bell at the gate and your post laju guy never pressed the bell or contacted me over the phone. Is this what we get for paying for the service. Moreover, there was NO NOTE in the post box to verify that your postman had come to my house. Don't expect me to drive to your centre to collect the item. Perhaps everyone frustrated with your service must publish it in the newspaper. This is not the 1st time it has happened.

This is not the 1st time it had happened - we are paying for the Post Laju service and don't expect us to drive to your Centre to collect it when your post laju guy did not follow procedure - he could have just called.

Hi poslaju. Status shows that my parcel have been dispatch out since 9/6/18 from ecbc, pmn. But today is 17/6/18 already. Status does not change at all. I mean i know that poslaju is on holiday now but how come from 9/6/18 there is no information? where is the parcel? i know that poslaju stop pick up and deliver item from 12/6/18. but my parcel has been dispatch out on 9/6/18. come on poslaju. i will wait for another week for the parcel to arrive. i hope within this week it will safely deliver to me. it has been so longgg
