parcel not received

no delivery attempt. then i just got message to pick up parcel myself at ezibox. later i found my parcel at pos laju kuala selangor. i try to call several times. but no answer and line always busy.

i buy things online. i want it to deliver at my door step. not to pick it up myself. that is the purpose of online shopping!!! but the pos laju (which is the main post and courier service in malaysia) did not do their job!!! the service always horrible! pemalas! curi tulang! makan gaji buta!

sorry if im not professional by saying that. but u guys should be professional in the first place and do your JOB!!!

No update on my parcel

Didn't receive any status on my parcel. The latest was 'Out from Transit Office' on 4/7/2018 and until today there is no update. The seller has posted a day before; 3/7/2018 which the same day I purchase.

seller post on 4 julai 2018..harini dah berapa haribulan..dr JB aje pun..apa yang teruk sgt service pos laju ni..call pun tak jawab2..call hotline pun bukan manusia yg jwb call.dah la org nak pkai barang tu cpt.grrrrrrrrrrr...terukkkkkk

Masalah parcel di Hub

Asssalamualaikum,berdasarkan apa yang pengirim sampaikan, barang akan sampai khamis atau jumaat 5 atau 6 july kerana pengirim sudah mengirim item pada tarikh 4 july dan saya pun dah check poslaju tracking. Dia ada tulis item sampai dan picked up pada 4 july namun hari ni 9 july sampai hari ni poslaju malaysia tak update apa apa. Saya telah pun menghubungi pejabat poslaju terdekat dan mereka telah pun check untuk saya dan mereka pun kata masalah yang sama.Mereka kata masalah parcel di Hub.Poslaju sila respond mesej mesej kami.Perkara ini sangat penting bagi kami.Terima kasih.

Pos laju penipu! charge mahal,tpi takde good sevice. kalau complaint ni pun , tak tentu dia respon and give good service to us, always ignorance and tak pernah take care of the customer’s feelings. they used your service and paid for it ! Do your work faster as you promised to US !

Biasanya barang akan sampai 2-3 hari selepas pembelian kalau dari seller yg berdekatan. Tapi ni nak masuk 2 minggu barang pun tak sampai. Tolong laju sikit buat kerja.

Pos laju sangat terok Dan lembab bayar mahal, tutup jela perkhidmatan pos laju ni, jangan tipu pengguna cakap laju tapi extreme slow, barang saya pos Dr serawak 26 jun sampai sekarang tak sampai2 lagi padahal dah sampai dia pos Cheras 3 hari terletak kat sana Tanpa despatch..sekarang saya Cuba tracking no tiba2 no item found, wtf jadi macamni saya akan viral kan kentang kebodohan pos laju yang super lembab tapi bayar mahal..
