Stuck

Why barang stuck ni? Saya dah check the tracking number sejak 15/11 but still tak berubah . My parcel status still in "Consignment dispatch out from transit office" sejak dari 15hb tu and now dah 17hb and nak masuk 18hb. Almost for 3 days and no progress . Please follow up , Thanks . CANNOT TRACE DOWN TRACKING NUMBER

I can't seems to track down my item with the tracking number from Post Laju and I contact my seller, Chilindo.com and they already sent my item and now it's been a month. What happen? When I try to track it say 'no record found'. Where the hell my item went, please Pos Laju Malaysia improve your services.

Barang sy telah dipos oleh sekler saya pada 17/10 tapi sampai sekarang barang tersebut tidak boleh di trace dan track not found..n poslaju menyalahkan seller sy sedangkn tu salah dr pihak poslaju sendiri..sellee saya dah pos barang tersebut dekat kaunter poslaju ampang.tolong la poslaju sy beli guna duit tau bukan air kencing korang!!

Parcel tak sampai

Parcel saya yang telah dihantar oleh seller saya pada 17/10/2018 sampai sekarang saya tak terima dan tracking not found..poslaju menyalahkan seller saya sedangkan seller saya telah memberi parcel tersebut di poslaju ampang..termsuk ni 2 kali terjadi benda macam ni dekat poslaju..saya bayar pakai duit tau poslaju bukan pakai air..plsss la jgn buat customer mcm ni

Tracking Number : LP117580602SG from Singapore. Last Update 10 Sep 2018. Status : Item en route to MALAYSIA. Today is 20 Sep 2018. Still same. 10 days no planes fly to Malaysia? How terrible! What kind of courier is this? Called service centre said miss need to wait. Vomit blood!!!

Everything poor

I have had terrible experiences with Pos Laju Miri. So many transits even after reaching Miri. From warehouse transit transit transit to delivery guy takes another few days if Friday then for sure it's going to next week. Telephones never answer, never! You can call 1000 times and no one would pick up the phone. Some new delivery men didn't even find my address properly just sms and said to pick up from office because no one was at home. I said I am right at the front gate waiting but I have not seen you and demanded he finds the right house. When he arrived, sorry sorry went to the wrong house. Stupid! The whole management and staff need to be overhauled! Every single one is incompetent.

No updates 27th Aug

Hantar EMS to Uk 25th aug. updates 27th aug despatch out (enroute) to uk. Now sep 12, tak sampai2. Call pos laju , abg ckp rasanya parcel masih kat malaysia.

SO mcm mana ini? call klia hub x jawab2.

Email customer service suruh tengok tracking. Mcm kita tak tahu baca.

I post the document on 28th August 2018 in upm pos malaysia branch for Pakistan still not deliver no updates no tracking after 5th September.. Tracking number is RR172771275MY Please let me know when it will deliver suppose to be deliver in 6 to 11 days
